This study was proceeded to empirically identify the start-up support policy as an element that affects the performance of the early start-ups and measure the effectiveness of the current start-up support policy, in order to suggest the direction future policies according to the study. To accomplish this the influence of the start-up support policy on the early start-ups was analyzed, and the differences according to the industry and growth stage of the start-ups, as the characteristics of the start-ups, were identified. The research subjects collected real data of 297 start-ups of the past three years that were selected for the Initial Start-Up Package project, and performed multiple regression analysis on the influence between variables, and hierarchical regression analysis on moderating effects. The summary of the study is as follows. First, as a result of identifying the influential relationship between the start-up support policy and the performance of the start-up, sales had made a significant impact on the start-up fund, start-up mentoring, and start-up infrastructure(space), while start-up education failed to show a significant effect on the increase in sales. In terms of employment, start-up mentoring was the only field that showed a significant influential relationship. Second, as a result of identifying the moderating effect of the start-up's industry and growth stage, the industry did not have a statistically significant influence, but the interactive effect was seen in start-up education. To be more specific in terms of the sales relationship of each industry, knowledge services turned out to be helpful in improving sales, while manufacturing turned out to be effective in improving sales regardless of being supported with start-up mentoring and start-up infrastructure (space). The sales relationship regarding the start-up growth stage was identified to be statistically significant. The preliminary stage was not statistically significant, while providing start-up mentoring and start-up funding were effective for start-up stage and growing stage, respectively. On the other hand, employment did not perform a significant influence on the start-up growth stage. This study analyzes the effectiveness the start-up support policy for early start-ups, identifies the need in differentiated support policies according to the characteristics of the start-ups, and suggests implications for the direction in which future policies should be made towards.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of perceived job insecurity on job crafting behaviors among employees from two different cultures: Jamaica and South Korea. Growth needs strength was also examined as a moderating variable on the job insecurity/job crafting relationship. This study collected 102 data samples from working individuals from Jamaica and 98 from South Korea. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the hierarchical regression analysis were used in order to analyze the data. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0. Our research results indicated that perceived job insecurity has a significant effect on employees job crafting behaviors. The relationship between perceived job insecurity and job crafting behaviors differs based on culture. In addition, employees growth need strength moderates the relationship between the two variables. Although this study has some limitations, it contributed to the stress-coping literature by showing that individuals will engage in coping behaviors when they perceived job insecurity in the organization. In addition, culture and individual drive or need for growth plays an important role in how individuals cope with perceived stress or uncertainty.
This study was conducted to provide the basic data for improving the working environment and welfare level of the security guard by identifying the primary effects of stress response on fatigue with emotional labor and identifying the adjustment effects with coping strategy. The data were collected from 214 security personnel using questionnaire and the statistical tests of correlation, heavy return analysis and hierarchical return analysis using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program were used to reach the conclusion that: First, it has been shown that the emotional labor of a security guard affects fatigue Second, the effects of emotional labor on fatigue of a security guard have been shown to have the effect of coping strategy. Based on the above studies, it was concluded that the emotional labor of a security guard was affected by fatigue and could be controlled by a stress coping strategy. Therefore, it is believed that there is a need to seek an autonomous corporate culture based on the organization's performance by changing the management system for employees at the organizational level so that security guards can use an active way of coping.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of child abuse and neglect on male·female high school students and the moderating roles of peer attachment and closeness to teachers in the process. By using the second to the seventh yearsʼ data of 4th grade elementary school student panel participating in the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), the study calculated descriptive statistics and performed hierarchical regressions. The main results of this study were as follows. First, for male high school students, as each level of child abuse, peer attachment, and closeness to teachers was higher, the level of ego-resilience was higher. However, as the level of child neglect was higher, the level of ego-resilience was lower. For female high school students, as the level of child neglect was higher, the level of ego-resilience was lower, while each level of peer attachment and closeness to teachers was higher, the level of ego-resilience was higher. In addition, for only male high school students, peer attachment moderated the effect of child abuse on ego-resilience. On the other hands, for both male and female high school students, as the level of child abuse and neglect were higher, the level of self-esteem was lower, while each level of peer attachment and closeness to teachers was higher, the level of self-esteem was higher. Moreover, for only female high school students, peer attachment moderated the effects of child abuse and neglect on self-esteem.
The purpose of this study was to examine whether adolescents' parental rule obedience moderates the relationship between maternalmonitoring and problem behavior (drinking and vandalism). Participants were 398 adolescents attending a middle school (6th through 8th grades) in a semi-rural mid-Atlantic community in the USA. Data were collected by questionnaires including items regarding relationships with parents, problem behavior, and peer relationships. Hierarchical multiple regression was usedto analyze the data. Results indicate that maternal monitoring is negatively related with adolescent drinking and vandalism. However, the negative relationship varies as a function of adolescents' parental rule obedience. The relationship was stronger among adolescents with lower level of parental rule obedience than among adolescents with higher level of parental rule obedience. Findings from this study suggest that research on maternal monitoring during adolescence needs to take adolescents' personal characteristics into account to better understand the process. They also suggest that parents could lower the possibility that their children's will be involved in drinking and vandalism by maintaining quality relationships with their children because children are more likely to internalize their parents' rules and standards when they have positive relationships with parents.

