유튜브 등의 1인 미디어 플랫폼 열풍과 반대로, 이에 대한 엄격한 방송 규약은 존재하지 않아 생기는 여러 사회적 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 1인 미디어 시청자는 원하는 정보를 찾기 위해 영상 제공자가 제공하는 정보에만 의존하여 영상을 선택하고 내용을 확인하여야 한다. 그 결과 의도한 주제와 맞지 않은 영상을 시청하게 되는 비효율성을 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 용어 신뢰도 기반 유튜브 영상 필터링 웹 서비스(YouChoose)를 제안한다. YouChoose는 유튜브 리뷰 영상의 음성을 자연어 처리 기법을 이용하여 사전 처리하고 신뢰도를 도출해 사용자에게 제공함으로써 검색 시 의도와 일치하는 영상을 직접 시청 전에 추천 받을 수 있도록 한다.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트폰에 내장된 GPS 센서와 카카오 로그인 API, 기상청 API, 유튜브 라이브러리, 크롤링을 활용한 체감 온도 기반 코디 추천 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 카카오 로그인 API를 활용한 제삼자 로그인 인증 방식을 사용하고 사용자별 체질 정보를 입력받아 개인화된 옷차림 정보를 제공하도록 구현한다. 또한 GPS 센서로 받아온 위치 정보를 기상청 API와 연동하여 사용자의 현재 위치에 해당하는 날씨 정보와 체감 온도를 계산하여 제공하도록 구현한다. 그리고 유튜브 라이브러리를 사용하여 유튜브 코디 영상을 제공하여 사용자의 코디에 도움을 주도록 구현한다.

본 연구에서는 비대칭 이중게이트 MOSFET의 채널길이와 채널두께의 비에 따른 드레인 유도 장벽 감소 현상의 변화에 대하여 분석하고자한다. 드레인 전압이 소스 측 전위장벽에 영향을 미칠 정도로 단채널을 갖는 MOSFET에서 발생하는 중요한 이차효과인 드레인 유도 장벽 감소는 문턱전압의 이동 등 트랜지스터 특성에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 드레인 유도 장벽 감소현상을 분석하기 위하여 포아송방정식으로부터 급수형태의 전위분포를 유도하였으며 차단전류가 $10^{-7}A/m$일 경우 비대칭 이중게이트 MOSFET의 상단게이트 전압을 문턱전압으로 정의하였다. 비대칭 이중게이트 MOSFET는 단채널효과를 감소시키면서 채널길이 및 채널두께를 초소형화할 수 있는 장점이 있으므로 본 연구에서는 채널길이와 두께 비에 따라 드레인 유도 장벽 감소를 관찰하였다. 결과적으로 드레인 유도 장벽 감소 현상은 단채널에서 크게 나타났으며 하단게이트 전압, 상하단 게이트 산화막 두께 그리고 채널도핑 농도 등에 따라 큰 영향을 받고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study aims to understand the current status of science-related channels on YouTube provided by government-funded research institutes and investigate user experiences and behaviors of using the services. We examined the number of subscribers, view counts, and video contents of 26 YouTube channels from the government-funded research institutes. We also designed a user study with the uses and gratifications theory and conducted a semi-structured interview. By grouping videos into five categories: Public Relations, Lectures, Entertainment, Vlogs, and Q&A, most videos were about research projects or institutional promotions. User motivation for using the YouTube channel was to acquire scientific knowledge and information. Users thought that YouTube channels could provide reliable information and satisfy their intellectual curiosity. But they criticized that most videos were uninteresting, and the lack of promotions of the channels made others hesitant to sign up and watch. Findings from this study could help fully understand the current status of the government-funded research institute's YouTube channel and be used as resources for the government's planning and development of various YouTube services.

A Parking Guidance and Information Service System is to provide real-time parking-information and the shortest parking-path for increasing the user's convenience, relieving traffic congestion, reducing illegal parking, and maximizing the efficiency of parking management. This paper discusses the result of the needs analysis, design, and implementation of the Parking Guidance and Information Service System. Furthermore, it analyzes and compares the parking time and vehicle turnover rate before and after the system installation.

