  • 국내의 축사는 윈치커튼의 위치를 조절하여 줌으로써 내부의 기류를 교환하는 개방형 축사가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 개방형 축사의 환기는 외기풍속의 영향에의해 내부 기류의 흐름이 형성되어 바람이 없는 고온기에는 내부의 기류혼합이 잘 되지 않기 때문에 고온으로 인한 내부의 환경이 열악하다. 따라서 자연환기 축사에 배기팬 또는 입기팬을 설치하는 조합형 환기 축사가 주를 이를 것으로 판단된다. (중략)

  • 현재 우리 나라 대부분의 소형어선에서 사용중인 어로시스템은 주기관의 회전력을 이용하는 사이드 드럼이지만, 이 시스템은 조작이 불편하고, 어로 작업을 하면서 동시에 시스템을 조작하고자 할 때에는 어선 승조원이 조작 레버가 설치된 장소로 이동하여 수동으로 조작해야 하는 불편이 있다. 이 문제의 개선을 위해 과거부터 많은 노력이 행해져 왔지만 결국 조업시스템을 기계화 하지 않으면 효율적인 어로 작업이 어렵기 때문에 최근에는 인력 절감형 어업기계장치에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.(중략)

Research on Arrangement Design for Sailing Yacht Winch using 3D Human Simulation (3D 휴먼 시뮬레이션을 통한 세일링 요트 윈치 배치 설계 연구)

  • Unlike other leisure boats, a sailing yacht is propelled by wind power using sails that are controlled by the crew. Therefore, the ergonomic design of the equipment that the crew has to operate for sailing might be very important. However, it is difficult to find design rules and regulations for the equipment arrangement of a sailing yacht based on ergonomics. In this study, the arrangement design for the height and side plate angle of a winch for a sailing yacht was examined from an ergonomic design point of view. In a simulation, a Korean male in his 20s was selected as a human model for a grinder. The physical load was analyzed when he was operating a winch using a 3D human simulation. The lower back load showed the highest value when using the grinder at $90^{\circ}$ and $180^{\circ}$. Based on the results for the lower back load when using the grinder with various winch heights, it is suggested that the winch height from the cockpit floor to the top of the winch should be more than 40% of the height of the human operator. In addition, according to the results for the lower back load with various horizontal distances from the body, it is suggested that the side plate angle should be less than $16^{\circ}$.

Surveying for Pig House Facilities of Pig Farms by Holding Scale (양돈농가의 사육규모별 축사시설 분석)

  • In this research pig house facilities what are 3,029 houses hold over 1000 heads were surveyed by scale and province. Full-time farms hold over 1000 heads breed total 7,229,892 heads. And farms breed 2,386.9 heads averagely. Pig houses were constructed august 1995 averagely. Each of houses have $3,017.2\;m^2$ scale. The construction type of pig house was winch-curtain type 77.2% which was most popular, confined type 51.3%, litter type 7.4% and loft type 4.6%. The winch-curtain type was popular than windowless type in pig farms which have 1,000-1,999 heads. But pig house construction type which have more than over 10,000 heads was windowless type more than winch-curtain type. Manure removing type was slurry 72.3% and scraper 38.5% in farms which have 1,000-1,999 heads. Manure removing type was slurry 83.3% in farms which have over 10,000 heads. Proportion of roof type of pig house was slate 51.2%, panel 46.1%. But in middle or small farms, slate type was only 25.0%. Proportion of wall type of pig house was 41.9%, block 21.9%, concrete 7.6%, winch-curtain 6.3%, and bnck 5.9%. Ventilation type of pig house was natural winch 46.1%, mechanical windowless 69.8% and mixed type 53.1%. So, mechanical windowless type was popular than natural winch type. Especially the farm scale is bigger the mechanical widowless type was more. Utilization period of pig house was 8.1 years about automatic feeder, 8.3 years about waterer, 8.2 years about electric facilities and 9.0 years about floor material. Thus, almost of facilities were used at least 8 years.

