  • On this studyed, the Wibongsa BoGwangMyungJun BaekEuiKwanEum wall-painting was conservation of Scientific research ahead. This study carried out Grain size analysis, SEM-EDS, XRD, P-XRF, FT-IR and ultrasonic exploration for wall-painting. As a result, walls layer used to mineral particles size was mixing the medium-texture and fine texture. painting layers pigments used to base paintings was ocher, white pigments was hobun, red pigments was suckganju, green pigments was suckruk. Also BackuiKannon wall-painting walls damage reason of that was long-term physical shocks. painting layers damage was include detachment or powders. it is affected by temperature and humidity. Therefore in the future conservation of wall-paintings through scientific analysis based on such data, conservation processing is performed through the preservation and enhance the stability of the paintings as a basis for the conservation of management can be utilized.

An Analysis on the Participation Factors of Volunteer Activities for Life Care and Wellness of the Elderly (노인의 라이프케어와 웰니스를 위한 자원봉사활동 참여요인 분석)

  • This study was inteded to include online social relations and ability use information and communication devices to analyze the elderly's participation in volunteer activities and provide basic data to identify the elderly's participation in volunteer activities. The statistical data of the 2017 National survey of Senior Citizen, only 10,073 people aged 65 or older were sampled out of 10,299 people. The participation rate of volunteering was frequently analyzed, and the difference in participation in volunteer according to the factors was Chi-square analysis and One-way variance analysis. A polynomial regression analysis was conducted to identify the effect factors of participation in volunteering. As a results. 3.9% of older adults are volunteering and 11.5% are experienced in the past. Participation in volunteer activity differed significantly depending on age, education level, economic level, subjective health, body function, ability use information and communication devices, social networks, frequency of face-to-face contact and frequency of non face contact. In the regression analysis, utilization of communication and device, social networking, face to face contact frequency were show to be the effect factors. In order to promote elderly's participation in volunteer activities, consideration of related resources reported in prior studies, social relations, frequency of face-to-face contact and ability to use information and communication devices is considered important.

  • This study investigates the stance of the social capitals that explain voluntary services. The testing results indicate that the decision to join the voluntary services is significantly affected by ages, householder, marriage, preschool child, gender, physical condition, income, education, job position, occupation, region, day, etc. And a giving time is significantly influenced by ages, marriages, working together of husband and wife, gender, income, job, occupation position, a type of living house, etc. Moreover, we find that the economic values of the voluntary services estimate at 21,467 billion won a year in 2004, and GDP ratio is 0.2% that is lower than those of major developed countries.

  • 미국의 연구중심 종합대학에서 이루어지고 있는 종신고용은 대학에 조교수로 채용된 후 일정 기간이 지나면 종신고용 및 승진에 관하여 연구, 강의 및 교육, 봉사를 중심으로 한 전반적 심사를 통과한 교수에게만 주어지는 특권이다. 그러나 이 제도는 교육부 같은 곳에서 일률적으로 정해놓은 획일적인 제도가 아니라 각 대학과 학과, 학계의 특성을 십분 이해하는 터전 위에서 융통성 있게 운용되고 있다.

Study of the Actual Condition and Satisfaction of Volunteer Activity in Australian Hospital (호주 일 지역의 병원 자원봉사활동 실태와 만족도)

  • Purpose: This research aimed to investigate the actual condition and satisfaction of volunteer activity in Australian hospital. Methods: Data was collected by self reported questionnaire from 101 volunteers and analyzed by frequency and percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Sheffe and Pearson's correlation coefficients using SPSS 12.0. Results: 1. Years involved in volunteer work were $5{\sim}10$ years (32.7%), above 10 years (30.7%), $2{\sim}3$ years (11.9%) and $3{\sim}5$ years (10.9%). Types of volunteer work were physical care (32.7%), physical and emotional care (14.9%), and others (18.8%). Types of allocation of tasks were by volunteer coordination (55.7%), and by volunteer preference and consent between volunteer and coordinator (both respectively, 20.5%). Main reasons for volunteer work were to help sick people (61.4%) and to make good use of leisure time (22.8%). Routes to start volunteer work were from his (her) own inquiries (43.4%), from hearing from other volunteers (30.7%) and from mass media (13.1%). 80.2% of volunteers had received some kinds of training or preparation for volunteer work. Suitability of volunteer's skill and ability to voluntary work were 'very well' (74.0%) and 'mostly well' (18.0%). Reimbursements or benefits received for volunteer work were token or lunch or group outing (31.7%), and token and lunch or group outing (19.8%). Evaluation frequency for volunteer work was occasionally (372%), frequently (30.9%), always (17.0%) and never (14.9%). Relationship with volunteer work coordinator was very good (85.0%). The relationship with other volunteers was very good (81.2%). The relationship with hospital staffs was very good (69.7%) and mostly good (21.2%). Family and friend's support for volunteer work was very good (83.2%). 2 The mean score of satisfaction for the hospital volunteer activity was $3.09{\pm}0.49\;(range:\;1{\sim}4)$. The highest score domain was 'social contact', $3.48{\pm}0.61$, and the lowest was 'social exchange', $1.65{\pm}0.63$. An item of the highest score was 'I have an opportunity to help other people' ($3.83{\pm}0.40$), and the lowest score item was 'I will receive compensation for volunteer work I have done ($1.10{\pm}0.78$).' 3. The satisfaction from hospital volunteer activity was shown by significant difference according to sex (t=2.038, P=0.044), marital status (F=3.806, P=0.013), years involved in volunteer work (F=3.326), nam reason to do volunteer work (F=2.707, P=0.035), receive any training or preparation for volunteer work (t=-1.982, 0=0.050), frequency of evaluation for volunteer work (F=7.877, P=0.000), suitability of volunteer's skill and ability to voluntary work (t=2.712, P=0.049), relationship with volunteer work coordinators (F=-2.517, P=0.013), relation with hospital staffs (F=5.202, P=0.007), and support of their volunteer work by their family and friends (t=-3.394, P=0.001). Conclusion: The satisfaction of hospice volunteer activity was moderate. The satisfaction for hospice volunteer activity was shown by significant difference according to sex (t=2.038, P=0.044), marital status (F=3.806, P=0.013), years involved in volunteer work (F=3.326), main reason to do volunteer work (F=2.707, P=0.035), receive any training or preparation for volunteer work (t=-1.982, 0=0.050), frequency of evaluation for volunteer work (F=7.877, P=0.000), suitability of volunteer's skill and ability to voluntary work (t=2.712, P=0.049), relationship with volunteer work coordinator (F=-2.517, P=0.013), relation with hospital staffs (F=5.202, P=0.007), and family and friend's support for volunteer work (t=-3.394, P=0.001). 기술지도사례-과학기술 이식으로 소득배가

