에너지 소비 증가와 환경문제의 이슈화로 전력 산업의 고도화 및 에너지 고효율화에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 지능형 전력시스템과 같은 전력 IT 산업이 새로운 신 성장 동력산업으로 주목받고 있으며, IT 기반의 선진화된 고효율 전력 산업이 저탄소 녹색 성장으로 대표되는 국가 경쟁력 강화의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 지능형 전력시스템은 발전에서부터 송전 및 변전, 그리고 배전/수용가 시스템에 이르기까지 전력의 생산에서부터 소비에 이르는 과정에 자동제어, 센서, 통신망 등의 정보기술을 적용하여 효율적 전력관리를 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 유인 또는 무인변전소의 수배전반에 적용할 수 있는 실시간 전력감시(전류,전압,전력,역률,주파수), 환경감시(배수장수위, 국부적 위험지역의 온도등), 상태감시(진공차단기, 기중차단기의 이상 상태, 배수장 모터 작동상태 등) 등 통합관리 기능을 갖는 다기능 원격 관리시스템을 구현하였으며, 구현된 시스템의 평가를 통해 실제 현장적용 가능성을 평가하였다.

In this paper, authors developed a real-time simulation algorithm for the power device application of HTS(High Temperature Superconducting) wire by using Real Time Digital Simulator(RTDS). At present, in order to extend the power capacity of some area where has a serious problem of power quality. especially metropolitan complex city, there are so many problems such as right of way for power line routes. space for downtown substations. and the environmental protection, etc. HTS technology can be useful to overcome this problem. Recently, according to the advanced HTS technology, the power application is being researched well. Simulation is required for safety before installation of HTS power cable, a fabrication model used at the power system simulation. This paper describes a real time digital simulation method for the application of HTS wire to power device. For the simulation analysis, test sample of HTS wire was actually manufactured. And the transient phenomenon of the HTS wire was analysed in the simulated utility power grid. This simulation method is the world first trial in order to obtain much better information for installation of HTS power device into a utility network.

China's rapid economic growth and accelerated urbanization have significantly increased labor force mobility. The choice of city residence and long-term residence intentions of migrants will have significant consequences on both economic output and societal dynamics. This paper investigates the impact of air quality on the long-term residence intention of migrants. By matching an individual-level survey on willingness to stay in the long run and the city-level air quality, represented by PM2.5, we find that the willingness to stay in the long run increases with better air quality. This implies that public policy to maintain good air quality is crucial in keeping those who moved to the city.

Types of agricultural policy can be catagorized into two general cases: price and income supports. Income supports are any government program designed to provide farmers with higher incomes than they would receive otherwise. These direct cash payments to farmers are known as "deficiency payment" or "direct payment" because they compensate the farmer for the failure of the market to provide farmers with adequate prices. The direct payment to environment-friendly agriculture is a form of income supports for the agriculture production using less pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Because no significant regulation exists on the use of fertilizers substituting chemical fertilizers for crop, the role of the payment on reducing environmental impacts of agriculture is not entirely clear. This uncertainty is likely to be particularly severe in the case that farmers with low-quality land showing greater demand for fertiliser have an incentive to transition to environment-friendly agriculture. The paper shows the case of the current payment system in Korea.

In order to protect information asset from various malicious code, Honeypot system is implemented. Honeypot system is designed to elicit attacks so that internal system is not attacked or it is designed to collect malicious code information. However, existing honeypot system is designed for the purpose of collecting information, so it is designed to induce inflows of attackers positively by establishing disguised server or disguised client server and by providing disguised contents. In case of establishing disguised server, it should reinstall hardware in a cycle of one year because of frequent disk input and output. In case of establishing disguised client server, it has operating problem such as procuring professional labor force because it has a limit to automize the analysis of acquired information. To solve and supplement operating problem and previous problem of honeypot's hardware, this thesis suggested hybrid honeypot. Suggested hybrid honeypot has honeywall, analyzed server and combined console and it processes by categorizing attacking types into two types. It is designed that disguise (inducement) and false response (emulation) are connected to common switch area to operate high level interaction server, which is type 1 and low level interaction server, which is type 2. This hybrid honeypot operates low level honeypot and high level honeypot. Analysis server converts hacking types into hash value and separates it into correlation analysis algorithm and sends it to honeywall. Integrated monitoring console implements continuous monitoring, so it is expected that not only analyzing information about recent hacking method and attacking tool but also it provides effects of anticipative security response.

