This paper evaluates web accessibility using an evaluative measure of K-WAH 3.0. It targets systems and contents in scientific and technological information, based on a guide for 'Internet Web Contents Accessibility 1.0'. The result indicates that web accessibility of informational system is lower than that of informational contents. Based on this fact, this paper identifies the main characteristics and differences of web accessibilities in informational system and contents, and discusses possible improvements. the result of the evaluation found the scientific system sites is more superior than contents sites in web accessibility. And the scientific system and contents sites except NDSL was lest 'understandable' and 'Robust' in observance. Therefore web page that should bring "easily understandable" and "reducing outstanding side effects" was required.

Acquisition of information through the broadcast media is essential for modern life and each broadcaster has progressed its service over the internet with the development of digital technology. Under this circumstance, this study presented the results which compared and analyzed the web accessibility evaluation for Korea, USA, and Japan's leading broadcaster web sites. According to the study results, there was no significant difference in the level of accessibility in all web sites of three countries, but accessibility compliance rate such as alternate text, skip-navigation of repeated region, and title was somewhat insufficient for Korean web sites. In addition, accessibility errors in the brightness contrast of the text contents, the run of the functions that a user doesn't have any intention, the clear statement of the default language, and the label provision were investigated. Therefore, Korean broadcasters should urgently improve and modify these errors and problems for effective web accessibility.

This paper shows trends in domestic and foreign web accessibility. To disclose the web accessibility observance rate, seven central adminstration institutions and another seven north-eastern cities in Gyeong gi-Do and seven major IT companies were evaluated. KADO-WAH 2.0 was used for showing the observance rate. The evaluation criteria was that of Internet Web contents accessibility Guidelines 1.0. The evaluation was limited to Guideline 1 and Guideline 2 of non-text contents and the restricted frame usage and the keyboard-only operation. The average points for three items are as follows: 65.56% for North-Eastern cities in Gyeong gi-Do and 43.71% for Central adminstration institutions and the average 29.33% for major IT companies. The observance rate was highest by 99.3% in Human-rights committee among the central administration institutions. With the observance rate of 98%, Namyang-ju city came first in Gyeong gi-Do area. Samsung electronics was the highest with 63.66% in observance rate. The Central adminstration got lowered from the average 82.14% in 2006 to the average 54.28% in 2009, with the result of 27.86% down. Accordingly, the urgent improvement for Central adminstration and Local adminstration in web accessibility is asked for. The same is true with major IT companies in web accessibility.

Anyone curious to easily access and learn Korean history has become interested in Korean history data bases, which will provide accurate and reliable historical information. Furthermore, user demands for information sharing and reusability, available through setting up a semantic web, have been increased, which have taken the shape of linked data. Efforts have been made to construct public data bases containing readily usable contents a user can understand and utilize with ease. They have been produced by several organizations, portal sites, and individuals, trying to deviate from existing mainstreams - expert-based text data bases. A problem with those data bases is that they have not considered such vital factors as the sharing and utilizing of information as a whole. This study suggests a LOD-based Korean history contents implementation system, providing rich information environment by way of multi-dimensional web-data connections. In doing so, this system has tried a historic information circulation service system which is based on information sharing and connecting.

In this paper, we present our prototype of a web manual creator that is based on MSP technology embedded in webMathematica. This tool gives courseware authors more simple ways to make their own mathematical web contents. We first classified authoring models for creating mathematical content development and proposed an advanced model. The final application called phpMath can generate MSP-driven documents automatically using Mathematica commands typed by users. In other words, phpMath users can make interactive dynamic mathematical web contents even though they do not know anything about web server, HTML, and webMathematica. We illustrated the details of the prototype from the user's perspectives followed by comments on usefulness.

