아프리카의 인터넷 이용인구는 3%로 웹 정보접근성이 부족하다. 디지털 정보자원의 주체인 대학도서관은 정보접근의 수단을 넘어 의사소통의 역할을 담당하기 때문에 대학도서관 웹사이트 신뢰성은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 가이드 10개 요소를 중심으로 아프리카 중부지역의 10개국 14개 대학의 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 잘 지켜지지 않은 항목은 정보의 정확성, 정보의 최신성, 오류제한, 웹사이트 기관의 신뢰성으로 나타났다. 이는 웹사이트의 기능과 디자인보다는 콘텐츠로 정보의 정확성, 충실함, 신뢰성에 관한 요인들 이었다. 따라서 운영자는 자관의 사용을 배려한 콘텐츠의 정기점검으로 페이지의 정확한 연결, 안내페이지와 정보페이지의 명확성, 최신정보의 유지, 오류를 최소화 하여야 한다. 또한 도움말 제공과 반복적인 페이지를 제한하여 신뢰성을 갖추어야 하며 이를 토대로 웹사이트를 구축해야 할 것이다.

Korean Students' Physical Fitness Test System, was improved from exercise-related fitness to health-related fitness, it manage the results on the web. This research is one of the practical trial using IT environment for health and fitness improvement, by developing web-based contents. In peer debriefing, 105 contents(health : 6 part 34 contents, exercise : 13 part 71 contents) was designed and realized through analyzing 7th curriculum and 11 domesticinternational contents. The output, have good points, could be used in the class on the web, could be carried out by students in anytime, anywhere. Especially, obese or low fitness children can carry out joyfully. And the contents could be improved on the web. This study is the 1st trial to develop web-based contents, enhancing students' to recognize the importance of health and exercise. If this trial was connected to middle, high school and military, could be contributed in Korean Men's health management. In the future, application study must be carried-out.

In this paper, we proposed a pipeline system for holographic image production in a web server-based environment. There are time and spatial constraints for the existing holographic image production. The purpose of the proposed system is to obtain high-quality holographic images by reducing accessibility to users. It is a structure in which a video captured by a user in a web environment is transmitted to a server and converted into a frame for holographic image production through post-production. For high-quality holographic image acquisition, post-processing uses a deep learning-based algorithm. The proposed system provides various service tools in the web environment for user convenience. Through this method, the user's accessibility is improved when producing holographic images because images are taken in a web environment rather than in a limited space.

차세대 웹 기술인 시맨틱 웹(Semantic Web)이 각광을 받음에 따라, 시맨틱 웹과 관련된 다양한 기술들이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 특히, 시맨틱 웹의 핵심 사례인 링크드 데이터(Linked Data)는 웹으로 접근 가능한 형태의 URI로 시맨틱 데이터를 표현하고 서로 연결함으로써, 오픈 데이터로서 상호운용성 극대화 및 데이터의 통합을 용이하게 한다. 이는 바이오인포매틱스 기술 발전과 결합하여 웹에서 바로 이용 가능한 많은 의학 링크드 데이터 생산과 이를 활용한 다양한 의학용어 검색 서비스 개발 결과를 가져왔다. 하지만, 기존 의학용어 검색 서비스들은 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 의학정보를 기반으로 서비스되기 때문에 다양하고 정확한 정보를 얻기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 척추 분야 의학 관련 링크드 데이터를 활용해 정확도가 높고 확장이 용이한 척추정보 검색 서비스를 제안한다.

Web novels that are consumed on mobile devices are characterized by capturing one aspect of our society. The purpose of this study was to collect the keywords from web novels, to identify trends of web novels, and further to analyze the covert needs and characteristics of readers in connection with the existing researches. As a result of the analysis, novels with modern backgrounds and adult novels were popular in relation to easily readable and accessible mobile environment. Male characters tend to be ideally depicted in web novels. In contrast, characters with inner scars were popular among female characters. Although this study did not conduct an in-depth analysis of adult novels due to the limitation of web crawling, it is meaningful that this study analyzed modern people's inner needs and characteristics using the para-text like keywords in existing web novel studies that previously lacked quantitative analysis.

