Development of Traffic Safety Behavioral Index on Elementary School Children (초등학교 어린이 교통안전 행동지수 검사도구 개발연구)

  • Researches on children's traffic behavior have only focused on traffic accidents and the number of accidents, and therefore it's been impossible to deal with more broad field of study. In this research we can review the possibility of traffic accidents of children and provide them with traffic education. The goal of this research is to develop a device for measuring possibility of children in terms of traffic behavior. Around 600 elementary students of two schools involved in the pretest with 259 questions and about 3,500 students(junior level 53 questions & senior level 72 questions) involved in practical test. At the result of the research, junior level extracted 4 factors(Lack of behavioral control, Aggressive, Self-regulation, Impulsive Instinct) and 44 questions, and senior level extracted 4 factors(Lack of behavioral control, Depression, Sense-oriented, Aggressive) and 69 questions. We take the gender consideration in separate the groups whether the group has traffic behavioral problem or not. In these series of research, we got the standard score such as junior male student, 63 & female student, 50 and senior male student, 110 & female student, 99.

The Impact of Customer Regulatory Focus and Familiarity with Generative AI-based Chatbot on Self-Disclosure Intentions: Focusing on Privacy Calculus Theory (고객의 조절초점 성향과 생성형 AI 기반 챗봇에 대한 친숙도가 개인정보 제공의도에 미치는 영향: 프라이버시 계산이론을 중심으로)

  • Increasing concerns regarding personal data privacy have complicated the acquisition of customer data through online marketing. This study investigates factors influencing customers' willingness to disclose information via a generative AI-based chatbot. Drawing on privacy calculus theory and regulatory focus theory, we explore how customer regulatory focus and familiarity with the generative AI-based chatbot shape disclosure intentions. Our study, involving 473 participants, reveals that low familiarity with the chatbot leads individuals with a prevention focus to perceive higher privacy risks and lower perceived usefulness compared to those with a promotion focus. However, with high familiarity, these differences diminish. Moreover, individuals with a promotion focus show a greater inclination to disclose information when familiarity with the generative AI-based chatbot is low, whereas this regulatory focus does not significantly impact disclosure intentions when familiarity is high. Perceived privacy risks mediate these relationships, underscoring the importance of understanding familiarity with the generative AI-based chatbot in facilitating personal information disclosure.

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the influencing factors on the new products adoption between countries and generations. For this purpose, a research is developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 524 persons and were tested by t-test and various statistical methods. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. In the cultural factors, the groupism has high discretion in China old generation. The materialism and shopping preference have high discretion in two young generations. There is no difference between the two groups in the distance of power. In innovativeness of personality, Korea and China young generation have high discretion. Innovativeness has high discretion in Korea and China youngs. Cognition and sensory innovativeness are has low discretion in Korea old. In the social risk perception, physiological, functional general and financial risk has high discretion in China old. In risk reducing behavior, the normative taking level and ad, new product adoption has high discretion in Korea and China youngs. But, the influence of others has high discretion in China old generation. The safety and brand reputation are no influences. The findings have a several marketing strategies in generation and countries.

Analysis of Public Perception of Nuclear Power Generation Reflected in the Times (시대성이 반영된 원자력발전에 대한 일반인들의 인식 분석)

  • This study investigates the perception of the general public through analysis of various potential risk factors reflecting nuclear power generation and nuclear power (radiation) and risks. A total of 293 copies of the data were collected from various strata in Busan. As a result, among the potential factors in everyday life, there was a high awareness of the risk to the fire. Next, the perception of risk for radiation terror and nuclear (nuclear) energy was relatively high compared to other risk factors. In the analysis according to age, educational background, and political ideological tendency, the results were contradictory to the necessity, risk and safety of nuclear power generation. The potential risk factors and the perception of nuclear power according to the tendency of political ideology were analyzed to be positive recognition of conservative ideology and negative recognition of progressive group. In other words, the perception of nuclear power was analyzed differently according to the tendency of political ideology. Therefore, it should be decided to reflect the opinions of experts and various opinions of the general public in the setting of nuclear radiation (radiation), it is believed that ordinary people need to take flexible action without having a vague sense of anxiety about various potential risks and nuclear power (radiation) based on objective and scientific grounds.

