This study investigated the self-concepts of Korean students based on Marsh and Shavelson's(1985) multidimensional hierarchical model. Reduced forms of the Self-Description Questionnaire(SDQ)-I and -II were administered to 308 5th and 6th grade students and 718 7th to 9th grade students. Results of 2 factor analyses indicated that sub-scales 9 and 11 were well established for SDQ-I and -II, respectively, partly confirming the multidimensionality of self-concept. The factors involving distinctions between academic and non-academic higher-order factors and between the academic/math and the academic/verbal factors were not so differentiated nor hierarchically arranged as proposed by the model. These differences may be attributed to the heavy influence of the academic self-concept on the other sub-factors. A Locality ${\times}$ Sex ${\times}$ Grade ANOVA showed main effects of locality favoring urban areas and of sex favoring boys.

The goal of this study was to establish the evaluation method, which consist of the principle, factor, procedure and checklist, on environmental camp program and then to support staffs of environmental camp for decision-making to improve pre-program and develop new one. The main principles of the evaluation method established in this study were Hierarchical holism and Open inter-communication. First, hierarchical holism focused at the interaction among six factors, which were divided by 3 steps : 1) goal(and objectives) 2) learners and sites 3) activities, staffs and media. Second, open inter-communication could be defined a feedback process among all program participants : manager, staff, teacher, volunteer, learner and so on. The evaluation checklist had been developed of 10 comprehensive items and 30 factor-items at the preliminary step but some items were assessed some complex or duplicate in the result of 3 case studies. The suggested checklist was diminished to 5 comprehensive items and 25 factor-items. Several alternatives, which included specifing learners and objectives, developing site-oriented program and establishing the evaluation sheet were suggested for improving environmental camp program.

초등학교 교과서에 사용된 어휘의 수준을 보기 위해 교과서에 쓰인 어휘의 사용 빈도를 포함하여 결정에 영향력을 미칠 요소를 파악하고 요소간의 관계를 설립하여 교육용 어휘 설정의 나아갈 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 7차 교육과정에 있는 초등학교 교과서에서 국어 어휘 교육 관련 항목을 살펴 이들의 단계별 학습 수준의 고려가 이루어져 있는지를 검토하고자 한다. 수준별 교육 과정에서 밝히고 있는 어휘 의미 교육의 위계가 세부적이고 치밀한 수준의 적정성을 바탕으로 하여 구성되어 있는지를 검토하고 초등학교 교육용 어휘 선정의 문제 분석을 통해 기본 어휘와 기초 어휘 분류의 적정 기준과 학습 활동에 있어 언어 사용 능력으로서의 어휘력과 언어 체계 속의 어휘력을 구분할 필요가 있음을 설명하고자 한다.

수학은 추상적인 학문이다. '추상'은 몇 개 또는 무한히 많은 사물의 공통성이나 본질을 추출하여 파악하는 사고작용이다. 그리고 이 추상들이 모여 분류(유사성을 기초로 해서 우리의 경험을 함께 묶는 것)가 되고 그 다음에 이름이 붙여진다. 이것이 바로 개념(concept)이 형성되는 과정이고 수학자가 수학을 하는 과정이다. 그리고 이 개념들은 여러 가지 모양으로 결합하여 스키마(Schema)라고 부르는 개념 구조를 형성하게 되는데, 이 스키마(Schema)는 수학적 사고를 하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 초등학교 교과서의 소수의 관한 내용에서 교차연결고리가 부족한 부분을 보충한 스키마식 수업 모델을 제시하여 수학의 연계성과 위계성을 강조함으로써 학생들로 하여금 수학의 구조를 파악하게 하여 수학에 대한 흥미와 필요성을 알게 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

조물주가 세상을 창조할 때 당신이 보시기에도 좋고, 사람들이 살기에도 좋도록 만들었다는 얘기가 있다. 그 후 인간은 조물주가 부여해 준 능력으로, 오랜 시간을 거치면서 산업의 발전을 가져왔다. 그러나 또 한편으로는 자연의 위계질서를 파괴했고, 이제는 생명의 존엄성이 철저히 무시당하는 상황에까지 도달했다. 일반인은 잘 알지 못하는 문자나 수치로 모든 것의 공해도.오염도를 측정하면서 아직은 위험수위가 아니라고 자족하는 요즘의 세태를 보면서 어릴 때봤던 미래 공상과학 만화가 생각난다. 산업발전으로 인한 방사능이나 공해의 문제를 미쳐 해결하지 못한 인류의 생존을 위한 험난한 싸움을 그린것 이었다. 식수를 사먹어야 한다는 어느 외국의 일이 이제는 결코 남의 일이 아님을 피부 가까이 느끼면서, 공해의 문제가 얼마나 심각한지를 알아보고 우리 주의를 환기시켜 보도록 하자.

This study aims at evaluating the spatial configuration of general hospitals in terms of Visitors' movement pattern. In doing so, the study deals with three hospitals which are recently built and are generally considered to show recent trends in their spatial configuration. First, the Space Syntax method is used in order to systematically describe and analyse the spatial configurations, and thus to find out the spatial characteristics of each hospital in terms of movement pattern. Second, the spatial characteristics reflected on the 1st floor plan are compared with the planning concepts considered at early stage of the design. It can be said that the concept of hospital street and the spatial hierarchy should be carefully taken into account and tested the spatial configuration by the completed floor plan in order to satisfy the planning concepts.

본 연구는 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 관한 연구로 호텔기업에서의 조직문화 유형에 따라 LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) 상사와 구성원(종사원)과의 차이가 있는지를 검증하고, 조직문화 유형에 따라 경영성과에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 검증하고 마지막으로 조직문화 유형별(관계지향, 위계지향, 혁신지향, 과업지향) LMX가 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법(documentary study)와 실증적 연구방법(empirical)을 병행하였다. 회수된 설문지를 분석하여 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 대한 방향과 시사점, 개선방안을 제시하고 한다.

This paper presents a study on a self oscillating dc/dc converter with low cost, high power density. This converter only consists of power filter, switch and comparater and time delay reduction parts. But it has better characteristics than the conventional self-oscillating dc/dc converter. And it can be made by a few devices and can be smaller size. These type of converters find their applications in many industrial equipments. And the performances of the proposed system are verified through expriment.

초 중 고등학교 수학영재를 대상으로 하는 수학수업의 모델로, 수학수업을 진행하는 과정에서 수학영재의 지적 호기심을 유도하는 발문과 이에 대한 학생들의 반응, 그리고 내용 구성 방법에 대한 연구이다. 수업 중 제시되는 각 개념은 기초에서 심화에 이르는 위계적 구조로 제시되며, 교사는 심화 발문을 통해 학생들의 개념에 대한 이해 정도를 단계별로 높인다. 본 연구에서는 교사의 이와 같은 발문과 학생들의 발문에 의해 이루어지는 영재수업의 모델을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

This paper addresses the issue of constraints on the conversion of the participle II in German, proposing a constraint-based lexical semantic approach. I argue against the widely accepted syntactic view which is based on the dichotomous distinction of intransitive verbs, which has been advanced by the Unaccusative Hypothesis [Perlmutter (1978)]. Several arguments are also given against the semantic view which is based on some aspectual notions such as 'telicity', 'transformativity' or 'terminativity'. The crucial constraints on the conversion of the participle II in German, it is argued, is instead two lexical semantic entailments, movement with a definite change of location and affectedness. These and other lexical semantic entailments in the sense of Dowty (1991) are encoded into the multiple inheritance type hierarchy of qfpsoa. The proposal made in this paper is based on the multiple inheritance hierarchy which is envisaged in a recent framework of head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar.