실어증은 뇌손상으로 인해 발생하는 후천적 언어장애로서, 언어를 이해하고 표현하는 능력이 손상된 것이다. 이는 환자 개인의 어려움은 물론이고, 가족과 사회에도 문제를 초래할 수 있으므로 실어증 환자의 진단 및 치료는 중요하다. 그 중에서도 빠른 언어 치료는 발병 후 조기에 시작할수록 회복이 빠르다는 점에서 연구 결과들이 일치하고 있기 때문에 더욱 중요하다. 하지만 환자 대비 언어치료전문가의 수가 적어 치료시기를 놓칠 수 있기 때문에 가장 중요한 것은 빠른 실어증 진단과 전문가와의 접근성이다. 우리나라는 인터넷 보급률과 컴퓨터 보급률이 높기 때문에, 웹기반으로 시스템을 개발 한다면 우수한 접근성을 보장받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 '온라인 언어 재활 훈련 및 진단 시스템'을 제안하고 본 시스템을 통해 얻을 수 있는 데이터와, 이 데이터를 어떻게 가공하여 의미 있는 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있는지 소개한다. 본 시스템은 짧은 시간 안에 실어증 여부 확인과 언어 재활 훈련을 수행할 수 있고, 웹기반으로 개발되어 누구나 쉽게 치료와 관련된 콘텐츠, 정보, 그리고 재활 방법을 공유할 수 있다.

인터넷을 이용하는 사용자들은 원하는 정보를 획득하고 타인들과 소통하기 위한 방법으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용한다. SNS는 사용자별로 차별화된 기능을 제공함으로써 수요자를 증가시키지만 이를 활용하는 사용자들은 무분별한 콘텐츠를 접함으로써 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 불편함은 더해가고 있다. 본 연구는 SNS를 이용하는 사용자들의 사용자 편이성을 증가하고 콘텐츠 접근성을 강화하는 방안으로 원하는 관심사만 자동으로 수집하여 열람하도록 JAVA WEB CRAWLING을 활용하여 시스템을 개발하였다.

Web 2.0 패러다임이 공간정보 처리분야에서 정착되면서 국내외에서 웹 기반의 다양한 공간정보 콘텐츠 서비스가 개발되고 활용되고 있다. 또한 새로운 기술발전 추세에 따라 다양한 공간정보를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 개발도 중요한 연구 주제로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 KML과 같이 제한적인 웹 표준 공간정보 자료 구조를 주로 다루는 클라이언트 기반의 Web 2.0 웹 컴퓨팅 기법을 보다 확장하여 미들웨어와 연동시키는 계층적 웹 서비스 구조를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 시험구현을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에 적용된 미들웨어는 공개 소스로 제공되는 Deegree를 적용하였으며 클라이언트 모듈 처리는 Google Maps API에서 제공되는 기만 클래스를 채택하였다. 공개 소스 및 공개 API을 적용한 웹 GIS 개발은 시스템 확장성이나 추가 개발에 대한 접근이 용이하므로 수요자의 요구 사항에 즉시 대응할 수 있다는 주요 장점이 있고 본 연구 결과에서도 이러한 점을 강조하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과인 Geo-Browser는 OQC의 다양한 GIS 국제 표준을 바로 지원하므로 사용자가 기존에 사용하고 있는 GIS 엔진이나 응용 프로그램과도 연동이 가능한 구조로 설계하였다.

Developing and managing Web applications are more complex than ever because of their growing functionalities, advancing Web technologies, increasing demands for integration with legacy applications, and changing content and structure. All these factors call for a more inclusive and comprehensive Web application design method. In response, we propose a context-based Web application design methodology that is based on several classification schemes including a Webpage classification, which is useful for identifying the information delivery mechanism and its relevant Web technology; a link classification, which reflects the semantics of various associations between pages; and a software component classification, which is helpful for pinpointing the roles of various components in the course of design. The proposed methodology also incorporates a unique Web application model comprised of a set of information clusters called compendia, each of which consists of a theme, its contextual pages, links, and components. This view is useful for modular design as well as for management of ever-changing content and structure of a Web application. The proposed methodology brings together all the three classification schemes and the Web application model to arrive at a set of both semantically cohesive and syntactically loose-coupled design artifacts.

This paper shows linkage management for external services. There are many services for specific entities such as DBLP and OntoWorld. OntoFrame, as a Semantic Web-based research information service portal, aims at one-stop service in ways that it connects external services with hyperlinks. For managing the linkage, linkage rules are manually edited by human administrators and automatically verified and tested by linkage management system. It consists of linkage rule management, linkage rule verification, linkage test, and dynamic link generation. Linkage rule management creates and edits linkage rules to connect external services on the Web. After finished rule editing and verification step, linkage management invokes linkage test with entity list. Only valid links are visible to enable users to click on our system, and thus it increases user's reliability on the system.
