For the past few years, personal information breach incidents, great and small, occurred constantly. Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection related Ordinances are enacted and amended persistently, and the information security products also keep advancing and developing in the same way. There are the certification systems such as Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation(CC) and Korea Cryptographic Module Validation Program(KCMVP) for the information security products. These are also strictly carried out. This paper analyzes and categorizes the 5 Personal Information Protection related Ordinances in the aspects of technical protection measures by using key words. Here are the 5 related ordinances; 'the Personal Information Protection Act', 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc', 'the Act on the Protection, Use, Etc, of Location Information', 'the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act', and 'the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.' Moreover, this study analyzes the association between the technical protection measures in the 5 relevant laws and the information security products that are obtaining the CC Evaluation & Validation(CC) and the products that are now produced at KISIA's member companies.

모바일 기기 및 무선 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 위치 기반 서비스의 이용이 확산되었다. 그러나 이와 같이 사용자의 정확한 위치정보를 가지고 LBS 서버에 서비스를 요청하는 것은 심각한 개인 정보 누출의 위협이 될 수 있다. 따라서 안전하고 편리한 위치기반 서비스 사용을 위한 개인 정보 보호 방법이 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 연속적인 위치기반 서비스를 지원하는 분산 그리드 기반 Cloaking 영역 설정 기법을 설계한다. 설계하는 기법은 분산 환경에서 연속적인 서비스를 지원하기 위해 Cloaking 영역 설정 시 필요한 정보를 분산 유지하고, 이동 확률 매트릭스 생성 및 확률 계산을 분산적으로 수행한다. 마지막으로는 모바일 사용자 사이에 발생하는 통신비용을 감소시키기 위해, 대표 노드는 해당 클러스터에서 떠난 사용자에 대한 정보를 유지하고 클러스터 내 부분 확률값의 합산시 병합노드를 사용한다.

As Internet usage is becoming more common worldwide and smartphone become necessity in daily life, technologies and applications related to mobile Internet are developing rapidly. The results of the Internet usage patterns of consumers around the world imply that there are many potential new business opportunities for mobile Internet technologies and applications. The location-based service (LBS) is a service based on the location information of the mobile device. LBS has recently gotten much attention among many mobile applications and various LBSs are rapidly developing in numerous categories. However, even with the development of LBS related technologies and services, there is still a lack of empirical research on the intention to use LBS. The application of previous researches is limited because they focused on the effect of one particular factor and had not shown the direct relationship on the intention to use LBS. Therefore, this study presents a research model of factors that affect the intention to use and actual use of LBS whose market is expected to grow rapidly, and tested it by conducting a questionnaire survey of 330 users. The results of data analysis showed that service customization, service quality, and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on the intention to use LBS and the intention to use LBS has a positive effect on the actual use of LBS. These results implies that LBS providers can enhance the user's intention to use LBS by offering service customization through the provision of various LBSs based on users' needs, improving information service qualities such as accuracy, timeliness, sensitivity, and reliability, and encouraging personal innovativeness. However, privacy concerns in the context of LBS are not significantly affected by service customization and personal innovativeness and privacy concerns do not significantly affect the intention to use LBS. In fact, the information related to users' location collected by LBS is less sensitive when compared with the information that is used to perform financial transactions. Therefore, such outcomes on privacy concern are revealed. In addition, the advantages of using LBS are more important than the sensitivity of privacy protection to the users who use LBS than to the users who use information systems such as electronic commerce that involves financial transactions. Therefore, LBS are recommended to be treated differently from other information systems. This study is significant in the theoretical point of contribution that it proposed factors affecting the intention to use LBS in a multi-faceted perspective, proved the proposed research model empirically, brought new insights on LBS, and broadens understanding of the intention to use and actual use of LBS. Also, the empirical results of the customization of LBS affecting the user's intention to use the LBS suggest that the provision of customized LBS services based on the usage data analysis through utilizing technologies such as artificial intelligence can enhance the user's intention to use. In a practical point of view, the results of this study are expected to help LBS providers to develop a competitive strategy for responding to LBS users effectively and lead to the LBS market grows. We expect that there will be differences in using LBSs depending on some factors such as types of LBS, whether it is free of charge or not, privacy policies related to LBS, the levels of reliability related application and technology, the frequency of use, etc. Therefore, if we can make comparative studies with those factors, it will contribute to the development of the research areas of LBS. We hope this study can inspire many researchers and initiate many great researches in LBS fields.