Inje University, a nonprofit-oriented educational institution, was ranked second in the nation and first in all the local universities in the 2001 Comprehensive Evaluation of the Universities in 25 years since it was founded. In order to find out the reason for this high reputation, we had an interview with the chairman and an in-depth interview with other school authorities, interviewed the students and the residents in the community, and collected related data for the second time. We revealed that Inje University had been performing public marketing in the areas of its management philosophy, function, form, and performance. Our interview with the chairman confirmed that Inje University's management philosophy is the frontier spirits that 'contribute to the moor, attracting nobody's attention, in the name of public interest.' It was also revealed that this management philosophy made the function of the university differ from that of the others. Inje University had been focusing on forming a public network for its community, the nation, and the world, not just for its students. Furthermore, we also found out that the university had its unique separate organizations to take care of this business. An excellent on-campus network for the student and the school, a network between off-campus industries, and an international Inje exchange network had been formed. We have concluded that Inje University is a strong nonprofit-oriented hidden champion. The healing art, easily ignored but essential to human beings, and its commitment to education with all its property invested have contributed to Inje University's social status, reputation, and achievements today.

Computer education is moving its focus from skill oriented education to improving students' creativity and problem solving ability. Thus, the importance of programming education is being strengthened. However, programming education was biased to grammar oriented language that has been limits of students' interest. Robot programming is problem solving itself, and by allowing students to directly see the robot which is the output of programming, can help interest and motivate to the students. In fact, it is still observed that the students are facing difficulties due to various kinds of errors during the programming education. Therefore, this study categorizes and analyzes the errors students are facing during robot programming, and based on that, a support tool to help treat errors developed. The developed supporting system for error solving reduces the frequency of errors and provides the set of coding instruction, NXC language and error message in Korean, examples and detailed information for each stage of education, function removing major coding errors, and code sorting and indication of row number. This study also confirmed that the supporting tool is helpful in reducing and solving errors after input.

In this study, with the data of Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) we find that the explaining power of the new hiring rate of experienced regular workers is very strong and statistically significant as a main causal factor to the decreasing trend of investment on education and training for workers in corporates, which means a sign of weakening of the internal labor market. Possibility of wage penalty from switching jobs has been weakened considerably too. The effective alternative policy measures to the weakening or laxity of the internal labor markets and whereby followed reduction in investment on education and training for workers in corporates are construction of social system outside of individual corporates to upbring field-tailored manpower of high quality for young generations and small and medium sized enterprises.

SW education is considered important in the present age where various sciences converge. According to this tendency, SW education was included in the regular education course in Korea, which aims to develop the learner's CT. Therefore, researches on CT and educational tools are being activated. App Inventor is a simple app development tool that has many advantages over traditional tools. In this study, we developed and applied a SW instruction program that uses an App Inventor to develop CT for elementary school students. Moreover, CT was classified into two elements-calculative perception and calculative creativity- and performed tests after applying SW instruction programs. Furthermore, attitude towards computer were classified into three elements-c computer anxiety, computer preference, and computer confidence- and conducted tests. After performing paired t-test pretest-posttest matching samples on test outcomes, it was found that the CT of the learners who applied the program was increased, and the attitude towards computer also showed a positive change.

The referee judged recognition and impact of the exhibition was a statistically significant difference in the p <.05 level of agility. The referee judged recognition and influence of the position was no statistically significant difference in the p <.05 level of agility. impact of the judgment determining recognition fairness, promptness, there was a statistically significant difference in the p <.001 level of reliability. The referee judged of the psychological state is assigned prejudice, there was a statistically significant difference in the p <.001 level.
