1999년 7월에 국내에 도입된 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스는 서비스 제공 은행들의 계속적인 투자와 보안, 결제시스템의 보완, 이용자들의 확산으로 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 효과적인 웹 사이트 관리는 인터넷 비즈니스의 성패를 좌우한다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 은행 웹사이트의 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스에 대한 진단 및 평가를 통하여 효율적으로 인터넷 뱅킹을 수행할 수 있도록 지원코자 하는 실무적 목적을 연구의 출발점으로 삼았다.

최근 웹 사용의 증가로 인하여 효과적인 웹 사이트 개발을 위해서 다양한 기술들이 개발되었다. 그 중 Ajax의 비동기적 새로고침 기능을 사용하면 페이지 일정 부분을 자동으로 업데이트 할 수 있다. 이러한 장점 때문에 Ajax의 성능을 정략적으로 보이기 위한 연구들이 진행되었다. 하지만 기존의 Ajax 평가 방법은 일부 평가 항목(데이터 크기, 단순한 Ajax와 Non-Ajax)만 고려하기 때문에 종합적인 성능평가 방법을 제안하지 못했다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 Ajax를 이용한 효과적인 웹 사이트 개발을 위해 기존 연구의 문제점을 보완하여 Ajax와 Non-Ajax의 전송 데이터 사이즈를 같게 하여 다양한 언어(HTML, XML, JSP)로 평가 비교하였다.

This study proposes a topic distillation algorithm that ranks the relevant sites selected from retrieved web pages, and evaluates the performance of the algorithm. The algorithm calculates the topic score of a site using its hierarchical structure. The TREC .GOV test collection and a set of TREC-2004 queries for topic distillation task are used for the experiment. The experimental results showed the algorithm returned at least 2 relevant sites in top ten retrieval results. We peformed an in-depth analysis of the relevant sites list provided by TREC-2004 to find out that the definition of topic distillation was not strictly applied in selecting relevant sites. When we re-evaluated the retrieved sites/sub-sites using the revised list of relevant sites, the performance of the proposed algorithm was improved significantly.

In this paper, we propose a web page retrieval system based on the sensibility evaluation induced by the color combination of web pages. The realized system consist of two modules - the indexing module that automatically extracts and indexes the color information from the web page and the retrieval module that retrieves web pages based on the color combination when sensibility adjective is presented. Also, to verify the system usefulness, we analyzed the ranking of web pages retrieved by the system and by human subjects (non-expels and experts for color web page design) using two statistical methods of correlation and paired-t test. Results by non-experts showed the realized system was suitable for 10 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives, and results by experts showed that the realized system was suitable for 14 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives.

The government is supporting the law not to be uncomfortable in all departments of some sports and cultural activities for the handicapped, making the Welfare Law for People with Disability(Article 25) in Korea. Moreover web sites which are places of business more than 300 employees including other public organizations are making it mandatory to observe web accessibility for the handicapped. This study analyzed in statistical aspects to investigate systematically how professional sports clubs observe the accessibility of web site to some degree. As a result, it turned out that the compliance record on the items of the providing of text alternatives(44.92%) for non-text content and the keyboard accessible(46.79%) was low. However, by and large we are able to recognize that the compliance record of the web site is on an increasing trend with the course of time.

This study makes an evaluation whether compliance on the web accessibility of domestic broadcasters site is observed to some degree. The compliance rate is estimated by six guidelines provided in KWA-H 4.0 automatically assessed tool. While the compliance rate of the broadcaster web accessibility is the highest in 'open new window' by 80.2% among six guidelines, the item of 'markup error prevention' demonstrated the lowest level by 36.2%.

The purpose of this study is to provide general principles to be used in designing university websites from the perspective of information architecture. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria of web sites were developed based on information architecture principles. The students taking IA class were directly involved in constructing the evaluation criteria and they can be classified into four categories: 1) information organization; 2) navigation system; 3) labeling system; and searching system. These criteria were employed in evaluating twenty randomly selected university websites in Korea. General principles to be used in designing university websites were developed based on the findings of the study. They are composed of four major components in designing: 1) systematic information organization; 2) flexible navigation system; 3) consistent labeling system; and 4) efficient searching system.

URL 정규화는 다양하게 표현된 동일 URL들을 하나의 통일된(cannonical) 형태의 URL로 변환하는 과정이다. 동일문서에 대한 중복된 URL 표현은 URL 정규화를 통하여 제거된다. 표준 정규화는 잘못된 긍정(동일하지 않는 URL들을 동일 문자열로 변환)이 없도록 개발되었다. 그러나 표준 정규화는 많은 잘못된 부정이 발생하게 되므로, 잘못된 긍정을 일부 허용하면서 잘못된 부정을 현격히 줄일 수 있는 확장 정규화가 제기되고 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 동일 사이트 내의 URL들에 대한 확장 정규화의 적용 결과가 유사한 정도를 보임으로써, 한 사이트 내의 URL에 대한 임의의 확장 정규화 결과 정보가 동일 사이트 내의 다른 URL들의 정규화에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 보인다. 이를 위하여, 한 사이트의 확장 정규화 결과 동일성 척도와 사이트 기반의 확장 정규화 평가 척도를 제안한다. 20,000만개의 실제 국내 웹 사이트에서 추출된 25만개의 URL에 대해 6가지 확장 정규화가 평가된다.

This study contains the results obtained after two and a half years of developing a knitting customization website using a knitting machine. Recently in the fashion world, various services using customization are being provided, and devices that users can design directly using knitting machines are being developed. However the existing website for knitting machine does not provide a certain usability or layout, so it is difficult for users to use open source and custom design. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of developing a website that provides ease of use to users who will use the knitting customizing service using a knitting machine. As a research method, the first usability evaluation was conducted by synthesizing the studies conducted for the knit customization website development work. As a result of the study, found the problems of the initial custom screen and the initial output screen were found, and convenience, intuition, and readability were improved. Secondary usability evaluation was conducted on the modified website and it was confirmed that the problem was corrected. Through the website finally derived from this study, it is expected that the new platform in the domestic knit market will be popularized and the usability of the custom website will be improved.

The obligation of web accessibility in public center, education center, medical center and rehabilitation center started from 2009 has plan to adapt it to a corporation and culture and art until 2015 by stages. This study analysed in the aspect of statistics how well the domestic broadcasting system follows web accessibility which was evaluated by six automatic checking guidelines provided in KWA-H 4.3 automatic evaluation device. With Kruskal-Wallis' test result of nonparametric analysis, an item of basic language statement seemed to be highly followed(p=0.041) with broadcasting system> internet newspaper> the daily press> sports newspaper in order. An item of label offering was followed(p=0.015) with sports newspaper> broadcasting system> the daily press> internet newspaper in order.