In this research, research on factors affecting business results of small business people has been advanced, but the management relationship for small business people is the influence relationship between characteristics of individual's propensity and market environment and business results. Analysis and research of the role of regulation on the judgment that it is necessary to verify and present the lack of reality through the study. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted for small businessmen in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, etc., and the final 368 copies were collected and analyzed using the method of hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of empirical analysis, business education satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) influence on business performance. In two stages, as a result of additionally introducing the interaction between the achievement center of the center of gravity and the satisfaction level of management education, the achievement desire and the satisfaction level of management education have a positive (+) effect in which management results are noted. And the interaction term also has a significant effect. The satisfaction of management education to help the market attractiveness of the market environment characteristics all had a positive (+) effect that kept in mind the management results. In two stages, as a result of additionally introducing the interaction between management education satisfaction that helps the attractiveness of the center of gravity market, it has a positive (+) effect that takes business results into consideration, and the interaction term is also significant It has been found that the Through these studies, the business results of small businessmen are identified as significant influencing factors through the adjustment effect of management education satisfaction, in order to secure its competitiveness within a fierce competitive environment, Its importance can be very great.
This research is to compare factors which influence to mobilize police force necessary for crowd gathering occasions, and the purpose of this research is to prepare scientific basis for mobilization of police force by understanding order of priority of obstructive factors to mobilize police force for progressing safe crowd gathering occasions. Crowd gathering occasion has a characteristic that minor cause can lead to huge damage because many people concentrically gather at a specific place. In order to control these risks, it is necessary to analyze criteria on order of priority which can arouse risk to mobilize police force. In this research, I classified the factors influencing safety of crowd gathering occasion as internal risk factor, external risk factor and traffic safety threatening and set up the level of private security manpower and participants mobilized to crowd gathering occasion as independent variable and set up mobilized police force from 2013 to 2014 as dependent variable and analyzed it hierarchical analysis. From the result of analysis, the biggest influence to mobilization of police force for crown gathering occasion was the number of participants, and next self order-keeping agents and reason of mobilizing police force. Based on the result of analysis that the biggest factor to mobilize police force to crowd gathering occasion is the number of participants, it can be resulted that the number of participants influence to the risk of crowd gathering occasion.
The purpose of this study was to identify whether environmental evidence and experiences respectively could affect brand attitude in Korean restaurant. Also, this study investigated a moderating effect of brand reputation in the causal relationship between environmental evidence and brand attitude and, between experiences and brand attitude. Questionnaires were given to a sample of customers who visited branches of H or B Korean restaurant brand which ranked within 20th in sales volume among Korean restaurant brands. A total of 353 questionnaires were analyzed with hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/PC+. There were four major empirical research findings. Firstly, among components of environmental evidence, space, aesthetics, cleanliness and pleasance affected brand attitude. Secondly, all components of experiences, act, relate, think and feel affected brand attitude. Thirdly, brand reputation had a moderating role in the causal relationship between aesthetics dimension and brand attitude, but space, cleanliness, convenience and pleasance dimensions did not have a moderating role of brand reputation to the relationship of brand attitude. Fourth, brand reputation had a moderating role in the causal relationship between act and brand attitude, but relate, think and feel didn't have a moderating role of brand reputation to the relationship of brand attitude. Based on these findings, marketers of Korean restaurants were recommended to strengthen environmental evidence and experiences. Also, they are advised to strengthen brand reputation with use of marketing.
In this study, the impact of the emotional labor on the job satisfaction according to the service characteristics and the patient type was investigated in the 269 dental hygienist. The average score of the emotional labor according to the general characteristics was 2.85 and it was higher in case of the male and in case of the drinkers. The average score of the job satisfaction according to the general characteristics was 3.02 and the female was higher than the male, the older professionals than the younger professionals and the married was higher than the singles. In the emotional labor according to the service characteristics, the dental hygienist was highest than the other professionals and in the job satisfaction according to the service characteristics, it was higher the higher the career and the higher the income. In the emotional labor by patient type, it was highest when the patient was male, when ages were between 20 and 64, and when it was after 7 PM. The job satisfaction by patient type was higher when the patient age was 65 years old or older, when the type of treatment was dental caries and periodontal diseases, when the consultation hour was after 7 PM and when the economic level of patient was high. The job satisfaction was increased when the emotional labor was 'average' but was analyzed as the lowest when the emotional labor was high. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the effects of work characteristics, patient type, and emotional labor on job satisfaction(t = 1.994, p = .047), which had high monthly incomes Patients with older patients (t = 3.027, p = .003), the lower the emotional labor (t = 13.858, p = .000), the higher the job satisfaction. That is, to increase the job satisfaction of the dental health professionals, the effort to make the pleasant working environment should be made considering the emotional labor or the characteristics of patient.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s. The data were derived from the 2017 Survey on Smartphone Over-dependence conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Information Society Agency. There were 3,684 participants. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and weighted hierarchical multiple regression analysis. For the results, factors related with higher smartphone dependence of participants were duration (β=.18, p=.000) and frequency (β=.04, p=.000) of usage, gaming (β=.15, p=.000), watching videos (β=.09, p=.000), mobile shopping (β=.05, p=.000), working (β=.05, p=.010), e-mailing (β=.13, p=.000), and sports betting (β=.07, p=.000). Music (β=-.07, p=.000) and adult content (β=-.07, p=.000) significantly reduced their smartphone dependence. SNS (Social Networking Services) (β=.01, p=.358) and instant messengers (β=-.02, p=.330) were not factors related to smartphone dependence. However, instant messengers were the most used by participants and had a strong correlation with working (r=.55, p=.000). This study shows that smartphone usage patterns related with smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s are different from those of children and adolescents. These results could be used to more deeply understand smartphone dependence among adults in their 20s and plan early detection and prevention and care of dependence.
