With the increasing popularization of the Internet and in the rapidly changing environment with uncertainty, corporations are faced by severe competition to survive. In the meantime, corporations have been quite interested in building and operating their Internet-based websites and invested much to them, since their deployment is emersing as a new means by much they can perform their marketing activity and comercial transaction. And then we investigated how these classified characteristics on website could influence on customer satisfaction and Relationship Commitment.

최근 들어 WWW(World WideWeb) 환경은 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 인터넷에서 공유할 수 있도록 한 사용자 참여 중심의 인터넷 환경인 Web 2.0 시대를 맞이하고 있다.Web 2.0 관련 기술이 발달함에 따라 UCC(User Created Contents) 웹사이트의 사용자 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 여럿의 중지를 모아 만들어지는 집단지성의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, UCC 웹사이트는 고품질의 집단지성을 제공하려고 다양한 서비스 및 상품의 개발을 하고 있다. 또한, UCC 웹사이트들은 자신들이 제공하는 집단지성을 사용자들이 채택하도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 UCC 웹사이트인 위키피디아(www.wikipedia.org), 네이버 지식인 (kin.naver.com), 윙버스 (www.wingbus.com) 를 비롯한 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트를 대상으로 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 개발하여 실증분석을 한 결과 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 사용자 만족을 통해 지속사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되다.

The purpose of this study aims to examine the effects of Career Development Center website users' recognition on contents characteristics (User Convenience, Information, Customer Service) on user responses (User Satisfaction, User Loyalty). According to the research result, first, Career Development Center of website contents characteristics explained 36.4% User satisfaction, it was affected significantly Information, User Convenience, and Customer Service in order. Second, Career Development Center of website contents characteristics explained 36.2% User loyalty, it was affected significantly Information, Customer Service, and User Convenience in order. Thus, it was important that Web site contents was improved the Users satisfaction and loyalty of Career Development Center Web site.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴와 콘텐츠의 제공이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특성을 고려하여 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트의 표준모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 관련 웹사이트들을 대상으로 정보구조, 사이트맵, 용어 등을 분석한다. 그리고 이 분석 결과를 기반으로 하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the community information menus on the websites of Korean American Churches function well as community information sources to Korean American church members. Community information menus from 12 korean American church websites were compared in terms of information structure and labeling systems. Problems were shown and new informational structures and category labels to fully support the functions of Korean American church websites have been proposed. The proposed model was divided into three main aspects, the first sub menu category, the second sub menu category, and the third sub menu category.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 지원해야 하며, 해외지역 다국어 기반이라는 사이트의 특성에 맞는 메뉴, 콘텐츠 등을 제공해야 한다. 또한 다국어기반의 웹사이트 특성상 유니코드 기반의 다국어서비스 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 비교 평가와 표준모형에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트를 설계 및 구현한다.

With the increasing number and variety of internet users as well as the development of internet technology, web contents have been taking a more comprehensive, integrated, and practical form. This change has brought to our attention the importance of the information architecture and menu design, both of which are required for the users to navigate vast amount of data promptly, correctly and easily for effective communication in the web sites. In this study, web sites were categorized by the service levels provided to the users, and sampling was performed accordingly. Then, information architecture, the layout and the presentation of the menu design were analyzed. The result of the analysis show that there are distinguishable characteristics in how the menus were expressed and designed, and that these characteristics reflect the users' characteristics in the web interface menu design. With the result of this study, we present a guideline for information architecture and web interface menu design, which reflects user characteristics thereby strengthening usability. Using this guideline, we expect the development of web interface design which should support more efficient communication on the web.

소프트웨어의 측정은 소프트웨어의 생명주기 초기에 분석되어 규모와 비용의 예측에 도움을 주어야 한다. 초기에는 정확한 LOC 기반 규모예측이 어려워 기능 점수 기반의 측정에 의하여 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 현재의 기능 점수 기반 측정은 모든 시스템에 획일화되어 있어 시스템의 특성을 반영할 수 없으며, IFPUG에서 제시한 일반 시스템 특성은 웹 기반 어플리케이션에서 사용자의 인지도가 매우 낮다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 어플리케이션 중에 동적 웹사이트에 특화된 시스템 특성 집합 및 영향도 측정 방법을 제시한다. 이 요소를 근거로 동적 웹사이트의 시스템 특성을 분석하여 기능 정수의 값 조정 인자에 반영하고 실제 시스템을 대상으로 조정된 기능 점수를 산정한다.

This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching).
