본 연구에서는 공학교육인증에서 구성원의 의견이나 요구사항을 효과적으로 파악하기 위한 설문조사 수행 절차와 웹 기반 설문시스템의 기능 및 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하고 제안된 프레임워크에 따라 웹 기반 설문시스템을 개발한 방법을 소개한다. 본 설문시스템은 설문문항을 문항은행식으로 설문대상자별, 설문 영역별로 DB화하여 계층적으로 관리함으로써 체계적인 설문문항의 관리는 물론 웹 기반 설문지 작성의 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 웹상에서 전자메일을 통하여 설문조사를 수행하여 비용, 시간, 에러 발생을 줄일 수 있다는 면에서 큰 장점을 갖고 있으며, 설문조사 결과를 다양한 방식으로 분석하여 도식적 표현을 통한 보고서 작성 기능을 제공한다.

Recently, despite of the rapid progress of information technology in the medical and health fields, the development and management of problem sets about medical and education contents related with radiological technologist has been still achieved by manual and offline method using document editor. In this study, the unique web-based problem management system is designed and implemented. That system can efficiently manage and present various kind of problem set about integrated education and personal license without time and space limitations in order to improve the efficiency of supplementary training and to obtain the professional license for CT radiological technologist. The proposed system is composed of administration module and user module. The former supports several functions such as problem creation, problem categorization, user management, and adjustment of leveled assessment. On the other hand, the latter functions examination applying , problem retrieval, personal score retrieval, and interpretation viewing, and so on. In addition, our system is expected as a useful and practical system which provides problem interpretation and analysis of score results after applying for the examination. It can elevate ability of learning and information interchange among them preparing for CT professional radiological technologist licensing examination

In this study, we have developed a web-based adaptive testing system using item response theory´s computerized adaptive testing to diagnose underachievers, and to check the evaluation results immediately. Adaptive testing system simple is not the fact that it presents a question to students. It calculates information of a question and presents the question to students. It controls the response of the students under extraction conditions of the next question. It extracts the question which is the most suitable it presents. In this adaptive testing system, you can extract questions according to the level of the students, and adjust the length and the level of the difficulty according to the response of the students.

This paper proposes an item based learning system using e-mail in order to motivate learners effectively and avoid the bottleneck problem under highly competitive access situations such as the traditional web based learning. The proposed system has th ree features as follows: first, through e-mail, a learner receives test items depending on his/her level, submit an answer sheet, and then identify an assessment with help messages. Secondly, on the web, an instructor easily constructs item database without any other tools and monitors the status of each learner by identifying the learners' record. Finally, an easy-to-use interaction mechanism enhances the inter-activity between learners and instructors, and the usability of Q&A(Question and Answer) service by incorporating e-mail into the web bulletin board.

For effective web-based teaching and learning, it is necessary to estimate. whether activities for it have attained to the learning goal. In HTML and file based item pool systems, it is difficult to manage, to create questions into various forms, and to share with other systems. It is also not easy to provide suitable questions according to the level of learners. On the contrary, XML document can systematically create a structured information. Since XML represents a structure with meaningful information units, it can be effectively used to manage, search, and store documents. Therefore, we designed and implemented a web-based item pool system based on XML, which can support leveled assessment by analyzing the level of learners and providing appropriate questions according to it.

기존의 웹 기반 학습 평가 시스템은 학습자의 선택 기회가 없는 상태에서 일방적으로 제시된 문제지로 평가하게 되거나, 문제 은행에서 임의로 추출한 문제도 단순히 무작위로나 난이도만을 고려하여 문제지를 구성하였고, 그 결과에 대한 성취도의 분석도 한 문제지에 대한 정오표 또는 점수로 단순하게 제시하기 때문에 학습자의 지속적인 학습 관리가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문제유형, 과목 및 단원 난이도, 문항 형태, 문항당 배점, 문항당 배당 시간등의 다양한 정보를 가진 유형별 문제 은행을 구축하였다. 학습자는 마치 문제집을 풀고 싶은 유형의 문제를 선택하듯이 문제 은행에서 문제를 자율적으로 구성하여 평가할 수 있는 유형별 문제지나 대학수학능력시험의 기준에 맞추어 자동 구성되는 종합 문제지로 다양하게 평가할 수 있다. 또한, 한문제지에 대한 결과뿐만 아니라 유형별, 월별 성취도 분석을 통하여 평가한 총점에 대한 획득한 점수의 누적 통계를 그래프로 일목요연하게 보여주어 한 학습자에 대한 지속적인 성취도 분석이 가능하도록 구축하였다.

In this research, we proposed a learner tailoring question recommendation system for web based learning evaluation system. For teaming evaluation process, this system used the item difficulty Each question was stored and managed to the question bank. Item difficulty was recalculated during teaming process and feedback in next course. For learner tailoring question recommendation, learner could choice the teaming part and set the learning difficulty. In application result of proposal method, almost learner could improve learning score by controling teaming difficulty.

The 7th education curriculum requires for the aggressive collection and reflection of demands of students, teachers, parents, and local community, necessary for the school operation. In this regard, this study attempts to design and establish the web questionnaire system for the effective school operation. Web-based Survey system, presented in this study, is designed by being divided into administrator(investigator) and respondents, and administrator can manage questionnaires and identify the results by just connecting Internet. In addition, it is designed to do question drawing and statistics in real time within the system without the separate program, by providing file database related to the questions. This system makes the questionnaire survey of school unit easy and fast by being used as a menu in the homepage of school and operated as a single system.

Today the web-based learning management information systems are developed as forms of many ordered learning information systems acting up to the personal characteristics, but the previous systems have difficulty in their mutual working, maintaining, and repairing between the systems, because of their one-sided "push" method or reuse of the contents. Also they were not managed together having the dissimilar learning management systems each. Therefore, I made up for the weak points of the previous systems and embodied the international standard SCORM-based ordered learning management information systems. After adapting to sequencing contents, all systems are supplied; giving lectures, solving the problems, evaluating the learners and the function of successive personalization learning based on the result of the learner evaluation systems.

Widespread internet service has brought many changes to modern life. Internet installed at school and intra-school computer network presented various education activities such as web-based instruction, immediate evaluation, and management of progress in studying. In this paper an essay question evaluation system for web service is studied for rapid measurement of accomplishment of student. This system provides evaluation of answers consisting a simple sentence and not demanding one word. If an essay question has exactly specified answer sheets and scoring criterion, this system give highly accurate scoring results, which shows nearly the same scoring of a teacher, needs very short time for evaluation, and represents real-time feed back result, so it is expected very high efficiency for the evaluation of an essay question.