최근의 웹을 기반으로 한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 발전은 사회관계 형성 서비스를 넘어 광고 마케팅 및 SNS 오픈마켓 등의 상업적 이용으로까지 사용되고 있으며 Facebook Live와 같은 개인방송의 영역까지 확장되고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 온라인상의 사회관계는 노화와 질환으로 외출이 어려운 노년층에게 지역사회 및 친구들과의 의사소통을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통한 정보 활용으로 생활의 질을 향상시키고, 노후를 즐길 수 있는 방법을 찾는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 하지만 대부분의 웹서비스는 복잡한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 있으며 익숙하지 않은 기기를 사용하는 것은 노년층에게 쉽지 않기 때문에 노년층은 제한된 콘텐츠만을 제공받게 되어 정보화 사회에서 소외될 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성을 향상시킨 소셜 콘텐츠 서비스 Photo Alive! Demo EasyFace를 소개한다. 또한 노년층이 다루기 어려웠던 키보드와 마우스를 벗어나 새로운 조작 기기들로 웹 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. MINIX Remote Control, Mirroring, EasyFace Control Application 세 가지의 조작기기 작동 방법을 구현하여 노년층에 맞춤화 된 새로운 사용자 인터페이스를 제안하고자 한다.

인터넷 사용인구의 증가와 사용 용도의 다양화로 인해서 초기 웹의 정적이고 단순함은 더 이상 사용자의 욕구를 충족 시킬 수 없었다. 이러한 욕구는 웹 페이지가 동적이며 더욱 다양한 기능을 갖도록 요구하였으며 자바, Active-X Control 등의 기술을 이용한 Executable Content가 등장하게 되었다. 그러나 이것은 내부 정보 유출 및 파일 삭제 등의 컴퓨터자원에 대한 불법적인 접근의 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 이런 보안상의 취약점에 대해 살펴본다.

The present research aims to identify the issues that occurred when uploading stock photos to the internet-based stock image agencies and to develop technical solutions based on web service technologies. We identify the issues by examination of previous studies and stock photo uploading systems of major three agencies currently in service. As such, we develop web service technology by focusing on the following matters. First, we apply an automatic tag system to ensure convenience. Second, to ensure safety, we apply a technology that easily enables prevention of portrait rights violations and trademark infringements. We also prepare for measures against possible harmfulness. Third, to ensure completeness, we apply a method which resolves upload failure issues that frequently occurred in the past. In particular, the present research is significant as it applies an automatic image analysis system based on Google Cloud Vision API as the artificial intelligence-based image processing technology. In addition, we develop a web service program which improves user access by using SNS-type screen composition.

Mobile content adaptation is a technology of effectively representing the contents originally built for the desktop PC on wireless mobile devices. Previous approaches for Web content adaptation are mostly device-dependent. Also, the content transformation to suit to a smaller device is done manually. Furthermore, the same contents are provided to different users regardless of their individual preferences. As a result, the user has difficulty in selecting relevant information from a heavy volume of contents since the context information related to the content is not provided. To resolve these problems, this paper proposes an enhanced method of Web content adaptation for mobile devices. In our system, the process of Web content adaptation consists of 4 stages including block filtering, block title extraction, block content summarization, and personalization through learning. Learning is initiated when the user selects the full content menu from the content summary page. As a result of learning, personalization is realized by showing the information for the relevant block at the top of the content list. A series of experiments are performed to evaluate the content adaptation for a number of Web sites including online newspapers. The results of evaluation are satisfactory, both in block filtering accuracy and in user satisfaction by personalization.

본 논문에서는 이동형 개인 맞춤 SW 플랫폼인 YouFree에서 동작하는 웹 기반 SW의 개발과 배포를 지원하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발 시스템은 YouFree의 콘텐츠를 접근하고 조작하는 API와 자바스크립트로 구성된 웹 사용자 인터페이스를 편리하게 개발할 수 있는 UI 자동 생성 기능을 제공한다. 배포 시스템은 개발된 웹 기반 SW 패키지를 설치하고 제거하는 기능뿐만 아니라 의존성 있는 패키지가 함께 설치되는 기능과 새 버전의 패키지를 업그레이드 할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다.
