신속하고 정확한 교통정보 서비스의 제공은 원활한 교통소통을 위하여 필수적인 요소이다. 특히, 교통사고, 도로보수 그리고 자연재해와 같은 유고가 발생할 경우, 운전자에게 즉시 통보해주어 우회할 수 있도록 조치하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 다양한 교통정보 수집기에서 수집된 교통정보를 바탕으로 실시간으로 유고상황을 판별하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 유고상황 분석은 다양한 환경요인으로 인해 판별이 어렵고, 최근에 활용되고 있는 인공지능 기법은 검지에 드는 시간 비용이 많다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 과거에 발생한 각종 돌발 상황을 분석하여 실시간으로 유고상황을 검지하는 것이 목적이다. 유고검지를 위해 GPS를 탑재한 probe car에서 수집된 차량속도와 온라인으로 제보된 유고정보를 ANFIS를 이용하여 분석 후 유고상태를 판별한다. 본 연구를 통해 실시간 도로 이용자들이 유고 발생 지역의 정보를 제공받고 그 상황에 신속하게 대처하게 함으로써 교통 혼잡 완화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

최근 개인정보 유 노출 사건이 급격히 증가하면서, 개인정보를 수집 이용하는 기업들의 개인정보 유 노출에 대한 대응 행태에 큰 관심이 모아지고 있다. 정보통신 기술이 급속히 발달함에 따라, 유 노출된 개인정보가 야기할 수 있는 피해의 정도가 점점 커지고 있지만, 정작 해당 기업들은 회사 이미지나 경제적인 이유 등으로 대응에 소극적이기 때문이다. 실제로 최근 많은 사업자들의 개인정보가 해킹으로 100만건 이상 유출된 바 있지만, 이들 사업자 중 유출 사실을 고객에게 통지한 기업은 전무하였다. 금년 8월, 방송통신위원회는 이러한 세계적 트랜드에 발 맞추어 개정 정보통신망법(안)에 개인정보 노출사고 발생 시 정보통신서비스 제공자가 노출된 정보, 노출시점 및 대처방법 등을 이용자에게 통지하고 방송통신위원회에 신고하도록 의무화하는 내용을 추가하였다. 이미 미국은 거의 모든 주(州)가 이러한 유 노출이 발생하였을 경우, 이를 고지하도록 하는 법안을 마련하였으며, 영국, 캐나다, 호주 등도 관련 지침을 마련하여 운영 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 개인정보 유 노출과 관련한 국내외 관련 법제 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

본 연구는 2005년부터 2013년 3월까지 Scopus에서 페미니즘 분야를 선정하여 이에 해당하는 논문 37편과 이 논문들이 인용한 유튜브 55개를 대상으로 학술논문들이 유튜브를 인용할 때 활용하는 유형과 문제점을 살펴보고 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기사항에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 의도를 효율적으로 보여주는 유튜브는 0.34%의 인용률을 나타내고 있으며 지속적으로 인용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유튜브 접속오류는 55개중 6개(10.9%)이며, 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기가 부적합하게 기재된 경우는 38개(69.1%)였다. 그 원인으로 올바르게 표기하지 않은 저자의 노력 부족과 인용된 유튜브가 학술정보로서 충분한 정보를 제공하지 못한 경우가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.

유고란 도로상에서 교통량의 주기적인 집중에 의한 혼잡과는 구별되는 개념으로 교통사고, 도로보수 그리고 자연재해와 같은 비 반복적인 정체의 상황을 일컫는다. 이러한 유고는 막대한 통행시간이 추가로 발생하고 연료소모, 환경피해 등의 문제가 발생하므로 이러한 교통손실을 최소화하기 위하여 자동유고감지 알고리즘의 개발이 필수적이다. 이를 위하여 현재 다양한 검지기에서 수집된 교통 데이터를 바탕으로 유고를 감지하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각종 유고 상황을 인지하여 제2의 사고를 예방할 수 있는 효율적인 유고감지 알고리즘을 개발하기 위하여 퍼지논리와 패턴을 함께 사용하였다. 먼저 퍼지논리와 패턴에 사용되는 데이터는 루프 검지기에서 5분 마다 수집된 교통정보(교통량, 점유율, 속도)를 이용하였다. 교통정보를 이용하여 구축된 요일 및 시간대별 패턴과 함께 퍼지논리를 이용하여 도출된 유고 소속도를 가지고 유고를 감지하였다.

