인류에 필수불가경한 에너지는, 석유, 석탄과 같은 화석연료에 의한 염에너지와 수력, 조력, 파력, 풍력 등의 비열에너지가 있으나, 에너지이용량중 열에너지가 절대적 우위를 점하고 있다. 열에너 지는 전기한 화석연료 뿐만 아니라, 태양집, 태양열발전소와 같은 태양열에너지의 직접이용, 핵에 너지의 열에너지전환, 지열, 해수의 온도차이용등, 열에너지는 다량하면서 막대한 에너지량을 보 유하고 있는 실정이지만, ㅈ로 석유자원에 의존하여 온 것이 현상이다. 그러나, 1970년대 초기에 엄습한 석유파동이래, 세계적으로 에너지위기감에 사로잡혀, 세계각국은 탈석유화에 따른 에너지 의 다양화와 에너지절약이 감소되게 되었다. 연료절약에 관하여 말하면, 에너지이요의 효율화를 적극적으로 도모함에 있어서 열에너지이용에 관한 평가방법에 새로운 검토가 가해져서, 더 합 리적인 평가방법의 확립이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위해서는 종래의 열역학 제1법칙에 의한 열 에너지의 양적평가 뿐만 아니라, 열역학 제2법칙에 의한 질적평가의 중요성이 인식되어, 유효에 너지(available energy) 또는 엑세르기(Exergie)의 개념이 위상되고 있다. 물론 이 개념을 적용 하여 열역학 제2법칙에 의한 해석에 따른 일정산(heat balance)에 있어서 전혀 새로운 결과가 얻어지는 것은 아니지만, 지금까지는 열정산에 있어서 열역학 제1법칙에 의한 평가방법만이 강 조되어, 열역학 제2법칙에 의한 평가방법은 거의 도외시되어온 것이 실정이며, 우리나라에서 발 간되는 열역학에 관한 도서에서도 이에 관한 검토 내용이 거의 찾아볼수 없거나, 가령 언급된 것이 있다 하더라도 그 내용이 간략하여 그 중요성이 경시되어온 것이 사실이다. 그러나 열역학 제2법칙에 의한 에너지정산에 의하여, 제1법칙에 의한 것보다 열에너지의 합리적이고 또한 유 효한 과학적평가가 가능하게 되어, 장치나 기기의 개선에 구체적이면서 합리적인 지침이 주어 지게 된다. 그리하여 이들 개념과 방법의 소개가 필요하다고 생각되어, 지금부터 우리들이 잘 아는 용어를 사용하여 해설을 서로 하기로 한다.

The word is endeavoring to reduce greenhouse gases with the sense of crisis caused by the continuous climate change. As a method to decrease greenhouse gases, motors driven by fossil fuels are being substituted by EV in the field of transportation. Meanwhile, for the spread of EV, charging installations are divided into general charging type and quick charging type. Also, charging amount and time are main factors to decide charging pay. But, because the opportunity coast for the charging time varies depending on the private situations, it is very important to understand exact phenomenon for the spread of EV charging installations and charging pay policy. Therefore this paper suggested the choice model of charging installation and time value in various situations by using Logit model to make clear the relationship between a choice of charging installation, charging time and willingness to pay for charge.

The world has been replacing fast fossil fuels vehicles with electric vehicles(EVs) to cope with climate change. The government set a goal which EVs will be substitute at least 10% of the domestic small vehicles with EVs until 2020, and will try to build electric charging infrastructures in apartments with the revision the law of 'the housing construction standards'. In apartments the EVs charging infrastructure and parking space is, essential to accomplish the goal. But the studies on EVs demand are few. In this study, we predicted that the demand for EVs using time-series analysis of statistical data, survey results for apartments residents in the metropolitan area. As a result, the ratio of the EVs appeared to be 6~21% for the total vehicles in a rental apartments for the years 2020, 21~39% in apartments for sales. For the EVs, the maximum power required for 1,000 households in rental apartment is predicted to be about 4200 kwh on a daily basis, while the maximum power in the apartment for sales is predicted to be 7800kwh.

