This study intends to develop web-based information literacy program, analyze learning effects and to suggest a model case to those who wants to develop a web-based information literacy program in the future. For this purpose, we analyze undergraduate students' needs, design and develop a web-based information literacy program, and analyze the practical effects of the web-based information literacy program. As a result of research, we found out that both web-based and face-to-face information literacy program are similarly effective in learning and satisfactory to students.

Providing web-based information literacy is a new turning point in the library instruction. After 2005 many university libraries are adopted to web-based information literacy. However as a result of research found out that initial problems of introduction to web-based information literacy are shown such as the lack of interest and motivation causing factor, the simplicity of providing method and so on. In order to maximize the effectiveness of web-based information literacy, working out in the way how to use library, how to search, demand of information, information ethics are the factors which should be constructed in the overall content aspect of web-based information literacy. Also, understanding and analysis of the tendency of users through the provision of diversity, flexibility of IT technology is based on a secure, and the need to pursue a variety of media are the factors which should be needed the way how to provide.

웹 기반 교육은 웹을 수단으로 하여 지식을 생성조직전파하는 새로운 교육방식이다. 웹이라는 거대한 정보기반과 인터넷이 제공하는 시간과 공간을 초월하여 이루어지는 상호작용성은 교육에 활용한다면 기존의 면대면 교육에서 부족했던 점을 보완할 수있다. 독립형 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 멀티미디어 코스웨어는 많이 있으나 그것을 웹에 적용한 것은 아직까지 드물다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 웹 기반 교수-학습에 대하여 고찰한 다음 웹에서 실행되는 대수 학습을 위한 웹 기반 코스웨어의 설계 구현한후 평가하여 그 결과를 교육현장에 활용하고자 한다.

Educational utilization of the Web has drawn much interest from educational institutions due to advantages such as arousing interest, self-motivated participation, and acquisition of up-to-the-minute information beyond time and spatial limitation. Researches have been focused on searching and retrieving information from the Web in many different ways. In this paper, we introduce Web-based project which emphasizes on an organized and unified way of using the Web, a higher level methodology than just gathering and searching information. The advantages of Web-based project can be considered as wide experiences of the subject, integrated curricular education, creativity development, cultivation of cooperative spirit, global education, etc. We address basic concepts of managing Web-based project and discuss applicable areas. Also, we propose a fundamental design structure of Web-based project.

NIE(Newspaper-In-Education)는 신문을 활용한 교육을 말한다. NIE가 기존의 교육에 비하여 다양한 가치 인식을 통한 사회성 확립과 아울러 독해력과 작문력 향상, 정보 활용 능력의 육성 등의 장점이 있어서 교육 현장에서 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 NIE는 기사 스크랩의 번거로움, 복사 사용으로 인한 판독의 어려움, 전문용어에 대한 지도의 어려움 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 NIE를 위한 교수-학습 시스템을 설계한다. 웹 기반 NIE는 신문활용교육의 장을 교실과 가정에서 그대로 컴퓨터와 인터넷으로 옮겨온 것이다. 인터넷 신문을 통해 다양한 신문의 기사와 정보를 접하고, 분석하며 기존의 워크북(workbook)에서 하던 NIE 활동을 그대로 웹 기반으로 옳긴 것이다. 본 논문에서 설계한 웹 기반 NIE 교수-학습시스템은 신문지면을 준비하는 문제에 구애받지 않고, 전문용어에 대한 실시간 검색을 통한 빠른 이해와 다른 사람의 NIE 작품을 비교할 수 있는 둥의 장점을 가지고 있기 때문에 우리나라 NIE교육의 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자 중심의 교육이며, 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 원격교육이다. 특히 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습 원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고 다양한 형태의 학습자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 학습자의 자기 주도적이고 적극적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 자기 주도적 학습이론과 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수준별 학습이론을 적용하여 효율적인 웹 기반 학습이 가능하도록 하였으며 이러한 학습이론을 웹에 기반한 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용함으로써 실업계 고등학교 교육현장의 비효율성과 기존의 문제은행 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 시험준비에 보다 효율적으로 대비하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study examines the web-based education which is changing the educational paradigm itself according to the development of IT and the spread of Internet in the IT society and the information literacy which have been emerging as survival techniques. Based on Technology Acceptance Model that provides useful theoretical foundations for analyzing the factors influencing acceptance IT, it determined the factors influencing of accepting the information literacy instruction as follows: perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use; connectivity ; reactivity of web-based education ; job relevance: university library' support; ACRL standards and effects of the information literacy Instruction. This paper confirmed the influences of these factors of accepting the web-based information literacy instruction through empirical study. I have suggested factors affecting the acceptance of web-based information literacy instruction by Conducting positive researches on how these factors influence the acceptance of web-based information literacy instruction of university libraries.

