2012년 태양광 인버터 시장은 유럽경제위기 등의 영향으로 성장률이 정체되고 가격, 효율 및 전력밀도에 대한 경쟁이 심화되면서 고효율 MIC와 개별 MPPT가 가능한 3상 스트링 인버터 차별화 기술 확보가 필수적이다. MIC의 경우 Interleaved Flyback Topology를 적용하고 최적 변압기 설계를 통해 연계 성능과 외함규격을 만족하고, 경부하시 Single Mode 운전 시퀀스를 제안하여 고효율 운전이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, 유럽을 중심으로 수요가 증가하고 있는 소용량 3상 인버터의 경우 새로운 NPC2 Type 4Level Topology를 제안하여 넓은 사용자 입력 범위를 만족하고 무효전력 제어기준, 고효율 운전 및 Fault Redundancy 안전기준을 만족시키는 시스템을 구성하였다.

As the cost of the operational spacecraft simulator is a large portion of the spacecraft cost and its requirements increase, it is given the pressures to reduce the cost and the development period. For that reason, the space industry with the coordination of ESA has made a study of the reuse in a wide scope across space projects. Its scope includes not only simulation software itself but also software requirements, design, work experience and developing process/methodology. The standard for simulator model portability and the efficiency enhancement of the development process as a result have been successfully applied to several projects. This paper describes the recent trend of the spacecraft simulator in Europe and the present status of its the study and the development.

Since 1990s, the European railway sector has undergone both a vertical separation and a vertical integration. Recently Simar and Wilson (2008) provides a bootstrap test procedure for testing whether two groups' mean efficiencies are equivalent. The purpose of this paper is to ascertain the relationship between vertical separation and operational efficiency of railway industry using the Simar and Wilson's bootstrap test procedure not used in previous studies with a data set of 20 European countries from 1998 to 2005. From the value of test statistic it seems that the mean operational efficiencies of vertically separated railway industry were higher than those of vertically integrated railway industry. However the p-value indicates that the differences of mean operational efficiencies are not significat at any meaningful level.

Integration of Europe was started when European Union Treaty was concluded at Maastricht for the first time on December, 1991. Europe which may be called as a cradle of modern national state has realized a single Europe not only in the socio-economic integration field but also in the political field. Under this background, it is considered that life-long education policy for developing a new integrated growth engine of EU requires educational response that may get ready for socio-economic environmental transformation more than anything else. In particular, this policy is faced with an important task of having to achieve harmony of efficiency through diversity and mutual coordination in pursuing cooperation and integrated development of life-long education field. However, notwithstanding their efforts, since 2008, some countries of EU were faced with economic crisis due to economic recession and this situation starts to drive the whole Europe even to the point of their financial crisis at last. This crisis is currently shaking socio-economic integration of EU. This study intends to observe a status of establishing life-long education system and promoting a policy for socio-economic integration of EU and to analyze as to what kind of relevance adult participation rate of life-long learning among the countries belonged to EU has with per capita income and to explore as whether socio-economic integration among member countries could be sustained based on problems of integrative life-long education system under the economic crisis of EU. In addition, through this study, an implication required for presenting a new paradigm conversion, policy establishment and development direction for the life-long education of our country is intended to be deduced.

본 연구는 한국 미국 유럽의 ITS 사업평가방법론을 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)하여 과학적인 국내 ITS사업평가지침 도입방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS사업평가의 문제점 및 국외 선진평가방법론을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 국내 ITS평가지침을 제도화하기 위한 정책방향을 제언하였다. 국내 외 사례(미국 유럽 한국) 비교분석결과, 국내에서도 중 장기적인 ITS 투자재원의 효율적 배분과 단기적인 시스템운영의 효율화를 위해서 과학적인 ITS평가지침(ITS Evaluation Guideline)의 도입이 제도화되어야 한다. 또한 세부추진방안으로 ITS사업을 지속적이고 반복적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 ITS사업평가체계의 도입, ITS 서비스의 효과척도(MOE)를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법(운영성능평가, 경제성평가, 사전 사후비교분석, 시뮬레이션분석)정립, ITS특성을 고려한 새로운 평가기법 도입(위험도분석, 행태분석, 시뮬레이션분석) 및 기타 정책적 활용을 위한 지원(평가자료의 데이터베이스화, 한국형 ITS평가용 시뮬레이터개발, ITS사업효과 계량화 등)방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

