This study was performed to develop a video based system which can be used to measure the averaged fish size in a non-intrusive fashion. The design was based on principles of simple stereo geometry, incorporated fish dimensions weight relationships and took into consideration fish movement to lower system costs. As the fish size is an important factor that impacts the economy of an aquaculture enterprise. Size measurements, including fork length, width or height, girth, thickness and mass, can be used to determine fish condition in the fish farm, so the averaged fish size of fish cage needs to consistently monitor in open ocean aquaculture cage. A precision of ${\pm}3%$ for replicate length measurements of a 60cm bar is obtained at distances between 2.0 and 6.0m, and the mean fork length and mean swimming speed of bluefin tuna were estimated to 48.8cm and 0.78FL/s, respectively.

According to ICD-10, The typical Depression are characterized by dejected mood, loss of interest and pleasure, feeling of helplessness. Also, other symptoms such as loss of attentiveness and concentration, guilty conscience, pessimistic attitude for the future, sleeping disorder, lack of appetite, thinking of or doing a self-injury or suicidal act may characterize Depression. These Symptoms of Depression are similar to Wool-Zeng(鬱證), Zeon-Zeng(癲證), Her-ro(虛勞), Bul-Sa-Sik(不思食), Tal-Young-Sil-Zeong(脫營失精), Bul-Myeon(不眠), Ki-Myeon(嗜眠) in Oriental Medicine. In general, Depression is classified into Wool-Zeng type and Zeon-Zeng type. The former is similar to the neurotic type of depression, the latter is similar to the psychopathic type of depression. The clear causes of Depression are not known yet. But psychodynamic and biological factors are assumed to cause Depression. Psychodynamic factors may correspond to Chil-Zeong(七情) and biological factors to Tae-Byeong(胎病) and Dam(痰) in Oriental medicine. In Occidental medicine, Depression is treated by psychotherapy and medication. Electrically-induced spasm therapy and phototherapy also used for the treatment of Depression. In Oriental medicine, Depression is treated by more various therapy such as herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion, oriental psychotherapy and dirigation(Gi-Gong, 氣功). Depression is not easy to cure. When the treatments of Occidental medicine and Oriental medicine are mutually cooperated, more effective medical care might be expected. Therefore, futher study to treat depression by mutually cooperated therapy is necessary.

The cDNA encoding ${\beta}-tubulin$ of Pleurotus sajor-caju was isolated using an internal gene segment probe amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of genomic DNA and by cDNA library screening. The cDNA was consisted of 1560 nucleotides(nt), including a 5'-untranslation region (UTR) of 27nt, an open reading frame (ORF) of 1341nt, and a 3'-UTR of 191nt. The ORF encoded a protein of 446 amino acids(aa), which shows over 80% homology with ${\beta}-tubulins$ of other filamentous fungi. Southern hybridization analysis showed that there were two isotypes of ${\beta}-tubulin$ genes in P. sajor-caju. Through sequence analysis we found that ${\beta}-tubulin$ had a unusual $Cys^{165}$ residue, which might be a significant factor for the insensitivity of fungi to fungicide benomyl.

Objectives : The objective of this study is to report the change of progress in symptoms and various scales after treated with Mountain Ginseng Pharmacopuncture(MGP) on the patients of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis(ALS). Methods : The three ALS patients who treated with MGP, were checked the change of progress by ALS Functional Rating Scale(ALSFRS), ALS Severity Score(ALSSS), grasping power on both arms and circumference of both thighs and calves. Results : After MGP treatment on three ALS patients, first case did not grow worse during MGP treated whereas she got worse rapidly during none treated period. Second case did not grow worse during treated period and third case got worse in progress by slow degrees despite of MGP treatment. Conclusions : Although MGP could not control the progress of ALS completely, MGP may help the improving of quality of life(QOL) in ALS patients and have the effect of delayed ALS progression.

Today enterprises are bringing forward the strong needs for the Global Work Space that is able to realize the collaboration of the virtual enterprise in order to achieve the rapid entrance to market, the quality improvement as well as the cost reduction of their new products. Especially, they are building the efficient Product Management Infrastructure in parallel with the real-time knowledge management for the information generated in the course of a product lifecycle and the Process Innovation making the Concurrent Engineering possible. Building a system in the web environment cannot be the entire effort to realize the Global Work Space within an enterprise that is an essential factor for the reduction of a product development period which in turn contributes to Time to Market. Various work models and processes are found in enterprises and many different application programs are developed and utilized to support these. This study proposes a scheme for the optimized Collaborative Workflow System Architecture that is able to take in and apply various application programs accompanied by the product development work process. Through this, we are to examine various limits and problems existing in the real-time collaborative system between enterprises and to reform these.

