This study is to analyze the effects of child's inner risk factors and outer risk factors intermediated by self concept on his or her resiliency at-risk. For this study, the total of 500 students in their fifth and sixth grade of elementary schools in Busan and their parents were sampled, and a measurement tool is question district court. The questionnaire for the parents measured risk factors, and the questionnaire for the students measured self-concept and about the resiliency at-risk. The SPSS for Win 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 were used to analyze the collected data. The result of this study is as follows; First, there is a significant correlation between the sub-factors of inner risk factors, which shows that the risks of students are caused not just by one of the parents but by both of them. Second, all three variables, that is, inner risk factors, self-concepts, and the resiliency at-risk, closely interact one another. The less inner risk factors of the students, the more positive their self-concept and the more the resiliency to the risk. Third, the higher the socioeconomic status (outer risk factors) and the lower the degree of risk of the family, the more positive the self-concept of the students. Fourth, the higher the socioeconomic status(outer risk factors) and the lower the degree of risk of the family, the more the resiliency to the risk.

우리나라의 간척사업은 고려시대 중엽부터 서남해안에 다수 산재되어 있는 천혜적인 간척 적지를 대상으로 지속적으로 추진되어 국토확장 및 식량 자급달성에 기여하여 왔다. 그러나, 최근 들어 쌀 수급 등 농업정책의 변화, 비용에 대한 경제성 평가의 변화, 개발과 보전에 관한 이해당사자간의 대립 등으로 신규 간척사업의 추진이 어려워지고 기존 간척지의 토지이용 목적 변화와 이치수 기능개선을 목적으로 배수갑문을 확장하는 등의 사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방조제 상류지역 및 지천에서 이상홍수 유입에 따른 방조제 안정성 검토를 실시하였다. 호내로 유입되는 빈도별 홍수량에 따른 각 지점별 수위변화를 이용하여 방조제 비상대처계획에 대한 재난관리 지표로 활용할 수 있는지를 확인한다. 이를 위해 선정된 방조제를 중심으로 빈도별 홍수량을 산정하여 수문학적 안정성을 검토하고, 빈도별 홍수량에 따른 호내의 홍수위 변화를 통하여 비상대처계획 시나리오를 구성하고자 한다. 새만금 유역의 수치모델링에 필요한 범위를 설정하고, 모델 구성 및 자료를 입력한 후 검 보정을 통하여 모델의 신뢰성을 검증한 후 모델운영 조건을 설정하였다. 새만금 종합개발계획(MP)이 완료되었을 경우를 가정하여 통합운영을 실시하였다. 호내 관리수위에 따른 100, 200, 500, PMF 홍수량 유입시에 호내 홍수위 모의를 수행하였다. 또한, 비상단계 중 초기단계인 '관심단계'를 "이상홍수 발생부터 관리수위 EL-1.5m까지"로 설정한다면 방조제 초기 재난대응이 유리해 질 것으로 판단된다. 또한, '주의단계'는 "관리수위 EL-1.5m부터 호내 관리홍수위 EL+1.5m까지"로 '경계단계'를 "호내 관리홍수위 EL+1.5m부터 제당 내측사석보호공 홍수위까지", '심각단계'를 "제당 내측사석보호공(만경유역 EL+4.5m, 동진유역 EL+2.5m) 이상의 홍수위"로 설정한다면 방조제 관리자에게 세부화된 정보 및 지표를 제공해 줄 것이라 판단된다. 방조제 비상상황 단계별 분류에서 이상홍수위 발생후의 시간을 수치모의를 통해 구분하였으며 정성적인 위기상황 판단이 아닌 구체적인 수치로 된 지표들을 방조제 위기상황 재난지표로 활용한다면 상황 관리자의 위기상황 판단과 대처를 위한 의사결정에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The military respond well to external publics in the event of a crisis int that they are operated based on the trust of the people. Unlike other organizations, however, the Korean military has the distinctiveness that soldiers experience military life as internal publics for a certain period of time and after serving in the army, they become those who evaluate the military as external publics. Therefore, it is important to examine what would be effective crisis management strategies in terms of communicating with active-duty soldiers. Given that active-duty soldiers are accustomed to using SNS these days, this study investigated whether message forms (digital image vs. text) affect the perception of the military in crisis, acceptance of the given message, and attitude toward the military. Our empirical findings suggest that image-based messages are more likely to increase levels of message acceptance than text-based messages. Based on the results, we discussed practical implications on communication strategies for managing the military in crisis.

최근 동일본 대지진과 중동 사태로 인한 유가상승, 미국의 신용등급 하락, 유럽의 재정위기 등 어려운 대외경제의 침체로 기업의 경영환경은 급변하는 세계경제환경에 직면하여 새로운 위기에 직면하고 있다. 이런 위기 속에 국내 경제력의 영향을 미치는 중소기업의 역할은 날로 부각되어지고 있으며, 지속가능한 성장을 위해 국내경영변화와 더불어, 세계의 경영변화에 발 빠르게 대처하기 위한 방안으로 중소기업의 육성시책이 추진되고, 자체적인 성장노력이 증대하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 충북 중소기업 중 제조업을 대상으로 재무적인 경영실태를 파악하고, 연구를 통하여 충북지역 중소기업의 문제점은 무엇인지 그리고 개선방안은 무엇인지에 관해 모색할 수 있는 이론적, 실무적 접근의 토대를 제공하고자 한다.

