본 연구는 청년창업자를 대상으로 청년창업자의 역량과 경영성과 사이에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 자료는 한국노동연구원의 '청년패널조사(2015)' 9차년도 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 비임금 근로자 중 학력은 전문대졸이상 이며, 가업을 물려받은 경우를 제외한 창업을 한 청년 182명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였고, 변인들 간의 다중공선성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 또 청년창업자의 경영성과에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 청년창업가의 역량으로 창업준비역량, 기업가역량, 관리역량 등 결정요인을 도출하고, 이들 요인과 경영성과 간의 가설을 설정하고, 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미친 요인은 교육수준 대비 일수준이 낮을수록, 전공이 일치하지 않을수록, 직무만족이 높을수록, 창업총자본금이 많을수록 경영성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 도시계획 및 설계에 범용되는 그래픽관련 어플리케이션을 활용한 3차원 공간정보의 구축 방법과 신규 도시개발이나 도시경관계획에서 3D 공간정보를 이용한 컴퓨터시뮬레이션 활용 방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 3차원 공간정보 구축은 기 구축된 GIS DB(수치지형도, 건축물 대장 등)와 위성영상을 활용하여 도시경관계획에 필요한 3D 공간정보를 구축하였다. 그렇게 구축된 공간정보의 활용 방안으로 도시경관 측면에서 계획 및 개발 시나리오에 대한 컴퓨터 3D시뮬레이션을 통한 좀더 사실적이고 직접적인 경관시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 특히 3D 공간정보의 구축과 활용에 있어서 공간적 위계에 따라 광역적 차원, 도시적 차원, 지구차원에서 경관 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 연구를 통해서 도시경관계획 등 다양한 공간계획 및 개발에 대한 시뮬레이션을 위한 효율적이고 간편한 3D 공간정보의 구축 및 활용이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

A prototype of photoelectric photometer has been developed by all solid state operational amplifiers. The amplification of low-level anode currents from photomultiplier tube corresponding to a given incident light intensity and logarithmic transfer for star's magnitude nleasurements are achieved by the same operational amplifier. It is important to select low input bias currents for stable performance because the resolution is primarily limited by the bias currents. As such, they offer a higher reliable and economical for a large number of electrometer amplifier applications which have traditionaly been fulfilled by vacuum electrometer tubes or vibrating reed electrometers.

The aim of this interdisciplinary study is to understand the relationship between the social behavior patterns and space elements, specially micro-housing sociological point of view. It analyzed korean typical floorplans in the apartment housing, focused on the 4-criteria contact or isolation between the individual persons, communication between the generations, hierarchy of the gender and socialization with neighbourhood. It determinate concrete space elements involved correspondent factors with users' social behavior. By reviewing those factors found, it is suggested also the planning concept, that response users' social orientation. As the practical alternatives, some prototypes have been developed not only for improvement of housing plans, but also for resonable housing supply and sustainable usage.

The purpose of the study is to certify the validity and effectiveness of the learning hierarchy and to define the effective teaching order in life continuity. To achieve this purpose, two experimental groups which were instructed varying the sequence of the instructional units. Teaching order based on the learning hierarchy was given to experimental group and descriptive order of current text was given to control group. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. Learning Hierarchy before learning had differ with order of the textbook, but hierarchy of both group has showed similar to the sequence of textbook, after learning. 2. The effect of learning hierarchy represented no significant different between control and experimental group.

The Purpose of this study was to present the procedures and methods of ordering theory,and to search for a learning hierarchy among science process skills in each Piagetian cognitive reasoning level. One of the purpose of this is not to determine the clear and exact hierarchy but rather to demonstrate how ordering theoretic methods and procedures can be used to determine the hierarchy of logical relationships among a set of test items or the testing of a hypothesized hierarchy. Ordering theory was used to analyze five science process skills collected from 509 high school students. Ordering Theory has as its primary intent either the testing of hypothesized hierarchies among items at the determination of hierchies among items. Hierarchical relationships were identified within five science process skills. The results will be helpful in giving useful inform at ions to classroom teachers and science curriculum developer.

초등 수학 교과의 내용을 아동들에게 정확하게 가르치기 위한 목적으로 교사에게 제공되는 교수-학습 자료 지침서로서 교사용 지도서의 역할은 대단히 중요하다. 그러나, 수학을 전문적으로 전공하지 않은 초등교사의 입장에서는 각 차시별로 전개되는 내용들 사이의 연관성이나 위계성에 대한 보다 더 상세한 지도내용에 대한 안내가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 초등수학 3-나 단계를 중심으로 각 차시별로 전개되는 내용들 사이의 연관성에 대한 보다 더 상세한 지도내용 뿐만 아니라, 수학사 및 실생활 관련자료, 동기유발 자료 등을 이용하여 수학사 및 교사용 지도서를 수정, 보완하여 재구성한 후, 일선 학급에 투입한 후, 교사들과 아동들의 반응들을 분석하여, 향후 보다 더 개선된 교사용 지도서를 만들 수 있는 아이디어를 제시 하고자 한다.

Conventional traffic assignment techniques usually do not consider traveler's route choice behavior affected by hierachicla strucfture in urban highway system. This study realizes the route choice behavior such that travelers tend to choose more higher level of highway rather than lower level of highway for longer trops. Otherwise, for shorter trips, travelers tend to choose lower level of highway unless they can get sufficient travel time saving by using mojor arterial street or freeway (higher level of highway). Therefore, this study suggests a traffic assignment technique incorrporating route choice behavior related to hierachical highway structure by introducing some perception costs to generalized cost function such as perceptional preference measureemnt for higher level higheay and perceptional penalty when changing to different level of highway. Through simulation analysis, it is shown that the simulation results with the new traffic assignment echnique can be different a lot from the results with the convential method.

In this study, we surveyed historical housing settlements of Hwangjon in Bonghwa-a clan village in Youngnam district which was formed in the Chosun Dynasty. We observe the relationships among the spatial layout of clan villages, the water flows and the family hierarchies as follows; (1) when a clan village was initially formed, the water flow, which is the phylosophical foundation of Poong Soo, was the most important factor for determining the original location; (2) as villages prosper, the water flow and the family hierarchy still played an important role in determining the following geological locations; (3) in modern age, however, the water flow and the family hierarchy lost the role in detrmining the geological locations; (4) consequently, in present days, each household becomes isolated from the village. Reflecting on these observations, for village to be maintained, we conclude that we need novel practical and cohesive village forming drives that can replace the water flows and the family hierarchy in the past.