A Study on the Risk Perception differences by Age on Augmented Reality Game (증강현실 게임에서 연령에 따른 위험 인식 차이 연구)

  • Augmented reality game has differences with traditional games in the way what it includes physical risks happened in the real world. Although accidents related to Pokemon Go are increasing, academic discussions on the issues are rare. Thus, this study explores risk types caused by the augmented reality game and examined how perception of the risks affect usage intention on the game. This study also provides the research implications through comparative analysis between youth group who generally has the tendency toward game addiction and older group. According to the results, teenagers had less usage intention when perceived financial risk increase. In case of over twenty, time risk had negative relationship with usage intention. Physical risk had no significant effect on usage intention for teenagers, but positive relationship was observed in case over twenty. These results imply the necessity of an appropriate regulation for safe game play.

  • Under the retirement pension plan enforced since December 2005, retirees can just choose the payout strategy either of a lump sum allowance or of an annuity in receiving the retirement benefit. Therefore, it is imperative to review and introduce the program withdrawal system enforced by countries with mature pension plan, and complement the limitations of the current payout strategy in the future. In this study, the appropriateness of each of the payout strategies related to the program withdrawal system is examined in terms of shortfall risk and bequest fund per each risk propensity through the expected utility model that reflects the age of the retiree.

Analyzing College Students' Dialogic Argumentation in the Context of Nanotechnology Issues Based on Idiocentrism and Allocentrism (나노기술 관련 사회·윤리적 쟁점 맥락에서 개인-집단중심성향에 따른 대학생들의 논증담화 분석)

  • This study aimed to explore the patterns of college students' dialogic argumentation in the context of nanotechnology issues, and to compare these patterns based on their idiocentrism and allocentrism. Nanotechnology represents the characteristics of socioscientific issues in that it is widely used in various fields, but at the same time, it includes the likelihood of negative effects. 33 college students who enrolled in science-related course participated in this study. Participants were divided into idiocentric groups and allocentric groups based on the INDCOL scores, and they participated in group discussions on nanotechnology. All discussions were audiotaped and analyzed using the framework of discourse clusters and schemes. Results showed that participating students engaged in dialogic argumentation with the process of exchanging of individual perspectives, exploration of different perspectives, and coordination and negotiation; specifically, they spent most of their time in exploring different values and perspectives regarding nanotechnology. Results also indicated the differences in discourse clusters and discourse schemes between idiocentric and allocentric groups. Allocentric groups more often negotiated to settle on a group decision than idiocentric groups did, and discourse schemes in their negotiation process were slightly different from the ones in idiocentric groups.

A Study on Regulatory Focus and Risk Taking Affecting Entrepreneurial Motivation Under Uncertainty (불확실성하에서 창업동기에 영향을 미치는 조절초점과 위험감수성에 관한 연구)

  • This study is a study on the regulatory focus and entrepreneurship that affect entrepreneurial motivation under uncertainty. In the empirical analysis results between the prevention focus, risk taking, and economic entrepreneurial motive, which were not observed in previous studies in Korea, this study tried to supplementally verify the previous studies by focusing on the limitations of the sample suggested as limitations. In particular, under a special external environment where uncertainty is deepening due to COVID-19 and the economic situation is being severely hit, we regressively analyze regulatory focus and risk taking, which are innate personal characteristics that can affect entrepreneurial motives. The mediating effect of risk taking was demonstrated. As a result of the empirical results, it was found that the prevention focus, risk taking, and economic entrepreneurial motivation had a significant effect, and it was shown that risk taking had a mediating effect between the prevention focus and the economic entrepreneurial motivation. This result is meaningful as a result not observed in previous studies, and it is judged that the control focus, which is an individual characteristic with a large innate tendency, interacts with the risk taking of the acquired tendency to influence the motivation to start a business. The results of this study can be of practical help by understanding and concentrating on regulatory focus and risk taking when conducting entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship education programs to entrepreneurs who dream of or want to start a business amid the growing uncertainty of the external environment. On the other hand, it is necessary to confirm whether these results, which are different from previous studies, are the effect of sample diversity or the external environment such as Corona 19, and re-verification through additional research is needed in the future.