한국의 농촌위기를 농업생산과 농민생활의 기초적 조직단위의 차원에서 살펴보면 문제의 핵심이 가족농의 재생산체계의 와해에 있음이 드러난다. 농촌가구의 재생산주기 단계별 분포를 볼 때, 이른바 축소기 및 해체기에 있는 가구의 비율이 급속히 증가하고 형성기 및 확대기에 있는 가구의 비율은 급속히 감소함에 따라 한국의 가족농체제는 그 미시조직적 기반이 와해되어 가고 있음이 드러난다. 아울러 가족 재생산 주기의 각 단계인 양육 및 교육, 농가경제 계승과 혼인, 노후 부양 등의 과정에서 동시적으로 나타나고 있는 혼돈과 단절이 농촌의 기초조직인 농가의 존속 자체를 어렵게 만듦으로써 정상적 농가 없는 농촌의 총체적 퇴행이 나타나고 있다. 종합적으로 말해 가족농 재생산체계가 그 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면 모두에서 심각한 위기상황에 처해 있는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초해 볼 때, 한국 농촌의 현실은 기초 생산,생활조직의 차원에서 급격한 해체는 진행되고 있으나 적절한 재구조화(restructuring)는 이루어지고 있지 못한 상황이다. 따라서 생산조직 차원에서의 농촌문제의 대처는 기존 농가 재생산 주기의 붕괴에 관한 다양하고 즉각적인 대증요법을 동원해 가족농 해체의 부작용을 최소화시키는 한편, 보완적 조치로서 새로운 협업적 또는 기업적 경영체계의 확립에 관계된 사회적 필요조건들을 충족시키는 것이어야 할 것이다.

This study is to review the attitude of consumers on the crisis response strategy (defensive vs. receptive) that the company implements in crisis situations. Also, the interaction between the crisis response strategy that the company implements and the crisis type of companies (corporate ability vs corporate social responsibility) was discussed. In addition, the interaction between the messages (abstract vs. concrete) of public interest associated marketing implemented prior to crisis situations and the crisis response strategy implemented after crisis situations was discussed. And these results were reviewed to see if the same result can come out after controlling the involvement on consumer's public interest associated marketing as a covariate. The main results of this study are as follows. First, regarding the crisis response strategy, in the company's crisis response strategy, the receptive attitude was more favorable for the consumer's attitude than the defensive attitude. Second, it was seen that there is a significant interaction between the crisis response strategy of companies and the crisis type of companies. Third, it was seen that the crisis response strategy of companies has a significant interaction with the message type of public interest associated marketing. Lastly, the involvement showed a significant effect as a covariate and the interaction between the crisis response strategy of companies, the crisis type of company and the message type of public interest associated marketing can be confirmed even after controlling the involvement. In the conclusion of the study, the direction on implications, limitations and future.

9월부터 분양가 상한제와 분양 원가 공개, 마이너스 옵션제 등 각종 정책이 본격 시행된다. 특히 지난 30년 동안 지속돼오던 추첨식 주택 청약 제도가 청약 가점제로 전환되고, 외환 위기 이후 분양가 자율화가 시행되다가 9월부터 분양가 상한제가 시행되는 등 부동산 시장의 지각 변동을 예고하는 주요 제도들이 전격 시행될 예정이다. 하반기부터 시행되는 주요 부동산 정책에 대해 살펴보고, 변화하는 부동산 시장에 대처하자.

대한민국이 선진국으로의 도약을 앞두고 있는 상황에서 기초적인 '안전'문제가 대두되고 있는 것은 역설적이나 어찌 보면 지금이라도 이러한 위기상황에 대처할 수 있는 사회를 구축할 수 있는 기회일 것이다. 환경부 또한 환경안전망을 구축하고 지속가능한 사회를 만들기 위해 노력하고 있다. 특히 2015년 하반기는 박근혜 정부 임기의 후반기가 시작되는 시기로서, 초심이 흐트러지지 않도록 더욱더 박차를 가하고 있다.

부하관리는 공급관리와 더불어 전력수급관리의 새로운 전략이라 할 수 있으며, 작금의 에너지 위기에 현명하게 대처하는 중요한 수단으로 부상하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 부하관리체계의 도입을 위하여는 한계비용 및 시간대별 전력요금제로의 개편, 절전기구의 개발, 대체에너지의 개발, 부하관리 대상 부하의 창출, 통신 또는 전송제어기술의 도입 또는 개발 등이 선행되어야 하기 때문에 우리나라에서도 이방면에 대한 사전준비가 필요할 것으로 믿어진다.