웹 기반 프로젝트 학습의 유용성 및 그 효과에 대한 긍정적 연구 결과로 인하여 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하여 적용하려는 노력이 많이 시도되고 있다. 그러나, 기반 프로젝트 시스템의 평가 기준이 부족하며 이에 대한 평가가 제대로 이루어지지 않아 어떤 것이 양질의 웹기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템인지에 대한 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양질의 웹 기반 프로젝트를 선정하는 평가기준을 제시함으로써 효과적인 시스템을 구축하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템은 매체적으로 교육용사이트에 기반하고, 전략적으로 교육용 코스웨어의 범주에 포함할 수 있으므로, 교육용사이트 선정 기준 및 교육용 코스웨어의 선정 기준에 의거하여 평가기준을 교육전략적 차원, 운용적 차원, 매체적 차원의 세 차원으로 분류한 후 24개의 평가 요소와 24개이 평가 기준을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템의 평가 기준을 제공하여, 교수자, 교육관리자, 시스템 설계자, 학습자에게 효과적인 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 선정, 활용하는데 편리함을 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

제17차 교육과정에서는 ICT 활용교육을 기본적인 정보소양 능력을 바탕으로 학습 및 일상 문제해결에 정보통신 기술을 적극적으로 활용하여 자연스럽게 학생들의 정보소양을 함양시키도록 함에 따라 이러한 웹기반의 ICT 활용교육에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 지금까지의 중학교 컴퓨터 교과의 ICT활용교육에 대한 연구는 각종 멀티미디어나 웹기반 교수-학습매체들의 개발을 강조하였으며 실질적인 활용방안에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 중학교 컴퓨터교과의 ICT활용교육에 대한 중학교 컴퓨터교과의 실태를 분석하여 자기주도적 학습을 위한 문제해결력 향상에 대한 교수-학습모형을 제시하고 웹 기반 교수학습매체를 개발하여 학습의 효과와 학업성취도를 평가하고자 한다.

최첨단 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전과 구성주의 학습 이론을 기반으로 등장한 원격 교육에서는 학습자가 자신의 학습 과정을 주관함으로써 자신에게 필요한 지식과 기술을 습득하는 자기주도적 학습이 이루어진다. 그러나 웹 기반 원격 교육이나 구성주의가 '학습자 중심의 교육을 실현할 수 있는 기반'으로 자리잡기 위해서는 교사의 역할이 반드시 필요하다. 지금까지 이루어지고 있는 웹상의 원격 교육은 정적이고 수동적인 방식으로 이루어져, 학습자의 학업 성취 정도를 다양하게 파악할 수 없을 뿐 아니라 교사의 역할이 거의 배제되어 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교사 에이전트를 활용하여 학습자의 다양한 학습 진도를 단계별로 지도할 수 있는 원격 교육 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 모델에서 교사 에이전트는 학습자 정보를 바탕으로 학습자 개개인의 학습 진행 상황에 맞는 학습 모델을 생성하고 평가에 의해 학업 성취 정도를 파악하여 다음 단계로의 학습 진행 여부를 제어한다. 이를 통하여 웹기반 원격 교육이 제공하는 학습 자원이 아무 목적없이 정보 검색 자체로 활용되는 문제점을 해결하고 진정한 학습자 중심의 교육을 실현할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있다.