본 논문에서는 모바일폰을 통한 시맨틱 검색 및 개인 기호정보를 사용한 검색 결과의 필터링이 가능한 시스템을 제안 하고자 한다. 시스템에서는 모바일 컨텐츠와 웹 컨텐츠의 검색 연동, 사용자 기호정보의 유 무선 장치의 공유 및 유 무선 장치간 검색 결과의 공유를 지원한다. 모바일폰의 컴퓨팅 능력을 고려해 모바일폰에는 사용자 인터페이스만을 유지 하도록 한다. 모바일폰을 통한 시맨틱 검색을 지원하기 위해 시스템은 실험적으로 뉴스 도메인에 국한된 카테고리에 대한 분류 체계 온톨로지를 구축하며, 각 카테고리간 관계를 설정 한다. 또한, 개인 기호정보를 통한 검색 결과의 필터링을 위해 사용자 기호정보를 XML 형태의 벡터 모델로 유지하며, 이는 서버의 데이터베이스에 각 사용자 계정으로 저장하고 공유한다. 모바일폰의 여러 단점을 극복하고 장점을 극대화 하기 위해 검색 결과를 서버에 저장하고 이를 유 무선 장치간 상호 공유 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 아키텍처와 구성 및 주요 기능에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

In the face of unprecedented pandemics, School libraries should also seek ways to provide non-face-to-face services in an online environment differentiated from existing services, which were mainly limited to face-to-face activities. This study is a basic study for school library services using the operation of YouTube channels. Thourgh the FGI was conducted on teacher librarians of school libraries who are operating YouTube channel, we investigated the awareness, necessity, and specific requirements of school libraries. Furthermore, The second interview to verify the feasibility of our propose ways to activate the operation of school libraries on YouTube in the future.

The network analysis is done to explore what kind if issues are diffused about earthquake and the role of social media. The types of disaster information is classified into formal and informal. The role of actor is classified based on the concentrativeness and the diffusion of issue. Youttube is functioned as a formal channel and an informal channel when disaster happened. In case of government's video, issue contractiveness is high but the diffusion is low. In case of media's video, issue contractiveness and the diffusion are all high. In case of individual channel, issue contractiveness is low, but diffusion is high. In disaster, youtube is a tool to respread the disaster issue. Government needs to try diffusion of government's news actively in disaster.

This study explored the performance factors of casino information systems for foreigners, empirically examined the causal relation between these factors and the business performances through organizational trust and job satisfaction and suggested a direction to enhance the casino information systems. The result of this study showed that, firstly, information quality impacted positively on security reliability and job satisfaction. Secondly, system quality impacted positively on security reliability and job satisfaction. Thirdly, service quality impacted positively on security reliability and job satisfaction. Fourthly, security reliability impacted positively on job satisfaction through security reliability. Lastly, security reliability and job satisfaction impacted positively on business performance. This research must be continued by expanding upon the variables of this research study, and there is a need for follow up research on methods that can analyze the management performance of casino information systems from a diverse set of approaches and also research that conducts an analysis on systems that are implemented to prevent tax evasion.

This study explores diffusion of information on Covid-19 relating to China on You Tube. For this, information on Covid-19 relating to China was divided into factual information and disinformation, with factual information being categorized into positive and negative information. According to network analysis, there are lots of negative information and disinformation. On the contrary positive information is rare. There are lots of videos about rumor on the leak of Wuhan institute among disinformation. Rumor on the manipulation of genes has the highest average value of view count and betweenness centrality. Main stream youtube channel has only role of messenger which delivers messages as it is instead of fact-checking on disinformation. The fact which there are much more negative information or disinformation among videos about Covid-19 relating with China shows that Youtube users skewed toward negative information and disinformation than positive ones. In summary, disinformation on youtube brings spreadable effect by making user watch similar contents.
