This experiment was conducted to elucidate the effects of fruit bagging on the amounts of pesticide residues on/in pears with two pesticides, chlorpyrifos 25% WP, and penconazole 5% WP, and two pear cultivars, Niitaka and Hwangeum-bae. Residues of chlorpyrifos and penconazole in bagged pears were only $0.4{\sim}27%$ of those in non-bagged one. Residues of both pesticides in bagged and non-bagged pears were steeply reduced in the field but slowly reduced during storage. Residues of chlorpyrifos were more in the peel than in the flesh, while penconazole in bagged pear was evenly distributed in the peel and flesh. Chlorpyrifos was evenly distributed in outer bag and inner bag irrespective of bag materials, while most of penconazole was found in outer bag rather than in inner bag. To produce safer pear from pesticide residues, removal of bag before storage is recommended.

This study is to understand the existing relation-marketing based on a result that social-relationship in market can effect on customer's action with expanding the seller-purchaser relationship, and understanding purchaser-purchaser relationship in the community. The result of this study could be summarized as below: First, the customer-sales person friendly relationship effects respectively on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Second, friendly relationship of customers effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Third, customers' satisfaction and trust increases customers loyalty. Considering that they could cause others to re-buy, friendly word of mouth, recommendations, we should know improving customers loyalty about a company(department store) is very important. This study presents not only customers and sales clerks relationship but also developing customer-customer relationship is important as well. From the viewpoint, this study gives the following strategic tactics to companies. First, customer's relationship with sales clerk is not able to be built in a short time unlike discount or gifts. Second, relationship around customers effects on loyalty of the department store, over the relationship of simple customer-sales clerk. Finally, companies, to make a relationship like fabric, should escape a two-level channel, a company to a customer, then recognize a three-level channel, a company to a friendly customer to a neutral or a unfriendly customer. That means a business should use the positive to make the negative or the neutral change their behavior to it.

The purpose of this study is to examine what is the path that family and socio-environmental factors of adolescents lead to school dropout called educational crisis behavior. To investigate these research problems, the path was analyzed on the basis of the related data and variations after interview with 120 crisis adolescents in 'J Youth Counseling Center' in Jeon-ju City. By the results of this analysis, the family ties as a familial factor and the deviation friends as a socio-environmental factor had an effect on adolescents' school dropout behavior. These results indicate the need to reform the interpersonal relationship in family and school friends for preventing and solving the adolescents' crisis behavior such as school dropout behavior.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social anonymity on community quality and find out mediating factors that affect the relationship between social anonymity and community quality in online community sites. This study focuses on the factors such as self expression, self control, and community ties to investigate their mediating roles on the relationship between social anonymity and community quality. Also, discussion quality and information quality are used to measure online community quality. The results of this study show that social anonymity is directly related to discussion quality but not related to information quality. As for the mediating effects, self expression, self control and community ties are all shown to have strong mediating effects on the social anonymity and community quality relationship.

In this paper, we an empirical study of the effects of control types on Tie strength and filed project performance of project participants in field project organization for Korean domestic construction industry. In the study, we try to tell what significant impact output control, process control and tie strength among field project participants have on field project performance and features unique to field project organization for Korean construction industry through empirical analysis. And the findings of the empirical analysis are that output control appeared to have significant impacts on tie strength among the participants and process control, and process control also appear to have significant impact on field project performance.

원유의 가격은 생산된 양과 질적인 수준에 의해서 결정되며, 우리나라에서는 잔류물질검사 등에 의한 불합격 원유를 포함하여, 유지율, 세균수, 체세포수에 따라서 유대가 차등 지급되고 있다. 따라서 낙농가들의 가장 큰 관심 사항은 유대 수입을 증가시키기 위하여 유질을 향상시키는데 있다. 그동안 국내 낙농가들의 부단한 노력으로 인하여 최근에는 많은 농가가 세균수 1A, 체세포수 1등급, 유지방 4.3%로서 최고의 유대수입을 받고 있다. 하지만 여전히 일부농장에서는 유질저하에 따른 경제적 손실을 받고 있다. 그리하여 이 글에서는 그 동안 오랫동안 유질 관련 업무를 수행하면서 낙농가로 하여금 가장 많이 질문 받았던 내용들 중에서 유질향상과 관련되는 기본적이고 핵심적인 내용들을 문답식으로 재정리해 보았다. 지난 호에 이어 다루고 있는 본 원고가 귀하의 목장 유질관리에 다소나마 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

