The reform of the information technique is very decisive in reforming effort of the government, and ubiquitous government is a representative example. But a problem in ubiquitous government service is that the efficiency is low. The reason is that the service of ubiquitous government could not be provided with a corresponding service to the inhabitants which is real and actual user. from now on, Gyeongnam province must have the ubiquitous service plan which can be the corresponding to the need of the inhabitants. In this paper we survey a ubiquitous recognition of Gyenongnam inhabitants and analyze the present situation by association rule mining. We can offer a basic data of policy about a ubiquitous service construction of Gyeongnam from the results of this paper.

This study proposes the formation of education service models using presidential archives based on ubiquitous technology. To accomplish these, this study analyzed various education programs of presidential archives in Korea and other countries. The reason behind the use of ubiquitous technology is to allow interinstitution cooperation and create synergy effects. With this, this technology is grafted onto the modified BIG6 Model, which is developed for information literacy. This study can be useful and valuable in the aspects of education, contents development, and service development.

현재 국내 이동통신기술과 서비스 수준은 전세계 이동통신 서비스 국가 중에서 선두를 이루고 있는 국가 중 하나이며, 다양한 데이터 정보 서비스 수준은 이동통신분야에서는 새로운 시장을 주도적으로 창조해 나가고 있다고 본다. COMA기반의 이동통신 단말기의 전세계 점유율은 1위와 2위를 앞서거니 뒷서거니 하고 있으며, 또한 초고속 인터넷망의 보급율과 인터넷 이용율은 전세계에서 최고를 자랑하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 기업과 통신사업자의 이동통신망 이용률과 가입자 비율도 상당히 앞서고 있으며. 특히 초고속통신망 가입자는 세계 최고의 인프라와 시장을 형성하는 등 이에 따른 이동통신분야의 어플리케이션 시장이 매우 발달되어 있다. 나아가 한국의 이동통신기술발전에 따른 콘텐츠 개발과 서비스는 매우 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 지속적으로 제 3의 이동통신시대에 부응하는 멀티미디어형 콘텐츠의 개발과 새로운 기술 환경에 대응하는 생활형 콘텐츠의 창안은 매우 중요한 이슈로 등장이 되고 있다. 이에 미국에서 1988년부터 연구되어 왔고, 일본에서 의용적으로 추진하고 있는 유비쿼터스 환경의 국내 연구와 도업은 시급하게 진행되어야 할 차세대 통신산업의 중요한 화두라고 본다. 이 보고서에서는 유비쿼터스 환청 기반의 콘텐츠의 개요와 개발방향 및 가능성 등을 중심으로 내용을 구성하고 있다. 사람과 사물간의 인터랙티브를 유도하는 유비쿼터스 네트워크 기반에 필요한 콘텐츠와 콘텐츠 기반의 다양한 애플리케이션과 서비스 등을 연구함으로써 보다 한 차원 높은 정보통신을 통한 삶의 질 개선과 유비쿼터스 기반 콘텐츠 산업의 국내 도입과 활성화 가능성을 모색하는데 있다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 확산과 사용자의 이동성 증가는 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공해주기 위해서 미리 설정된 특정 서비스나 정책으로는 구현하기 어렵게 되었음을 의미한다. 또한 사용자의 서비스 영역은 미리 정의된 환경으로 제한되지 않고 사용자가 이동하는 모든 영역으로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 기존의 홈네트워크와 같은 특정 기술 및 서비스 시스템을 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 적용하는 것에는 한계가 존재한다. 서비스 영역의 확장과 융합, 사용자의 생활권을 포함하는 산업적인 부분에까지 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 확산됨에 따라서 다각적인 IT산업 분야에서 새로운 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 새로운 산업IT요구에 따라 다양한 서비스 영역으로 적응적인 시스템의 구현과 정보보호 및 서비스 구현에 대한 동적이며 적응적인 정책의 구현이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 서비스의 확장과 융합에 따라 발생될 수 있는 정책적인 문제점을 분석하고 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 위한 정책을 제안하고자 한다. IT 기술을 다양한 산업 분야로 확장하기 위해서는 지능적인 서비스에 대한 구현 방안이 고려돼야 할 것이다. 그리고 지능적 서비스를 위한 정책의 운영, 상황에 따른 추론 기술 및 서비스 관리 기술에 대한 연구가 병행되어야 한다. 단순히 기존 홈네트워크에서 적용되던 특정 상황에 따른 서비스의 구현이나 한정된 상황 정보(Context)에 대한 관리 기술만으로는 고도화된 산업IT기술을 실현하기 어렵다. 따라서 확장성 및 효율성을 증대하기 위한 방안으로 이기종 환경 네트워크 시스템에서 발생 가능한 보안 문제 해결을 위한 multi-resolution 기술과 온톨로지 기반의 상황 정보 관리 기술을 제안한다.

