자살은 인류 역사의 시작과 함께 시작되어 시대의 변화나 문화의 차이에도 불구하고, 인류와 함께 있어 왔다. 우리나라는 최근 급속한 자살 사망률의 증가로 인해 자살이 심각한 보건학적, 사회적 문제가 되고 있다. 특히 IMF 경제위기를 겪으면서 실업, 빈곤화, 가족해체 등은 IMF경제위기 이전보다 자살사망률이 급증하는 결과를 초래하였다. 또한 기존의 가족이나 사회문제, 교육문제 등으로 인해 취약한 정신건강상태로 인해 자살욕구에 대한 전염력이 강한 청소년과 젊은 청년층에게 ‘자살 사이트’라는 인터넷 매체로의 접근은 자살이라는 전염병의 새로운 감염경로가 되고 있다. 이것은 국민들의 정신건강 상태가 위험수위에 이르고 있음을 나타낸다. 온전한 정신 건강은 육체적 건강을 위한 필수조건일 뿐만 아니라 활기찬 생활의 바탕이 된다.

본 논문에서는 중국 개혁기간중 농업 집단체의 사회보장 기능이 점차 가족에게로 넘겨지는 과정을 연구하였다. 집단농업이 해체되고 시장사회주의 체제가 도입된 가운데 중국 농촌은 전반적으로 생산성이 향상 되었으나, 안정된 사회,경제적 기반을 잃은 상당수 농가들의 복지수요가 증가되는 결과를 가져왔다. 개혁이전의 시기의 사회복지는 집단 생산 및 평등배분을 통한 경제과정적 방책이 중심이었기 때문에 농업의 탈집단화는 곧 사회복지제도의 근본적 위기를 의미했다. 이같은 상황에서 재정적 어려움을 겪고 있는 중국 정부는 농촌가족의 전통적인 자체사회보장기능을 부활, 강화시키기위해 노력해 왔다. 본 연구는 이 같은 국가의 가족에 대한 현재 관계를 일반 복지 정책의 변화 및 식량조달, 의료, 노후보장의 측면에서 분석하였다.

This study aims at exploring an effective way for social welfare in order to promote psychological well-being of a mother having a child with autism. To achieve this purpose, this study examined the related factors of parenting stress, family functioning, social support, and redefinition of family affecting psychological well-being of a mother having a child with austin by way of applying the Double ABCX model. A survey was conducted with a sample of 207 mothers having a child with autism in Daegu. Results from the survey are as follows: First, there were significant impacts of parenting stress on social support, family functioning, the redefinition of family on crisis situation, and psychological well-being. Second, family functioning and social support had no significant effect on mothers' psychological well-being, while the redefinition of family on crisis situation had significant influences on the psychological well-being of mothers having a child with autism. Third, it turned out that family functioning, social support, and the redefinition of family on crisis situation played a mediating role between parenting stress and psychological well-being. Based on these results, this study suggests that family functioning should be strengthened for promoting psychological well-being of mothers having a child with autism. We should construct and provide social supports in multilateral aspects and help mothers having a child with autism positively recognize stressful situations and improve their capacities to overcome them as well.

이국에서 맞게 된 새해 소망은 바로 그동안 잃었던 가족의 소중함이고 웃음 가득한 가정을 만드는 것입니다. 가정을 꾸린지 10년, 돌아보면 남편으로 아버지로 아내와 아이들에게 따뜻한 가슴을 느끼지 못하게 한 것 같습니다. 우리 가정에 위기가 찾아왔을 때 마지막 기회라 생각하며 시작한 영국에서의 생활은 가족들의 마음을 조금은 열게 만들어 주었습니다. 요리하나 할 줄 모르던 사람이 매일 부엌을 찾게 되는 변화가 생겼으니깐요.

At-risk students are increasing because of developmental trait of adolescence, dissolution of family, poverty, and study stress. These risk situations influence individual student and society negatively. The purpose of this study is explore the reason of occurrence of at-risk student and draw out improvement direction of Gyeongsangbuk-do at-risk student support policy based on current situation of at-risk control and support system implementing in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The improvement ways based on the analysis of Gyeongsangbuk-do's at-risk student support strategy are as the followings. First, it is the construction of at-risk student's prevention and early discovery system. Second, it is the construction of educational safety network for guiding discovered at-risk student, Third, it is the connection with family and community.

The purpose of this study was to prepare basic data to set the support direction for low-income households in a socioeconomic crisis situation. The study examined the effect of socioeconomic deprivation experience on the longitudinal changes in family conflict and family relationship satisfaction of low-income households. Using five-year data from the 10th to 14th sessions of the Korean Welfare Panel, we examined the longitudinal changes in family conflict and family relationship satisfaction, and the effect of socioeconomic deprivation experience from the reponses of 803 low-income households. We found that the family conflict of low-income households decreased to a weak level with the change of time, and the rate of change in family relationship satisfaction was not meaningful. In the case of families who experienced early socioeconomic deprivation, their initial value of family conflict was higher than that of inexperienced households, and the rate of change was not significant. The results of this study show that when low-income households experience socioeconomic deprivation, they feel psychological pressure and an increase in family anxiety, resulting in high family conflict and low family relationship satisfaction. On the basis of the study results, we recommend extending economic and social assistance to low-income households in the current socioeconomic crisis. The state is also encouraged to help families manage conflicts on their own and resolve problems.