In this paper, we develop a explosion-proof LED lighting (Ex circuit) circuit of Explosion-proof LED Signal Lamp (Ex LSL) to utilize the core module of the explosion-proof Local Control System (Ex LCS) for offshore plant applications. And then analyzed its electrical, optical and thermal characteristics. Ex circuit was applied input voltage from AC/DC(12~254) V. In this experiments, stable light-on characteristics were confirmed by eyes for the every input voltages with min. 78,462 and max. $517,975cd/m^2$ of luminance. also Output current and output luminance was made proportional. Because the measured maximum surface temperature of Ex circuit was $54.23^{\circ}C$ at AC 48 V, Ex circuit was rated with T6 of temperature class. Finally, Ex circuit was shown stable light on characteristics under the $-50^{\circ}C$ and $60^{\circ}C$ during 12 hours of test period.

In this paper, a continuous-time filter for low voltage and high frequency applications using fully-balanced current integrators is presented. As the balanced structure of integrator circuits, the designed filter has improved noise characteristics and wide dynamic range since even-order harmonics are cancelled and the input signal range is doubled. Using complementary current mirrors, bias circuits are simplified and the cutoff frequency of filters can be controlled easily by a single DC bias current. As a design example, the 3rd-order lowpass Butterworth filter with a leapfrog realization is designed. The designed fully-balanced current-mode filter is simulated and examined by SPICE using 0.65${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS n-well process parameters. The simulation results show 50MHz cutoff frequency, 69㏈ dynamic range with 1% total harmonic distortion(THD), and 4㎽ power dissipation with a 3V supply voltage.

Orostachys japonicus, a monocarpic plant, is artificially grown in greenhouses. The study was carried out to examine the effect of shading (0, 35, 55, 75, 95%) on growth, morphological characters, and flowering. The treatments were done on August 25 and afterward samples were taken every 2 weeks until October 20, in which growth, morphological and flowering related characters were measured. With severer shading plant height, inflorescence length, number of leaves including bracts and stem diameter were decreased although severely declined in 95% shading treatment. Leaves and bracts, stem, root, shoot and total dry weights increasingly declined with severer shading. Florets formed on the inflorescence showed similar response to the shading treatment as plant height did. Flowering of the florets was not observed throughout all the sampling period, meaning that different light intensities by shading did not affect their flowering.

The bacterial diversity of the rhizosphere soil of S. japonica native to Suncheon bay was analyzed. Ninety two strains showing different morphological characteristics were isolated from the soils around the community of S. japonica. Bacterial diversity and distributions were studied by phylogenetic analysis of the partial 16S rDNA sequences. Ninety two strains were partially sequenced and analyzed phylogenetically. These strains were composed of 5 phyla firmicutes (56.5%), gamma-proteobacteria (29.3%), alpha-proteobacteria (5.4%), actinobacteria (5.4%), bacteroidetes (3.3%) and Shannon’s diversity index (H') were different from each of sampling sites (1.675, 1.924 and 2.04). Eleven isolates were presumed to be novel species candidates based on similarity analysis of the 16s rRNA gene sequences. Overall, Firmicutes and gamma-proteobacteria of the rhizosphere soil of S. japonica showed a high diversity.

목적 : 본 연구는 최근 임상에서 많이 사용하는 봉독약침액의 nitric oxide (NO)에 대한 소거효과를 분석하기 위하여 실행되었다. 방법 : 양성대조군으로 비타민과 실험군으로 국산 봉독과 미국산 봉독에 NO를 분비하는 S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (SNAP)을 투여한 후 NO의 농도를 540 nm 파장의 자외선 흡수량을 측정하여 평가하였다. 결과 : 국산 봉독은 $100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$에서 SNAP 처리 1.5, 3, 6 및 12시간에 대조군 (100%)과 비교하여 각각 $86.7{\pm}1.5,\;103.8{\pm}1.9,\;88.3{\pm}2.9$ 및 85.6{\pm}3.2%$의 잔류 NO 농도를 보였고, 1.5, 6 및 12시간에서 유의한 NO 소거 효과를 나타냈다. 미국산 봉독에서는 각각 $74.0{\pm}2.2,\;66.5{\pm}10.9,\;86.1{\pm}2.8$ 및 $59.1{\pm}3.8%$로 모든 시간에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 결론 : 이상의 봉독의 NO 소거효과는 봉독 약침액이 임상에서 동통, 종창, 등에 치료에 사용하는 작용기전의 하나로 사료된다.
