Web-ads often distract users' online activities. Web-ads even deter users from comprehending the website contents. As these irritated users try to avoid web-ads, advertising agencies make web-ads even more noticeable to grasp users' attention. The factors that attract users should increase web-ad performance. However, this study confirms that those efforts irritate users and decrease web-ad performance. Also, this study shows that irritated users eventually try to avoid re-visiting the websites. This study also confirms that excessive web-ads on Internet news websites bring more confusion to users than on e-commerce websites. This finding supports the importance of more sustainable web activities on the Internet news websites as users expect objective and fair contents. Based on these results, this study proposes the directions of web-ads activities for the common good and self-interests of the stakeholders.

웹이 대중화되면서, 사용자 계층도 어린이, 노인, 장애인 등으로 다양해졌다. 인지적, 신체적 특징에 상관없이 모든 사람에게 동등한 웹 기회를 제공하고 있는가를 나타내는 지표가 웹 접근성이다. 웹 사이트들이 특정 수준의 웹 접근성을 준수하도록 유도하기 위해 W3C(World Wide Web Consourtium)의 WAI(Web Accessiability Initiative)는 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 가이드라인 WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guideliens)를 개발하였다. 현재, WCAG2.0까지 발표된 가이드라인은, 4개의 원칙(Principle), 12개의 지침(Guideline), 그리고 61개의 성공기준(Success Criteria)으로 구성 되어 있다. 평가자들은 WCAG2.0에서 제시하는 성공 기준에 맞춰, 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성을 어느 수준으로 준수하고 있는지 평가한다. 하지만, WCAG2.0을 기준으로 웹 사이트를 평가할 경우, 성공기준의 준수여부는 평가가 가능하지만, 특정 사용자 집단의 특성을 반영한, 우선순위가 포함되지 않아, 특정 사용자 집단을 위한 개선 사항을 도출하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 WCAG2.0 기반의, 특정 사용 집단을 위한 웹 접근성 평가 모델을 제안한다. 사용자 특성에 따라 성공지침들의 중요도가 달라 질 수 있으므로, AHP 기법을 활용하여 성공지침들의 상대적 중요도를 평가하고, 우선순위화 하였다. 평가 모델의 효용성을 입증하기 위해, 특정 사용집단으로 노인 집단을 선정하여, 웹 접근성 평가 모델을 개발하였다.

다크웹을 통한 마약, 금융거래, 해킹 등 사이버 범죄가 증가하면서 다크웹 상의 범죄 추적을 위한 사이버 수사 필요성이 증대되고 있다. Tor와 같은 다크웹 접속 브라우저는 강력한 익명성을 제공하기 때문에 주로 다크웹 운영상의 취약점 분석, 악성코드를 활용한 함정수사 기법이 실효성 높은 다크웹 수사 기술로 간주된다. 그러나 사이트 개설 및 폐쇄가 빈번하게 발생하는 다크웹의 특성상 최신 범죄 정보를 수집하기 위해서는 방대한 다크웹 정보를 실시간 수집하고, 능동적으로 검색 키워드를 확장할 수 있는 고도화된 크롤러 기술 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 다양한 다크웹 사이트 중, 아동 음란물 사이트를 크롤링을 통해 수집하고, 수집된 텍스트의 연관 분석을 통해 검색 키워드를 확장하는 수집 체계를 제안한다.

변화하는 경쟁적 인터넷 환경에서 E-Business의 성공적인 운영은 웹 사이트를 이용하는 고객들의 행위를 얼마나 잘 이해하느냐에 달려있다. 폭발적으로 늘어나는 웹 사이트 중에서 많은 사용자들을 유치하고 유지하기 위해서는 고객 개개인의 특성을 분석해서 특성화된 특성화된 서비스를 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 웹 서버에 의해 수집되는 로그파일로부터 사용자들이 빈번하게 함께 접근하는 페이지들을 기반으로 웹 페이지에 대한 클러스터링을 수행하고 이러한 웹 페이지의 클러스터를 이용해서 유사한 행동패턴을 가진 사용자들을 분류함으로써 특성화된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 일련의 기법들을 제안한다. 특히 클러스터링을 수행하는 웹 로그에 시간적인 요소를 고려한 제약조건을 둠으로써 좀더 유용한 지식을 찾아낼 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

사용자 웹 방문 패턴 발견으로써의 사용자 클러스터링은 웹 사이트를 이용하는 사용자들의 취향과 행동방식을 얻어내는데 매우 유용하다. 또한 이러한 정보는 웹 개인화나 웹 사이트를 재구성 하는 데 필수적 이 다. 본 논문에서 사용자 웹 방문 패스를 클러스터링 하기 위한 시간적으로 효율적이며, 패스 특성을 보다 정확하게 표현하여 클러스터링 할 수 있는 알고리즘이 제안되며, 제안된 알고리즘은 패스 간의 유사도 측정을 통한 클러스터링, 하이퍼플랜을 이용한 K-평균 클러스터링의 2단계 과정으로 이루어져 있다.

If the correct structure of Web site is known, the information provider can discover users# behavior patterns and characteristics for better services, and users can find useful information easily and exactly. There may be some difficulties, however, to extract the exact structure of Web site because documents one the Web tend to be changed frequently. This paper proposes new method for extracting such Web structure automatically. The method consists of two phases. The first phase extracts the hyperlinks among Web documents, and then constructs a directed graph to represent the structure of Web site. It has limitations, however, to discover the hyperlinks in Flash and Java Applet. The second phase is to find such hidden hyperlinks by using Web access log. It fist extracts the click streams from the access log, and then extract the hidden hyperlinks by comparing with the directed graph. Several experiments have been conducted to evaluate the proposed method.

Fingerprint has the characteristics that do not change with time and is unique to an individual. And fingerprint identification is considered the best choice for most biometric applications because of its accuracy, speed, reliability, non-intrusive interfaces and cost-effectiveness. In this paper, we applies fingerprint Identification to web site login to raise the quality of personal identification when we use e-commerce, internet banking, stock dealings, shopping mali, etc. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing system carries out fingerprint identification in the web server, but the system Implemented in this paper carries out it in client. Therefore the loads of server are reduced and the confidence of internet service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

The purpose of this study is to provide a cost effective usability test model for business web site development. In this study, we present a usability test model that combines Concurrent Think Aloud, performance measurement, coaching method, and remote test method. Testing target was the consortium website of electronic information joint licensing. Test participants were actual users selected by their task roles and proficiency in different levels. We improved the system by reflecting the results of user test analysis and re-tested usability test again. The result showed that usability of all participants was improved in the aspect of the time required and the complexity of mouse trajectory. It is expected that the usability test model presented in this study can be used to cost-effectively evaluate and analyze business web sites. We suggest that research various usability test model considering the characteristics of websites.