준분산을 이용한 투자분석모형에 대한 연구

  • 일반적으로 투자자들은 높은 수익을 얻기를 바라는 성향 그리고 위험기피적 성향을 가지고 있는 것으로 받아들여진다. 그러나 투자자들이 갖는 이러한 대표적인 두가지 성향은 현실에서 직면하는 투자대안의 경우에 서로 상층(trade-off)하는 것이 일반적이며, 따라서 그러한 상충관계를 서로 다른 수준으로 포함하고 있는 대안들 중에서 어떤 것을 선택하는 때에 투자자의 선호체계가 중요하게 작용한다. 그런데 많은 경우 투자자들은 그러한 상충관계에 직면했을 때, 커다란 손실의 가능성을 포함하는 대안이 아니라면 약간 낮은 평균수익이 에상되더라도 높은 수익의 가능성이 상대적으로 높은 대안을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 약간 낮은 평균수익이 예상되더라도 높은 수익의 가능성이 상대적으로 높은 대안 즉, 대안 수익의 분포가 우향왜곡된(skewed positively)대안을 선호하는 투자자의 성향을 포함시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하였다.

An Empirical Study on the Contingent Analyses on the Relationship Between the Characteristics of e-Trade and User Acceptance (전자무역의 특성과 사용자 수용간의 상황적 관계분석)

  • 본 연구는 전자무역을 혁신수용의 관점에서 기술하고 있다. 관련 문헌의 고찰을 통해 천자무역 특성요인과 수용자(무역업체) 특성요인을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형의 개발 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설은 인터넷리서치를 통해 수집된 자료를 다중회귀분석기법을 이용하여 검정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전자무역의 특성변수들(지각된 유용성/편의성/위험성)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성이 높을수록 전자무역 수용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신 수용자로서 무역업체의 특성변수들(혁신성향, 정보인프라 성숙도)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 혁신성향과 정보인프라 성축도 모두 전자무역 수용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 혁신성향이 높을수록 그리고 정보인프라가 성숙된 업체일수록 전자무역 수용도가 높게 나타난다는 일반적인 견해와 일치되는 결과이다. 셋째, 두 특성변수들(전자무역 특성, 무역업체 특성)간의 상황적 관계에서는 혁신성향이 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 천자무역 수용(현재 활용정도와 지속적 이용의도)을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 전자무역을 통한 수출입 경험여부에 따른 전자무역의 향후 이용의도와의 관계를 분석한 결과 무경험업체의 경우는, 혁신성향이 높고 정보인프라가 성숙된 무역업체일수록 향후 이용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 낮게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 유경험업체의 경우는 전자무역에 대한 향후 이용의도가 높은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 오히려 부정적으로 평가하는 경향이 드러났는데, 이러한 현상은 유경험업체가 인식하는 편의성에 대한 기대수준이 무경험업체에 비해 높기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향이 높은 무역 업체가 향후 전자무역을 지속적으로 이용하기 위해서는 전자무역의 편의성을 더 높게 요구하는 것으로 나타냈다. 전자무역의 수용도를 높이기 위해서는 전자무역의 특성요인들에 대한 잠재적 수용자의 태도변화를 파악하는 것도 중요하지만, 수용자 집단의 특성에 맞는 상황적 전략수립이 동시에 필요하다. 그러한 의미에서 본 논문은 전자무역 수용 촉진 전략을 수용자 집단의 특성별로 그리고 상황적으로 수립할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