  • 새마을기술봉사단 청주도단은 올 1~3월중에 1과학자 1마을 기술결연계획에 따라 읍ㆍ면 단위로 17개마을에 대한 과학 기술결연을 끝냄으로서 영농의 과학화와 농가소득증대에 새로운 장을 마련했다. 제주도 농어촌의 가구당 평균소득은 대부분 1백만원을 상회하고 자립마을의 경우는 1백90여만원을 넘는 전국최상위의 고소득마을도 많이 있다. 그러나 소득의 고저를 막론하고 영농방식은 고질적인 과거의 경험만으로 이루어지고 있어 영농의 과학화가 시급한 당면과제로 부각되고 있다. 스스로도 미쳐 깨닫지 못하는 경영방식의 오류와 숱한 시술상의 난문제들을 발견하고도 이를 합리적으로 해결하려들기 보다는 불가항력으로 돌려버리거나 체념해버리는 경우가 허다한 것이다. 제주도단은 이같은 문제점을 보다 신속히 해결하고 과학기술이식의 중요성 및 새마을기술봉사단의 신뢰도를 제고시키기 위해 마을의 요청에 만 응하는 소극적이고 수동적인 자세를 탈피하여 보다 적극적으로 봉사단을 활성화시키는데 전력을 경주하고 있다. 기술결연시에는 단장, 부단장, 결연교수와 행정요원, 지방유지들이 모두 참석한 가운데 결연식을 같는 한편 기술강연 및 홍보영화(새마을과 과학기술, 히말라야의 도전등)를 상영, 새마을기술봉사단의 활동분야 소개와 과학기술의 중요성을 인식시켰다. 「그들(농어민)속에 우리(봉사단) 」가 되기 위해 봉사단원들은 결연마을나 새마을 현지를 직접 찾아가 기술애로사항을 해결하는데 헌신 노력한 결과 부락민들과의 유대강화는 물론 소득면에서 많은 성과를 거양했다. 많은 지도사례중에서 특히 성과가 있었던 몇가지 사례를 골라 게재해 보기로 한다.

The Study on Needs of Health college students on Extracurricular Programs (보건계열 대학생의 비교과 교육프로그램 요구도 조사)

  • This study was conducted to improve the direction of extracurriculular education for health students and to establish and systematic extracurricular education and operation system. The needs and priorities of extracurricular education programs were investigated through a survey of health students. The data were analyzed by Borich's needs and The Locus for Focus Model. As a result of priorities of extracurriculular programs according to Borich's needs, the top 10 programs included 'certification', 'career exploration', 'overseas service', 'second language', 'employment education', 'talent donation', 'English', 'computer utilization', and 'major convergence learning'. As a result of priorities by applying The Locus for Focus Model, 'certification', 'career exploration', 'employment education', 'foreign service', 'English', 'domestic service', 'second foreign language', 'talent donation', and 'computer utilization' was included. A total of nine programs were derived by combining Borich and The Locus for Focus Model, and priorities were 'certification', 'career exploration', 'overseas service', 'second foreign language', 'employment education', 'talent donation', 'English', 'computer utilization', and 'domestic service'. As a result of this study, health students had a high needs for comparison programs for employment and volunteer programs, so universities should reflect this and establish a comparison program operation system for health students.

Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations (공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • As the level of people's demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.
