Recently. The web-based distance education system becomes generalized so that learners can study without being under the control of time and space. This shows that it is more widely used through Internet in education field. But the previous developed methodology for distance-lecture system has some problems, on the Distance Education. It takes much time and cost. In this paper, the need of the Distance-lecture system to apply component-based developing methodology is suggested to overcome these problems. Also, you can save lots of time and cost because it has the reuse, the convenient availability, and the transplantation of distance-educaton system through component-based developing methodology.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement the web-based counselling system in aspects of learning type and method by PBL in Constructivism. Learning problem is classified into learning difficulty, learning disability, emotional disability, memory/cognition, ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), classwork, and school circumstance. Counselling for individual, offline visit, parents, electronic mail, and group with professionals who were involved in the design and implementation of learning counselling were used to supplement the clinic process for learning. The result of this study aims to administer the distance counselling system for learning without prominent computer knowledge. Each learner can solve diverse private learning problems which can be widely applied for situated learning. Also these online strategies by PBL indicate that providing learning types and methods are critical for overall understanding in online counselling system for learning.

본 논문에서는 SLA(Service Level Agreement)와 같이 차별화 서비스를 지원하는 웹서버 시스템의 가동성 척도를 향상시키기 위해 기존의 동적 성능 분리 기법에 퍼지 기법을 접목하였다. 특히, 클러스터 기반 웹서버 시스템의 부하량에 대한 판단기준 혹은 사용자 요청률 및 동적요청 비율 변화시에 발생하는 애매모호한 상황을 효과적으로 반영하기 위해, 퍼지제어 기법에 기초한 부하분배 메커니즘을 제안하였다. 이를 통해, 기존의 퍼지 기법을 활용하지 않은 성능분리 기법과 퍼지기법을 활용한 경우에 대해 응답시간(95-percentile of response time) 성능 비교 평가를 통해 퍼지기반의 성능분리 기법이 차별화 서비스 시스템의 성능을 더욱 강건하고 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있다는 점을 검증하였다.

In this paper, we design and implement an agent-based mask dance guidance system which provides multimedia information on traditional masques through WWW. When the server receives a query from the client, it produces the multimedia data by connecting several real full-motion videos, and synthesizing adequate voice data for guiding announcement. To develop an agent-based guidance system, we designed and implemented four agents such as interface agent, user modeling agent coordinator agent and data management agent. The mask dance guidance system also provides the functions of searching using the keyword and learning.

In this paper, we developed the cyber campus which is a internet based virtual education system. This system is designed by using the client/server architecture and server push mechanism. The basic design tool is mini SQL and PERL for design and implementation. Developed system is tested on the site of Honam university(cybercam.honam.ac.kr) and confirmed its performance. This tool will be very useful as a distance education method for every school and educational agency under the internet environment.

정보화 수준을 검정하는 다양한 영역 중 실기시험은 채점 강의 문제로 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터활용능력을 검정하는 Excel 실기시험을 자동으로 채점하는 웹 기반 채점엔진을 개발하고자 한다. 출제자의 출제의도를 반영한 채점항목 및 채점기준을 유연하게 등록할 수 있게 하고, 틀리거나 감점된 문항에 대해 오답의 이유를 정확하게 제공하는 데에 개발의 초점을 맞추었다. 엑셀 자동채점 엔진을 활용하면 Excel 실기시험의 출제방향에 크게 위배되지 않으면서 사람이 채점타는 경우보다 객관성, 정확성 비용 소요시간의 면에서 기대효과를 꾀할 수 있다.

The momentum of e-commerce is growing stronger and now, the competition between e-commerce is becoming more and more fierce. In the competition of various e-commerce companies, how to effectively analyze and rationally use these data has become a key point. This paper will use data mining technology to filter out redundant data from large Web databases, extract data that is useful to us, and then analyze them from different perspectives to apply this data reasonably and effectively to our e-commerce website.

Recently, the distance education has been rapidly proliferated with the rapid growth of the Internet and high speed networks. There has been relatively much research with regard to online lecture (teaching and studying) tools for the distance education, compared to the virtual laboratory tools (for self-study and experiments). In this paper, we design and implement a web-based simulation tool, named as SimDraw, for the virtual laboratory in the distance education. To apply the web-based simulation technology into the distance education, some requirements should be met; firstly, the user interface of the simulation should be very easy for students. Secondly, the simulation should be very portable to be run on various computer systems of remote students. Finally, the simulation program on remote computers should be very thin so that students can easily install the program onto their computers. To meet these requirements, SimDraw adopts the client/server architecture; the client program contains only model development and animation functions so that no installation of a client program onto student's system is required, and it can be implemented by a Java applet in Web browsers. The server program supports client programs by offering the functions such as remote compiling, model storing, library management, and user management. For the evaluation of SimDraw, we show the simulation process using the example experimentation of the RIP(Routing Information Protocol) Internet routing protocol.

This paper explores effectiveness of integrating Problem-Based Learning with Web 2.0 technologies in Computer subject matter education for improving quality of lessons and adapting of social needs for pre-service teachers. Students have studied about computer subject matter for 4 times. The process of leaning have recorded by Web 2.0 tools that is one of the cloud services. Also the students have written reflection journals about experiences of PBL process and results. The PBL process and reflection journals have been analyzed by qualitative data analysis. Conclusions are drawn as to potential for the use of Web 2.0 tools for PBL in computer subject matter. The results of the analyses showed the following: 1) Increasing the understanding of the computer subject matter education, 2) enhancing students' competence in using ICT potentially, 3) cultivating teaching and learning strategies on Web 2.0 environment and 4) enhancing competence of future teaching activities through experiencing e-portfolio as a performance-assessment tool.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of mobile web-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) convergence education for nurses. This study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A sample of 46 nurses was included. The experimental group was given mobile web-based online CPR education with self-directed offline CPR practice. The control group was given traditional CPR lecture education with CPR practice. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire and performance skill test and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The experimental group had higher scores on CPR knowledge and CPR self-efficacy than those of the control group. there were no significant differences between groups (p=.741; p=.162). CPR skill ability was significantly higher in the experimental group compared to the control group(p=.001). This findings indicate that mobile web-based CPR convergence education can be an effective to strengthen CPR capabilities for nurses. These contribute to expanding convergence of education program development.
