In this paper, this app is an online learning tool web application that helps learners learn efficiently. It discusses how learners can improve their learning efficiency in these three aspects: retrieval practice, systematization, metacognition. Through this web service, learners can proceed with learning with a flash card-based retrieval practice. In this case, a method of managing a flash card in a form similar to a directory-file system using a composite pattern is described. Learners can systematically organize their knowledge by converting flash cards into a mind map. The color of the mind map varies according to the learner's learning progress, and learners can easily recognize what they know and what they do not know through color. In this case, it is proposed to build a deep learning model to improve the accuracy of an algorithm for determining and predicting learning progress.

특정 분야별로 구축되는 온톨로지에 관하여 그 언스턴스를 쉽고 빠르게 구축하기 위해서는 구조화된 문서를 이용하는 것이 효율적이다. 그러나, 일반적인 웹 문서는 모든 분야에 대하여 다양한 형식으로 표현되어 존재하기 때문에, 대상이 되는 구조 문서를 자동으로 수집하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 웹사이트의 URL 패턴을 XML 기반의 스크립트로 정의하여, 필요한 웹 문서만을 지능적으로 수집하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 수집 방안은 구조화된 형태로 정보를 제공하는 사이트에 대해서 매우 빠르고 효율적으로 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 방법을 적용하여 5만개 이상의 웹 문서를 수집하였다.

Construction Materials are the key elements determining the quality of buildings. The major purpose of this study is to provide basic data analysis for leveraging domestic construction material information systems. The study implements a comparative analysis by categorizing the construction material information systems into several detailed areas. The research results specify the limitations of current construction material information systems and derive required research areas for practical applications throughout a construction project life-cycle.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 구축 운영하고 있는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼은 창의적 아이디어의 발굴 육성 확산을 통해 국민의 아이디어를 가치화하는 아이디어사업화 지원 플랫폼으로, 창의적 문화와 창업 확산의 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 아이디어사업화 플랫폼의 PC환경 웹사이트와 모바일 이용자 형태를 분석하여 모바일 환경에 간소화된 핵심 메뉴구조와 최적화된 UI/UX, 모바일 장치의 특성을 활용한 모바일 웹 서비스 구축으로 언제, 어디서든, 자유롭게 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날의 기업 환경은 그 어느 때보다 다양하고 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 급변하는 정보요구와 기술변화에 대처하기 위해 많은 기업들은 해당분야의 외부 전문업체에게 위탁하는 아웃소싱 전략을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 기업이 아웃소싱을 활용하는 부분중 한 분야인 '웹사이트 구축 및 운영'에 관한 아웃소싱에 대하여 성공요인을 도출하여 보고, 이러한 요인들이 아웃소싱 성공의 여러 차원인 경제적, 전략적, 기술적 이익과 아웃소싱을 통하여 구축된 웹의 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다.

CMS(Contents Management System)는 웹사이트에서 지원되는 다양한 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하는 소프트웨어 시스템으로서 B2C용 콘텐츠 관리 시스템, B2B 전자상거래에 필요한 전자 카탈로그 관리시스템 등을 포함하는 개념으로 활용되고 있다. 제조사별 DRM 폐쇄성을 극복하고 전자책을 제공하는 업체별로 제공하는 CMS를 통합 구축하여 전자책 사용자와 도서관 관리자의 불편을 최소화한다. 이를 위해, 통합 CMS는 유무선 인터넷 환경에서 구동할 수 있도록 개발하며 사용자 UI, 관리자 UI, 데이터베이스, 유무선 통신 모듈, 보안 모듈을 개발을 통해 표준 DRM에 필수적인 요소를 추출하고 이를 바탕으로 실제 표준 DRM을 개발할 수 있는 토대를 구축한다.

최근 전자상거래의 상업성이 부각되면서 많은 기업들과 개인사업자들이 독자적인 웹서버를 구축하고 자사의 상품 또는 기업에 대한 광고 내용을 인터넷을 통해 서비스를 하고 있다. 그러나 소비자에게 홍보가 부족하고, 상품의 종류와 정보의 부족으로 외면을 당하고 있는 웹사이트들이 많이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업들의 카탈로그를 수집하여 재구성한 후, 한 사이트에서 여러 기업의 상품을 검색할 수 있도록 하여 소비자의 접근과, 각 기업의 상거래 사이트를 활성화 할 수 있는 메타 전자 쇼핑몰 개발에 관해 기술한다. 본 시스템의 특징은 로봇이 자동으로 데이터 베이스를 구축하여 소비자가 쉽게 검색 할 수 있도록 주제어 검색과 디렉토리 검색 인터페이스를 구성을 가지고 있다는 점이다.

오늘날 인터넷의 발달과 더불어 스마트기기의 보급이 급성장하면서, 다양한 웹사이트에서 데이터가 기하급수적으로 발생되고 있고, 수 많은 다종다양한 데이터를 효율적으로 저장/관리/분석하기 위한 유용한 어노테이션(Anotation) 기법으로서, 리소스에 대한 사용자의 태깅(Tagging)기능이 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 사용자들의 공통 태그 데이터를 수집하여, WordNet을 기반으로 다양한 수준의 태그/사용자 분류체계를 구축하기 위한 지원도구개발에 관한 연구결과를 보고한다.

Since presidential overseas trips are carried out as the head of state representing the Republic of Korea, the resulting records of such trips have high academic and historical significance and value both in contemporary times and for future generations. This study analyzes the status of production and service of overseas trip records, focusing on whether the records of the president's overseas trips are being produced properly and provided sufficiently to the public, and examines development plans for improvement. Currently, as a result of examining a total of 282 overseas trips provided by the Presidential Archives website, it is difficult for users to understand which records are being produced for even the basic records regarding the trips are not posted. In addition, the website is provider-centered, making users feel alienated rather than being considered in terms of search and provided records. In this study, for the production of high-quality overseas travel records, the "Presidential Overseas Trip Records Production Guidelines" established during the 'Participatory Government' will be supplemented, improved and applied. This archive policy will not be subject to any external variables, including changes in the government, and is suggested that it be consistent and unaffected. In addition, in order to improve the service provided, the following is proposed: first, provision of 'comprehensive information' that allows users to understand the overall context of the trip; second, use of the "file-record" layer and hyperlink function; third, a system that allows the stages of production and service of overseas trip records to be interconnected. In order to carry out these tasks, it would be essential to establish and operate an organization dedicated to records, such as the Secretariat of Archives and Records Management during the 'Participatory Government' period.

The goal of this research is to develop an error-driven noun-connection rules which is used for breaking complicate nouns in Korean morphology analysis module. We collected complicate nouns from Web sites, and analyzed them by CnuMa. Whenever we find errors from outputs of the analyzer, we write noun-connection rules to correct the errors. The noun-connection rules are devised by considering left/right contexts in compound nouns. The error-driven noun-connection rules are helpful in improving precision and recall of a Korean morphology analyzer, CnuMa by 2.8% and 10.8%, respectively.