최근 핵가족 및 1인 가구 형태의 주거문화 가속화로 인해 독거노인 건강 및 복지문제, 맞벌이자녀의 양육문제 등이 자연스럽게 대두되기 시작하였고 원격지에 떨어져 사는 가족 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션 기회 상실로 가족 유대감이 점차 저하되면서 뿌리 깊게 이어진 우리나라의 가족 중심문화의 해체현상이 급속화 되어가고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회문제 해소를 위해 광대역 통신망 및 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용하여 원격지 사이의 공간을 하나로 연결하는 가상공간을 구축하여 장소, 시간에 구애 없이 멀리 떨어져 사는 가족 간에 실제 대면하듯이 커뮤니케이션을 하고 정서적 교감을 나눌 수 있는 방안 연구하고 제안하였다. 유비쿼터스 환경은 인간사회에 큰 영향을 줄 것이며, 다양한 기술이 발전하여 언제 어디서나 네트워크를 기반으로 인간과 인간, 인간과 사물 간에 통신이 가능하도록 하는 3차원 커뮤니케이션 공간을 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 3차원 커뮤니케이션을 통한 가족 간의 의사소통과 유대감을 높일 수 있도록 가상공간을 활용하는 것에 대하여 제안하였다.

The study was conducted to reveal the influence of variables causing post-traumatic growth and suggest ways to utilize it in the counseling and clinical field. Data from 208 youths in Korea were collected and analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26,0 statistic programs. This study took the perspective that post-traumatic growth was affected by the balanced- time-perspective and social-connectedness and tried to examine the influence and relation of the two variables. A frequency-analysis was performed to identify the demographic characteristics and the trends of the variables, and a Pearson's -correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relations between variables. A hierarchical- regression- analysis was performed to examine the influence of the major variables, And path-analysis was carried out to verify the research model, and the indirect effect was confirmed by using the bootstrapping method. First, religion, among all demographic variables, showed a significant effect on the post-traumatic growth. Second, the balanced-time-perspective and social-connectedness had a significant effect on post-traumatic growth. Third, the balanced time perspective influenced social-connectedness and through this process, the path explaining how post traumatic growth occurs was revealed. This suggests that the both balanced time perspective and social connectedness are important for inducing post- traumatic growth, and the utility of the variables in the counseling and clinical field.

대만의 군사력은 생존권 보장을 위한 최선의 방안인 동시에 경제성장과 정치.사회적 안정 및 국제외교상 유리한 위치를 확보하는데 도움이 되고 있다. 이와 함께 대만은 싱가폴, 말레이지아, 인도네시아등과 군사적 유대관계를 공고히 다져나가고 있으며, 필리핀도 대만과의 군사협력을 희망하고 있다. 대만 군사외교의 또다른 측면은 무기판매에 있다. 필리핀, 인도네시아등 중아시아 및 남미국가들은 저렴하고 우수한 대만 방산장비에 대한 주요 고객들이다. 또한 사우디와의 군사적 유대관계는 최첨단 무기체계에 접근할수 있는 잇점을 주고 있다

세계 플라스틱공학자협회의 연례 기술회의가 5월2일부터 4일동안 뉴욕 맨하탄에서 열려 7백50여편의 기술논문이 발표되었다. 이 협회의 압출공정분과에서 15년간 활동해온 필자는 이번 회의에서 '플라스틱사업에 종사하면서 관찰한 고분자기술 개발과 미래'라는 제목으로 주제연설을 했다. 4일동안 열린 이번 회의를 지켜보면서 그 어느 때보다 산ㆍ학ㆍ연간의 유대강화와 공동연구의 중요성을 우리에게 상기시켜 주었다.
