Recently, convergence phenomena among industries are appeared with the rapid development of information and communication technology and technology convergence also is emerging as a key issue. Especially, geospatial information industry may be expected to conduct a role as a pioneer in this convergence era. In order to do this, all fields of geospatial information should be classified systematically and interoperability and compatibility among geospatial information systems should be acquired. In this paper, a technical reference model of intelligent geospatial information is proposed to show a hierarchical technical system in the field of geospatial information. The model is developed with five core research projects of Korean Land Spatialization Group (KLSG) and includes also the scope and importance of core technology in the system. The model would be helpful to manage and control all projects of KLSG.

Computer users frequently request large scale multimedia data such as images. voice, video rather than conventional formal data. Data in virtual fossil museum are represented as points, shape, location in multidimensional space and interrelation with other spatial object. Informations in virtual fossil museum should be maintained to manipulate spatial object and non-spatial object. In this report we propose virtual fossil museum which is consisted of two parts. In the first step, basic system is implemented in internet for non-specialist such as primary students. This system is implemented based on visual multimedia information system so that non-specialist about computer can access easily. In the second step, expert system is designed which allows computer users can store, magnify, reduce, and retrieve the spatial data. This expert system uses animation, spatial query and VRML.

최근 인터넷 환경에서 지리 정보 서비스를 제공받으려는 사용자들의 지속적인 증가로 인해 저비용의 여러 개의 단일 노드를 고속의 네트워크로 연결하여 고성능을 제공하는 클러스터 기반의 공간 데이터베이스에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 공간 데이터베이스 클러스터에서 사용자가 요구한 공간 질의를 빠르게 처리하기 위해서는 고비용의 공간 조인 연산을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 비공유 공간 데이터베이스 클러스터 환경하에서 공간 조인 연산 수행 시 효율적인 병렬 처리를 위한 영역 분할 기법 및 병렬 공간 조인 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 병렬 공간 데이터베이스 시스템에서의 분할 기반 병렬 공간 조인 기법들은 병렬로 수행할 작업 분배 및 할당과 분할 경계선 상에 존재하는 공간 객체들에 대한 중복 조인 연산 및 중복 결과 제거 등의 추가적인 연산을 해야 한다는 문제점들이 있다. 제안된 기법은 공간 릴레이션들을 일정 영역들로 분할하여 비공유 공간 데이터베이스 클러스터의 각 노드에서 중복없이 저장, 관리하도록 하며 분할 영역의 경계선 상에 위치하는 공간 데이터에 대해서만 중복 저장을 허용하여 병렬 공간 조인 연산 시 누락되는 공간 데이터가 없도록 한다. 본 기법은 공간 조인 연산 시 병렬 처리를 위한 별도의 작업 할당 과정을 거치지 않고 각 노드에서 병렬적으로 공간 조인 연산을 수행하며, 분할 경계선 상에 존재하는 공간 객체들은 여과 과정을 거쳐 한번만 공간 조인이 수행되므로 중복 결과들을 제거하기 위한 별도의 연산이 필요없는 특징을 갖는다. Since the late 20C, the development of informative electronic technology has expanded human beings' spatial recognition from three-dimension into multi-dimension. Also space has formed mutual organic relation with the human being, since they started having the image responding ability of experience and recognition. The mutual organic relation has appeared in exhibition space aggressively introduced informative electronic technology from existing physical space. Therefore, m carried out a compartive study into the status of exhibition facilities and the form of interaction focusing on exhibition facilities as a medium of interaction between information and users in experiential exhibition space to which informative electronic technology had been introduced. The ultimate purpose of the study was that the phenomena, which had been anticipated from happenings in mutual organic relation between human beings and space, was reflected on space as a place of various communication activities. Hereafter, researches and studies on further exhibition should be continued to clarify the mutual relationship between exhibition space and user trends not only through exhibition space but also through the study of user trends that are changing everyday.

This study analyzed the situation of urban agriculture development through theories, paradigms, and typology to determine the application frequency and development keywords about space forming. The results showed that urban space by distance determines "Dimension of space forming" through self-production, public-production, and nation-social operation. Second, the complex space by shape determine "Identity of space forming" through "Flat Shape" for using the widespread land, "Compact Shape" for overcoming the small and poor land, and "Fusion of Flat Compact Shape" for systematic use between Flat and Compact. Third, building and interior space according to location determine the "Utility of space forming" through land, roof, wall, veranda, interior, and infrastructure space. The concepts about space forming of urban agriculture have an organic correlation and will be developed sustainably by the evolved cases from now on. In addition, space forming of urban agriculture produces new creation space by various fusion processes and will be a development trend of new urban agriculture.

공간디자인의 확장을 통한 영상디자인에 감각적이고 생명력을 부여하여 시각적이고 기술적 요소를 가미한 유기적 아름다움과 감성의 경계와 확장에 대한 영상으로 접근하고 서로 다른 환경에서의 구조적이며, 공간적, 그리고 시간적인 개념들이 쌓이면서 다양한 오브제들에 환경에 맞는 의미들을 부여하고, 실험적 영상을 스크린뿐만 아니라 다양한 매체들을 통해서 효과적인 정보전달체계와 메시지를 전달하여 새로운 감각을 확장한다. 도시경관이나 공원, 건축물등 다양한 공공환경을 개선하기 위한 효과적인 영상연출과 가상공간에서의 현실적 느낌들을 부여하고 니즈들의 상호관계를 극복하여 전시기법과 패턴 여러 복합적인 요소들을 활용하여 영상디자인에 있어서의 효과적인 방법들을 여러사례 분석과 실험들을 통하여 연구한다.

레이저 유기 압력 펄스법을 이용하여 가교폴리에틸렌필름과 전력케이블의 공간전하의 성질을 정량적으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 잔류가교제를 갖는 XLPE에서는 음극으로부터 현저한 전자주입이 나타나고 시료전체에 걸쳐 부의 공간 전하가 형성되었으며 음극으로 부터의 전자 주입은 전계상승에 따라 증가 하였다. XLPE 전력 케이블에서는 잔류가교제가 이온화하여 생긴 정 및 부의 헤테로 공간 전하가 음극 및 양극 부근에 형성되었다.

Recently, Construction information is being changed from CAD to BIM, and GIS is extending from outdoor to indoor information. In these circumstances, the needs of continuous use of construction information linked with GIS are growing constantly in stages of maintenance, operation and service as well as planning, design and construction. To this end, it is essential element to represent 3-dimensional large object efficiently in establishing BIM-GIS interoperability platform by combination of construction and spatial information. In this study, we design spatial data LOD for making spatial object and texture by level, and develop weight lightening algorithm of large spatial object.

This study is aiming at examining the possibilities to develop eco-friendly waterfront, and discusses characteristics of the organic worldview which has been emerged as new development or eco-friendly paradigm in recent science against the mechanical worldview of modem times. The orientation of waterfront development is characterized as unity, diversity, dynamics and mutuality. In addition, I examined the factors for waterfront design according to the locational, decorativeand visual properties of urban$.$architecture to find out concrete factors of its design. This study suggests the factors for waterfront design making use of organic properties, by examining the orientation for organic development of eco-friendly waterside environment and showing correlation between the factors of specific design, and their examples.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.
