Effective interaction between user and device is considered an important ability of IoT devices. For some applications, it is necessary to recognize human facial expressions in real time and make accurate judgments in order to respond to situations correctly. Therefore, many researches on facial image analysis have been preceded in order to construct a more accurate and faster recognition system. In this study, we constructed an automatic recognition system for facial expressions through two steps - a facial recognition step and a classification step. We compared various models with different sets of data with pixel information, landmark coordinates, Euclidean distances among landmark points, and arctangent angles. We found a fast and efficient prediction model with only 30 principal components of face landmark information. We applied several prediction models, that included linear discriminant analysis (LDA), random forests, support vector machine (SVM), and bagging; consequently, an SVM model gives the best result. The LDA model gives the second best prediction accuracy but it can fit and predict data faster than SVM and other methods. Finally, we compared our method to Microsoft Azure Emotion API and Convolution Neural Network (CNN). Our method gives a very competitive result.

To achieve web application security goals effectively by providing web security features such as information leakage prevention, web application firewall system must be able to achieve the goal of enhancing web site security and providing secure services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the security evaluation of web application firewall system based on related standards. In this paper, we analyze the requirements of the base technology and security quality of web application firewall, and established the security evaluation criteria based on the international standards for software product evaluation. Through this study, it can be expected that the security quality level of the web application firewall system can be confirmed and the standard for enhancing the quality improvement can be secured. As a future research project, it is necessary to continuously upgrade evaluation standards according to international standards that are continuously changing.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, startups are leading the proliferation of logistics in life services in countries across the world. Logistics in life startups aim to differentiate themselves for traditional logistics companies by offering customized services that penetrate niche logistics market and enhance customer convenience and satisfaction. Through the development of mobile applications(apps) and platform a variety of life-enhancing services are becoming increasingly available to customers, such as on-demand, online-to-offline, convenience, reverse logistics, as well as last-mile delivery. In particular, logistics in life services are expanding into areas that include food delivery, home moving, cargo transport, laundry delivery, car washing, and car repair. In order for the logistics in life startups to succeed, they needs to offer highly usable apps to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Due to the nature of mobile phones, different evaluation criteria than those for websits should be used to determine the usability of apps. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of representative Korean logistics in life apps through usability testing, discuss implications and offer improvement recommendations. Finally, the best Korean logistics app is compared with a top ranked app on Google Play for benchmarking purposes.

According to the 2021 Mobile Augmented Reality Market Report by Korea Innovation Foundation, the augmented reality market has been growing recently due to the growth of the mobile augmented reality market along with the development of smartphones. In order to provide augmented reality services to mobile users, it is necessary to create native apps for each device. However, there are problems such as maintenance costs for multi-platform and low accessibility due to app download. Recently, the construction of augmented reality system in a web-based environment by using the WebXR Device API is in progress, but it is judged that the system using the WebXR Device API is still in the research stage. In this paper, a responsive multi-platform environment was built using the WebXR Device API, Three JS, and React, and a function to provide augmented reality service to mobile and web users was implemented. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the interlocking of augmented reality was successfully implemented in a responsive web environment, and look forward to the augmented reality service operating on the web in the future.

Extracting keywords representing documents is very important because it can be used for automated services such as document search, classification, recommendation system as well as quickly transmitting document information. However, when extracting keywords based on the frequency of words appearing in a web site documents and graph algorithms based on the co-occurrence of words, the problem of containing various words that are not related to the topic potentially in the web page structure, There is a difficulty in extracting the semantic keyword due to the limit of the performance of the Korean tokenizer. In this paper, we propose a method to select candidate keywords based on semantic similarity, and solve the problem that semantic keyword can not be extracted and the accuracy of Korean tokenizer analysis is poor. Finally, we use the technique of extracting final semantic keywords through filtering process to remove inconsistent keywords. Experimental results through real web pages of small business show that the performance of the proposed method is improved by 34.52% over the statistical similarity based keyword selection technique. Therefore, it is confirmed that the performance of extracting keywords from documents is improved by considering semantic similarity between words and removing inconsistent keywords.

Since a 'Well-being' theme had become an issue in 90's, everyone now care about their health more than ever. Besides, IT has been developed so tremendously that we have various ways to collect up-to-dated information through the internet. There are so many web sites that contain information about health and diet. However, the menus of these web sites are not simplified and the content is too large, so the information we see in those web sites may not be accurate. Also, some information is out-of-dated. In this paper, we propose a web site called 'Calory&Diet' that provides customized information on diet. The characteristics of the web site are as following: First, the menu is so simple that users can easily find information they want. Second, it only provides necessary customized information. Lastly, it uses an open application that helps users always get the latest information without DB updates. With its user friendly menu and feedback information, the proposed web site can be a good advisor for people who want to be healthy. 100 offers the user survey results than existing systems, simple system to 2%, 3% from a custom-related topics, the latest related topics were 3% higher on 5 point scale.

This study analyses the relationship with the feature of the web usability and Social commerce. Therefore, this research tries to investigate the relationship about in which the characteristic of the web-site usability is connected through the confidence about the Social commerce site to the re-purchase. The existing research that the information system and Electronic commerce relates is considered and the usability factor about the Social commerce site tries to be drawn and these try to verify on the relationship with the trust building of the user about the Social commerce site and purchasing intention through the positive research. The result is follows. First, the visual property of the Social commerce site was confirmed to have the descriptive ability noted to the confidence. Second, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that information characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. Third, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that relative characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. The importance of the web-site usuability has preferentially to be considered in being put through this research and building the confidence of the social commerce user could be known. When running with the social commerce site design, this is determined because it can become the useful standard.

ChatGPT, an interactive artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by Open AI in the U.S., gaining popularity with great repercussions around the world. Some academia are concerned that ChatGPT can be used by students for plagiarism, but ChatGPT is also widely used in a positive direction, such as being used to write marketing phrases or website phrases. There is also an opinion that ChatGPT could be a new future for "search," and some analysts say that the focus should be on fostering rather than excessive regulation. This study analyzed consciousness about ChatGPT for college students through a survey of their perception of ChatGPT. And, plagiarism inspection systems were prepared to establish an education support model using ChatGPT and ChatGPT. Based on this, a university education support model using ChatGPT was constructed. The education model using ChatGPT established an education model based on text, digital, and art, and then composed of detailed strategies necessary for the era of the 4th industrial revolution below it. In addition, it was configured to guide students to use ChatGPT within the permitted range by using the ChatGPT detection function provided by the plagiarism inspection system, after the instructor of the class determined the allowable range of content generated by ChatGPT according to the learning goal. By linking and utilizing ChatGPT and the plagiarism inspection system in this way, it is expected to prevent situations in which ChatGPT's excellent ability is abused in education.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement the web-based counselling system in aspects of learning type and method by PBL in Constructivism. Learning problem is classified into learning difficulty, learning disability, emotional disability, memory/cognition, ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), classwork, and school circumstance. Counselling for individual, offline visit, parents, electronic mail, and group with professionals who were involved in the design and implementation of learning counselling were used to supplement the clinic process for learning. The result of this study aims to administer the distance counselling system for learning without prominent computer knowledge. Each learner can solve diverse private learning problems which can be widely applied for situated learning. Also these online strategies by PBL indicate that providing learning types and methods are critical for overall understanding in online counselling system for learning.
