솔레이노-유량제어 방식 ABS의 응답성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impronement on the Response of Solenoid-Flow control type ABS Modulator)

  • In this study, a hydraulic modulator of solenoid-flow type ABS, the master sylinder, and the wheel cylinder are modeled and simulated for increasing pressure characteristics of the brake. Response can be predicted by external force of the the master sylinder and pulses to the solenoid valve as input. For a demonstration of simulation result, experiment is done under the same condition as simulation condition after experimental apparatus of 1/4 car model is constructed. When factors of flow control valve are changed, the effect of each factor to response, how to improve response, and the most critical factors are considered from simulated result of time constant.

  • To increase the efficiency of the hydraulic axial piston pumps, it is need to know the various characteristics in the sliding contact parts of them. Especially, friction characteristics between the cylinder block and the valve plate in the hydraulic axial piston pumps plays an important role to high power density. In this paper, we tried to clarify friction characteristics between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate in bent-axis-type axial piston pump in experimentally. Results are arranged as follow; (1) friction torque between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate has a proportional relation to weight or rotational speed, and is strongly affected by temperature. (2) Friction torque strongly depends on force balance ratio in valve plate. (3) In this experiment, lubrication condition between the cylinder block and the spherical valve plate is under hydrodynamic lubrication.

  • A counter balance valve is used as one part of hydraulic motor brake system. The function of this valve is to protect over-run or free falling of inertia load. But occasionally the brake system with counter balance valve makes some undesirable problems such as pressure surges or vibrations. In this study, for the purpose of easy estimation about dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system including counter balance valve, precise formulation describing fluid dynamics and valve dynamics under various boundary conditions were made. Dynamic characteristics were analysed by numerical integration using Runge-Kutta method, because the equations in this circuit with counter balance valve contain various nonlinear terms. Propriety of this analysis method is verified by experiment. For the purpose of obtaining fundamental data for preventing instability, this study experimented the effects of the spool taper, spring constant, cylindrical choke. And we developed double acting brake system integrated counter balance valve.

  • In a large scale oil hydraulic system having repeatedly operated actuator, such as a large scale forging press, pressure surges often due to the recombination of oil column in a return line attached to the downstream side of a directional control valve. Expecially, the pressure surges appear very severe ones at a certain valve operating frequency. These pressure surges restrict the operating frequency of the hydraulic system. But related reports on the above mentioned phenomenon are rarely to be found. In this study, therefore, the authors investigate the exact reason why such severe pressure surges occur at a certain range of valve operating frequency. The study is performed by experiment and numerical computation on the relationship between pressure surges and valve operating frequency.

  • In the recent day, fatigue life prediction techniques play a major role in the design of components in the ground vehicle industry. Full scale durability testing in the laboratory is an essential of any fatigue life evaluation of components or structures of the automotwe vehicle. Component testing is part~cularly important in today's highly competitive industries where the design to reduce weight and production costs must be balanced with the necessity to avoid expensive service failure. Generally, multi-axial road simulator is used to carry out the fatigue test and the vibration test. In this paper, the algorithm and software to realize the real road profile are developed. The validity of the software are verified by applying the belgian road, the city road, the highway, and the gravel road. The results of the above experiment show that the real road profiles are realized well after loth iteration.

In this paper, The operation software for simultaneously driving 3-axis vibration testing device is developed and the displacement of the 3-axis actuator is separately calibrated by LDT Moreover, the input and output data are displayed in windows of PC controller with real time.

  • It has recently shown that a solenoid valve can be utilized in a hydraulic position-control system by discontinuous control methods. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of solenoid valves on the response characteristics of a hydraulic position-control system by applying two kinds of discontinued control methods i.e., Simple On-Off (SOF) and Pusating On-Off(POF) controls. Three types of solenoid valves i.e. low-frequency, closed-center type (LF/C), high-frequency, closed-center type (HF/C), low-frequency, tandem-center type(LF/T) were used in this study. Effects of loading conditions and control parameters on the response characteristics were experimentally examined and compared each other. Pressure transients within the actuator were also studied.

엔진 윤활시스템 유로망 해석

  • 이 글에서는 엔진 윤활 시스템해석 프로그램의 구성 요인 및 프로우차트를 열거했으며 이렇게 만들어진 프로그램을 이용하여 엔진의 개선 및 신엔진 개발 시에 매개변수를 변화시켜가며 오일 유로의 설계와 요구되는 오일량을 결정하여 최적의 윤활시스템을 설계할 수 있다고 본다. 참고로 밸브시스템의 정상적인 작동을 유지하는 상태에서 요구되는 토출 유압과 유량이 줄어들면 오일 펌프의 용량을 줄일 수 있고 그로 인해 오일 펌프 구동손실도 줄일 수 있다. 또한 최적 유량이 공급될 때 엔진 구동손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 더나아가 본 해석으로 얻은 최적화된 유량이 만족 된 이상적인 윤활 부위의 치수가 결정된 상태에서 운동부의 마찰을 최소화하는 엔진 마찰의 수치해석적 모델을 개발하는 것도 흥미있는 과제이다. 또한 간단한 테스트 리그 제작에 의한 각 윤활 부품에서의 압력-유량 관계 실험식의 정확도를 높이는 것도 앞으로의 과제이다.

  • A transient hydraulic flow rate computation scheme is described here so that the transient hydraulic flow rate can be determined using the dynamic pressure measurements at the ends of a straight flow line with a dynamic model of the hydraulic line. This method can be applied to determine the orifice ares of high response valve. Simulation results indicate that the method is relatively robust to realistic levels of uncertainties in the fluid properties.

  • New non-hybrid approaches to improve energy efficiency of construction machineries are reviewed in this paper. Hydraulic systems are classified into four classes according to Backe's classification and commercially promising new technologies are carefully chosen in each class. IMV, 3-Line CPR, Closed Circuit Displacement Control of Differential Cylinder, and Throttle-less Secondary Control are chosen as representative non-hybrid new technologies. Key principle of each technology is explained and representative references which run through each technology are selected. Advantages and weaknesses of each technology are discussed and compared from the view point of construction machinery manufacturers.