Thanks to popularization of smart phone, mobile payment market is growing rapidly. As the obligatory use of digital certificate is abolished, easy-to-use payment that can settle with only password is being launched one after another. But its spreading speed is not fast highly. Because of concern about personal information leakage and security, unchangeability of payment habit, insufficiency of consumer protection, inadequacy of payment infrastructure and all sorts of regulations, easy-to-use payment is not activated. Recently global IT companys are entering mobile payment market competitively. It is because the sense of crisis that their survival can be dangerous from now on if they get left behind Fintech innovation and the mentality that they try to take the leadership of mobile payment market process. In this situation, the thorough preparation and a lot of effort are required to promote our autonomous easy-to-use payment growth without dependance on foreign country's. In this paper, the problems of local mobile easy-to-use payment are addressed in depth and the activation measures such as flexible and discriminative security, construction of customer protection system, law system maintenance, service differentiation are proposed.

This paper focuses on the phenomenon that basic municipalities in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, have established archives in the last two to three years, and examines the background and causes. The movement of establishing a continuous archive of regional historical associations that encompassed several regions beyond a specific municipality exerted great influence. The linkage and cooperation activities of The Japan Society of Archives Institutions also acted as a major factor. These examples of municipal archives in Nagano Prefecture will give prospects and implications that can facilitate the establishment of a local archive in Korea.

Much research has been documented on the topic of journalist labour, including process of news production, organizational culture and journalist ethics. Relatively little interest is given to the recent changes in journalist labor caused by the digital convergence in contemporary news industry, however. This study explore the changes from the perspective of the transformation of professional works, practices and identities. For the purpose, in-depth interviews with 17 Korean journalists were conducted and the results can be summarized as follows. First, interviewed journalists expressed both expectations and worries concerning the changes of news production environments. Second, it was found that the new environments could conflict with the old professional culture and confuse the professional identities. Third, the confusion of professional identities was concerned with adaptability, emotional consent or resistance to the changes.

The IT industry plays the engine role in Korean economy which reaches up to 17% of Korean GDP. However the current global economic depression which stems mainly from the US has caused insufficient demand in IT industry. The decreased demand leads to a drug in the market, to fierce price competitions and increasing fear on the world IT market depression. Considering the facts, there are strong demands for the diversification of the products of exports and the countries Korea exports to. These need differentiated strategies which can be summarized in various IT package-type overseas expansion model including the consideration in strategic items, countries, connecting large and small-medium size companies or businesses and related industries. The importance of IT industry in Korean economy will grow constantly and the IT package-type overseas expansion models will preside the movements.

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of marital satisfaction and depression on the relationship between self-identity and reasons for living in middle-aged women. For this, a survey was conducted on 200 middle-aged women. As a result, first, there was a significant positive correlation between self-identity, marital satisfaction, depression, and reasons for living. Second, the marital satisfaction had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between self-identity and the reasons for living of middle-aged women. Third, depression had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between self-identity and reasons for living. Fourth, the multiple mediating effect of marital satisfaction and depression was statistically significant in the relationship between self-identity and reasons for living in middle-aged women. Based on these results, we discussed the importance of the self-identity of middle-aged women and the role of spouses as significant other partners, and suggested ways to overcome the crisis of middle-aged women.

Caused by the Cheonanham attack and the Yeonpyeongdo bombardment occurred a few years ago, and the recent North Korea's nuclear test, the war crisis between South and North Korea has been increasing. Accordingly, an interest in obtaining a temporary residential space, for the case of the outbreak of war, where people can reside safely over a period of time has been escalating. However, in the disaster relief planning guidelines of the National Emergency Management Agency, the standards on the temporary residential spaces in preparation for storm and flood or earthquake are included, but the standards on the ones in responding to war are not yet equipped. In particular, the standards on the underground temporary residential spaces that can accommodate massive victims should be developed in preparation. In this study, through a requirements analysis based on the survey of war victims and a comparative analysis between disaster-related laws and regulations, the direction of relevant system improvement for the utilization of temporary residential spaces in responding to war is established.

As the mobilization of audience' media consumption getting escalating, terrestrial broadcasting, especially public broadcasting is severely affected in Korea. After 9 years' downfall, public broadcasting is trying to aim for citizen platform. Even though the Korean broadcasting law already has the articles of protecting viewer's right and profit, it has some contradictory limits also. Implied by Japanese magazine Taberutsushin, which was originated from CSA model, I suggest the new model of committee for viewers. The new committee for viewers has various planning committees and evaluation committees to ensure citizen's participation on planning, programming, and production. The new committee for viewers would function as minimum system to prompt the public broadcasting to play it's role in rapidly changing digital era.