YouTube as a news channel is gaining popularity because it offers more interesting and in-depth news than traditional news media. However, YouTube has been criticized for its distribution of false information (or fake news) in Korea. Politicians are actively proposing a variety of bills to regulate YouTube's false information and a lot of studies proposed how to regulate YouTube's false information. This study looked at the users' experience and perception of false information and identified factors that affected the regulation of YouTube news. The results showed that the conservatives and the moderate groups were exposed to false information more than the progressives, and those in their 60s believed that false information was distributed on YouTube rather those in their 20s to 50s. The more people value freedom of expression, the more people trust TV Chosun news, the more people tend to oppose the regulation of information on YouTube. On the other hand, it turns out that the more people trust the news on both terrestrial broadcasting networks and JTBC, and the more people value the enlightening aspects on the news, the more they approve of Youtube regulation.

본 고에서는 유헬스를 구현하기 위한 다양한 형태의 생체 정보 모니터링 기술의 국내외 연구개발 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI) u-헬스연구팀에서 진행되고 있는 생체정보 모니터링 기술의 연구개발 내용에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 또한, 유헬스 표준화 동향에 대하여 알아보고 유헬스의 전망과 기대효과를 설명하고자 한다.

Predictive information on the freeway incident impacts can be a critical criterion in selecting travel options for users and in operating transportation system for operators. Provided properly, users can select time-effective route and operators can effectively run the system efficiently. In this study, a model is proposed to predict freeway incident impacts. The predictive model for incident impacts is based on short-term prediction. The proposed models are examined using MARE. The analysis results suggest that the models are accurate enough to be deployed in a real-world. The development of microscopic models to predict incident effects is expected to help minimize traffic delay and mitigate related social costs.

The purpose of the research is to find out both what information tweens (12~14 years old adolescents) need and how they use YouTube to satisfy with their information needs. In order to achieve the goal, the research collected the data by conducting a survey on tweens (N=130) and analyzed the data with statistical processes. The research found out some significant results: first, tweens frequently use the informaton on YouTube and search for leisure information most often. Second, tweens search for information on YouTube because of ease and convenience on learning information even though they do not trust the information on YouTube. Third, tweens regard that YouTube play the role as a significant information source and searching tool, and use information on YouTube because the information on YouTube are composed of easy-to-understand video format. On the basis of the results, the research suggests and discusses how information organization such as public or school libraries provide information services for youth groups effectively.

Globally, U-health services have been increased according to the increase in interests on health managing and the development of information communication technology (ICT) based on increases in advanced ages and chronic disease. Exiting U-health services provide required services and health information monitoring only through counsels and that represent limitations in preventing and managing cardiovascular disease patients like chronic patients. In this paper, we propose of U-health platform based health management service model using context information. In our service model can provide health monitoring, diet, and exercise service using context information of clinical information and wether in U-health platform environment. Service to offer is the specialized service using external content provider of DB. in addition to, doctor can to provide advice information to patient using monitoring service. The proposed service model provides effective services using context information in U-health platform environments to customers and that will improve the health of chronic patients.

U-health care services have been attracted to effectively solve some problems in promoting health and preparing aging society. Although the recent U-health care services have been developed to treat diseases, it requires environment information related to health for preventing fundamental diseases and for promoting health. In this study, a U-health environment service that reflects context recognition information is proposed. The proposed service draws environment information using local weather and healthcare information in users' residential areas. In the context recognition based U-health environment services, various services are provided to users not only health, living weather based menu, and exercise services but user location based warning messages for dangerous regions and remote emergency services. That is, based on such context recognition, some events that are to be occurred to users are detected and then it will provide proper services. Thus, it improves the satisfaction of U-health services and its service qualities.