차세대 정보통신 기술의 가장 중요한 패러다임으로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 새롭게 주목 받고있다. 그러나 현재 유비쿼터스 환경에서 축적되어 있는 분산데이터베이스의 구체적인 활용 방안에 관한 연구는 아직 불충분하다. 본 논문에서는 분산환경 데이터베이스에 축적되어 있는 데이터를 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 인간의 동작이나 행동에 대한 상황 적응형 서비스를 실행하는 방법을 제안한다. 베이지안 네트워크는 변수들 사이의 인과 관계를 표현하기 때문에 사용자의 행동이나 특성들을 기술하는 것이 용이하다 유비쿼터스 환경에서 인간이나 사물의 동작, 행동 등을 축적한 데이터베이스로부터 현재 인간의 상황을 예측하여 인간이 필요로 하는 적절한 서비스를 실행하는 작업이 요구된다. 유비쿼터스 환경 내에서 발생하는 이벤트를 인지하고 인간과 사물간의 대화 생성의 중개역할자로 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 적절한 서비스를 추론하고 실행하는 방법을 제시한다.

After the advent of the Ubiquitous environment, the movement for effective information management is progressing vividly. According to this situation, this paper conducts individualized context structure for individual service and also suggests 5W1H and HFC modeling which apply using priority to manage vast context data. Thus this modeling will function as a base model to embody Ubiquitous environment and offer context based service.

In this paper, we have studied about the ubiquitous service map for the effective u-City service providing. Through the research, we are going to propose the fact that it can be implemented ubiquitous services according to city characteristics. The proposed research could make it possible to be an intelligent decision making system by city characteristics. Also, nation, local government, companies can be assigned their appropriate load according to the proposed system for the effective u-City services.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경의 사용자에게 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 시나리오를 웹 서비스 기반의 워크플로우를 이용하여 편집할 수 있는 uFlow 시나리오 편집기를 소개한다. 시나리오 편집기는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 발생하는 컨텍스트와 이를 이용하는 서비스간의 연관 관계를 구조적 컨텍스트 모델 기반의 서술 방식으로 표현하는 uWDL (Ubiquitous Workflow Description Langauge)을 자동으로 생성하기 위한 도구로서 해당 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용 가능한 컨텍스트 및 서비스의 검색과 검색된 컨텍스트 리스트 정보에 따라 워크플로우의 흐름을 결정하기 위한 컨텍스트 표현 기술을 포함하며, 시나리오 개발자가 손쉽게 유비쿼터스 환경을 위한 시나리오를 uWDL 형태로 작성할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.

유비쿼터스라는 단어는 이제 더 이상 생소한 단어가 아니게 되었다. 국가차원에서 주도적으로 유비쿼터스라는 분야를 개척하고 있으며, 이제 더 이상 SI업체들도 유비쿼터스를 배제하고는 성장하기 힘든 상황에 이르게 되었다. RFID만을 보더라도 대형 SI업체는 물론 중${\cdot}$소형 업체들도 경쟁적으로 뛰어들고 있다. 이러한 현상은 국내뿐만이 아니라 외국의 경우도 마찬가지로 IBM, HP, MS등 글로벌 업체들까지 뛰어들고 있는 상황이다. 일반적인 시민들이 가장 관심이 많은 것은 집이다. 내가 사는 곳에 관심이 많을수 뿐이 없는 것이 현실이며 현재 이러한 주거 공간에도 유비쿼터스가 파고 들고 있으며 유비쿼터스가 접목된 주거 공간이 이미 집을 장만하고자 하는 시민들의 선호 대상이 되고 있다. 현재 최첨단 인프라가 구축된 아파트들에 더 많은 프리미엄과 사람들이 몰리는 것을 증거로 들 수 있다. 여기서 유비쿼터스와 주거지역의 만남은 현재 계속 진행중인 상황이다. 그러나 아직은 제한적이고 소극적인 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 주거지역에 유비쿼터스를 도입하는 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크를 그려보고 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 구현을 위한 SI기술들을 분석하고자 한다.

As the ubiquitous technology has been widespread, the u-service development in the private sector is increasing these days. Especially, consisting of various life spaces, a mixed-use complex started actively utilizing the ubiquitous technology in order to provide users with differentiated services. In this paper, a new development methodology of the u-service for a mixed-use complex is proposed. Because the ultimate purpose of the u-service in a mixed-use complex is to guarantee profitability, the u-service must accelerate commercial activities among various users in the complex. The u-service development methodology of a mixed-use complex proposed in this paper firstly defines various perspectives for the u-service and identifies specific u-service elements in cross points of the perspectives. Then with those u-service elements, the methodology generates a u-service pool. Finally, after evaluation process, target u-serviced to develop are selected. Having designed the u-service development methodology, we expect the methodology to contribute the successful implementation of u-service model for a mixed-use complex.