With the flow of globalization, world aviation markets are showing growing trends toward liberalization, deregulation, and privatization. At the same time, also apparent is a strong trend toward regionalism on aviation markets to realize open skies at the regional level. This research examines the recent trend of regionalism in the world aviation market from a political economic perspective, taking a single European aviation market as an example. The results show that the creation of a single European aviation market is the EU's strategic response against the US to enhance the European aviation industry's competitiveness. More specifically, the results show that the European countries are creating a single European aviation market in order to stand against the US' so-called 'divide and nile policy' and 'encirclement strategy' and to make their airliners to have competitive advantages over the US airliners on the lucrative North-Atlantic air routes. Recently, the single European aviation market is expanding by including the Mediterranean and Balkan states to pursue Pan European aviation cooperation and to develop European Common Aviation Area so that it can continuously enhance its negotiating leverage against external markets. The results imply that it is urgent for the Northeast Asian countries to create their own regional aviation bloc to develop their aviation industry and to increase their negotiating power against external countries.

그동안 전개되어온 국내의 주파수 정책은 신규 모바일 주파수 확보와 할당분야에만 초점이 맞춰져 왔으며, 기존 주파수의 이용 효율성 제고를 위한 정책분야는 그 중요성에도 불구하고 상대적으로 주목을 받지 못하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 모바일 주파수에 부과된 기술적 제약을 완화하고 이용 효율성을 제고하기 위한 국내 정책수립에 도움을 주고자 하는 의도에서, 유럽의 모바일 주파수에 대한 기술중립성(Technology-neutrality) 도입 및 자유화정책 추진동향에 대하여 분석 정리하였다. 본 논문의 분석 결과에 따르면 모바일 주파수 대역에 대한 기술중립성 도입 및 자유화정책 추진 논의는 매우 시급하다고 보여지며 정책의 합리성을 제고하기 위해서는 소비자 편익과 공정경쟁 리스크에 대한 상대적 크기를 비교함량하여 추진방향을 결정하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

Hub-and-spokes전략은 교통분야에서 널리 이용되는 네트워크전략이지만, 철도의 경우 대개 이 전략을 이용하기 어려운 네트워크구조를 가지고 있어 그 적용사례를 찾아보기 어렵다. 그러나 유럽에서는 철도망이 도로망처럼 조밀하게 형성되어 있다는 점과 환적 처리기술의 발달로 90년대 초부터 이 전략이 철도화물운송부문에도 도입되기 시작했다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 철도화물운송망에서의 hub-and-spokes전략을 구현하는 서비스네트워크 디자인모형을 개발하고, 모델의 실제철도망에의 적용성을 평가한다. 개발되는 모형이 전략모형임에도 불구하고 모형에서는 일반화된 운영비용 외에 열차속도, 서비스빈도, 터미널에서의 화물처리속도 등에 따른 시간지체비용도 고려되었다. 시간지체비용의 고려에 따라 야기되는 비선형 목적함수는 빈도별 서비스결정변수의 설정을 통해 선형화되어 결과적으로 모형은 선형 binary정수 최적화문제로 표현되었다. 규모가 큰 네트워크의 경우 해도출의 어려움 때문에 본 논문은 전체문제의 분할(decomposition)에 기초한 휴리스틱방법((heuristic method)으로 해결한다. 해도출의 효율성을 높이기 위해 서비스빈도개선과 관련하여 세 알고리즘이 개발되었다. 개발된 알고리즘은 유럽의 실제네트워크를 기초로 도출한 4개의 테스트문제에 적용되어, 해의 정확도와 해 도출의 효율성이 비교·평가되었다.

In the paper, we describe the IPv6-based multicast videoconferencing tool and it's experimental results by using TEM (TransEurasia Information Network) which is connected between Korea and Europe recently. And we explain the efficient configuration method of IPv6 multicast as well as IPv6 configured tunneling in between Korea and Europe.