In May 2012, the police was empowered to electronically obtain location information of mobile devices from the telecommunication service provides for the purpose of rescue by the Act on the Protection, Use, ETC. of Location Information, after years of pressure with repeated serious violent crime outbreaks and controversy concerning the risk of breaching privacy. This study examines the environmental, legal, and technological challenges related to location tracking at the time of five years after the amendment of the law. The bottom line of police's locating power is to secure the lives of people in deadly emergent circumstance. Therefore, location tracking using given information should be swiftly proceeded after consideration and judgment of justification in timely manner to electronically request information to mobile carriers, and it is necessary to have somewhat flexibility of interpretation to be applied to diverse situation. In addition, location tracking technology should be continuously updated through cooperation with the stake-holders. Recognizing substantial problems in practice, we identified and explored the issues including obtaining prior consent for tracking the user's location in case of emergency, confirmation of emergency situation requiring police presence, qualification of legitimate requester, and limited applicability in various circumstances, which are required to reconsidered in conjunction with the personal information protection laws. Additional practical issues may include the expenses for information provision and other incentives to promote active cooperation by the telecom companies.

시설원예라 함은 프라스틱하우스, 유리온실과 같은 시설안에서 작물을 주위의 불량한 환경조건에서 보호하는 동시에 생력화할 수 있는 장치를 도입하여 자본집약적으로 원예작물을 재배하고 비수기에 생산물을 공급하여 농가소득을 향상하고 국민식생활 개선에 기여할 수 있는 재배형식이다. 우리나라는 북반구에 위치하여 4계절이 뚜렷하고 동계에는 기온이 매우 낮아 적당한 보호조치 없이는 작물을 재배할 수 없다. 즉 시설원예는 동계 저온기의 작물생산이 주가되므로 보온 및 기온이 중요하고 또 동계에는 일조시간이 짧고 광도가 낮아 일사량이 부족하며 시설내에서는 더욱더 부족하게 되므로 광선관리에 신경을 쓰지 않으면 안된다. 그리고 고정된 하우스내에서 작부회수를 증가시키고 재식밀도를 높이게 되면 자연 다비재배를 해야하므로 염류농도의 장해와 가스 피해가 우려된다. 또한 환기불량으로 인한 탄산깨스의 부족과 다습으로 인한 병해의 발생이 심한 점이 있으므로 적절한 준비와 관리대책을 세우지 않으면 안된다.

DRM은 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권이 디지털 방식에 의해서 안전하게 보호. 유지되도록 하여 디지털콘텐츠의 창작에서부터 소비에까지 이르는 모든 유통 시점에서 거래규칙과 사용규칙이 지속적이고 적법하게 성취되도록 하는 기술이다. DRM은 디지털 형태로 유통되는 문서, 음악, 비디오, 게임, 소프트웨어, 이미지 등의 각종 디지털 콘텐츠를 불법 복제로부터 안전하게 보호하고, 콘텐츠 서비스의 유료화를 가능케 하는 기술 및 서비스를 말한다. 또한, 콘텐츠 자체와 보안과 저작권 보호뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠의 생성${\cdot}$유통${\cdot}$사용${\cdot}$관리에 필요한 모든 프로세스를 제어할 수 있게 해준다. 본 논문에서 구현된 기술은 암호알고리즘을 사용하여 함수의 위치 및 내용에 쉽게 접근할 수 없고 소프트웨어의 불법적인 분석 시도를 어렵게 하였다.

최근 RFID 시장이 급성장함에 따라 여러 분야에서 주목을 받고 있다. RFID 태그는 기존에 쓰이고 있는 바코드를 대체하는 기술로서, 바코드처럼 정적인 데이터만을 주는 것이 아니라 제품에 관한 여러 가지 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이는 공급망관리(Supply Chain Management)나 재고 관리 등에 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 된 것이다. 반면 편리성이 주는 이익은 오히려 프라이버시나 안정성 등 여러 가지 문제를 야기하게 되었다. 이러한 위험성으로부터 사용자 프라이버시 보호와 태그 위조 문제에 대처하기 위한 프로토콜 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 RFID 프라이버시 보호와 안정성에 대친 논하고 기존의 프로토콜을 분석한 후 위치추적에 대한 사용자 프라이버시를 보호하는 면과 서버의 효율성을 높이는 면에서 향상된 프로토콜을 제안하기로 한다.

In this paper, we analyze the network architecture, authentication, and key agreement of GSM and UMTS to compare the handover between the systems. And then, we divide authentication and key agreement procedure of mobile subscribers into several cases and finally analyze the key agreement procedure when a handover occurs in a CS-Domain and a PS-Domain.

최근 iPhone, iPad의 높은 사용율과 더불어 Apple 의 Mac 계열 제품에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 이는 Apple의 운영체제인 Mac OS X의 사용율 증가와 함께 디지털 포렌식 수사 환경에서의 Mac OS X의 중요성이 높아짐을 의미한다. 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 Mac OS X에는 사용자의 사용 정보를 남기는 주요 Artifacts들이 있다. 외부 저장 장치 연결 정보, 어플리케이션 설치 정보, 사용자 인증 정보, 어플리케이션 설정 정보 등이 대표적인 Artifacts들이며, 이러한 정보들은 특정 위치의 로그 파일에 남게 된다. 본 논문은 Mac OS X의 대표적 Artifacts 들을 대상으로 사용 흔적 정보가 남는 파일을 분석하여 디지털 포렌식 수사 시 활용할 수 있도록 한다.