Necessity to incorporate XR-based Training Contents Focused on Cable pulling using Winches in the Shipbuilding (윈치를 활용한 케이블 포설을 중심으로 고찰한 XR 기반 훈련 콘텐츠 도입의 필요성)

  • This paper has suggested the necessity of introducing training contents using XR(Extended reality) technology as a way to lower the high rate of nursing accidents among unskilled technical personnel in domestic shipbuilding industry, focusing on cable pulling using winch. The occurrence rate of nursing accidents in the domestic shipbuilding industry was almost double(197.4%) (2017~2020) when compared with other manufacturing industries. In particular, it is worth noting that more than 31.8% of nursing accidents in the shipbuilding industry occurred among workers whose job experience is no more than 6 months. Most of new workers are seen to have hard time due to several factors such as lack of work information, inexperience, and unfamiliarity with the working environments. This indicates that it is essential to incorporate more effective training method that could help new workers become familiar with technical skills as well as working environments in a short period of time. Currently, education/training at the domestic shipyard is biased toward technical skills such as welding, painting, machine installation, and electrical installation. Contrary, even more important training required to get new workers used to the working environment has remained at a superficial level such as explaining ship building processes using 2D drawings. This may be the reason why it is inevitable to repeat similar training at OJT (On-the-Job Training) even at the leading domestic companies. Domestic shipbuilding industries have been attracting a lot of new workers thanks to recent economic recovery, which is very likely to increase the occurrence of disasters. In this paper, the introduction of training using XR technology was proposed, and as a specific example, the process of pulling cables using winches on ships was implemented as XR-based training content by using Unity. Using the developed content, it demonstrated that new workers can experience the actual work process in advance through simulation in a virtual space, thereby becoming more effective training content that can help new workers become familiar with the work environment.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the control of a self-activated cable spooling system for towed away handling winch using a hydraulic servo driving unit and a cable position measurement mechanism. To design a controller of the cable spooling system, it is carried out the analysis of the hydraulic servo system and derived the relationship of a parameters through the control theory. Also, it is derived from the control specfications using settling rotation angle and spooling safety ratio proposed to the analysis for the behavior of the system. The cable spooling system is tested and evaluated to validate the performance of the controller.

  • A pin-type load-cell which uses shear-type strain gauges was developed to measure the tension of a wire in a winch. A finite element analysis was performed to determine the locations of the strain gauges. All of the shear-type strain gauges were attached onto parts that undergo regularly shear stress distributions. A Wheatstone bridge circuit was used to connect each of the gauges and to measure the strains. Linearity within the 5% error range was noted when testing the pin-type load-cell.

  • In this study, a winch and load motion control system design method is introduced. Especially, the winch and load (moving cart) are connected with long wire rope which is extended to few kilometers long. Therefore, the rope length changes such that many dynamic parameter values are changed as well by winding and releasing the rope from the winch system. In this paper, the authors designed the control system by considering the real time parameter variation to occupy and keep good control performance continuously. The effectiveness of introduced method was evaluated by simulation results.

  • 해저케이블 설치시 고비용, 민원발생, 환경오염 논란 등의 이슈가 많은 개착식 공법을 대신하여 현장에서 점차 친환경적 공법으로 자리 잡고 있는 비개착식 공법을 이용한 전력설비 건설이 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 새로운 시도를 위해 필수적인 장거리 케이블 포설에 대한 새로운 방법을 현장실증을 통한 Data 확보 및 장비개발로 새롭게 제시하였다. 케이블 포설시 밀어주는 장비인 Pusher, 기존의 윈치와 Pusher 의 속도를 동기화시키는 장치 및 케이블을 꼬임없이 당기기 위한 다도체용회전형풀링아이 등을 개발하여 기존에 설치하였던 해저용특수케이블이 아닌 현재 일반적으로 사용중인 케이블의 포설가능 거리를 증가시켜 도서지역 전력공급 등을 위한 장거리케이블 포설에 비개착식 방식이 적용 가능 토록 새로운 케이블 포설공법을 개발하였다.
