  • 이 논문은 특별히 사이버쇼핑몰들이나 상업적인 웹사이트에서 효과적인 고객 지향적인 개별화 서비스를 지원하는 원투원에이젼트의 구조를 제안한다. 데이터베이스를 연동하여 동적인 웹페이지를 지원하는 기존의 많은 쇼핑몰이나 상업성을 지닌 웹사이트들은 고객의 기호, 관심, 프로파일, 행동양식, 고객 히스토리등을 고려하지 않기 때문에 여전히 모든 고객에게 획일적으로 같은 내용을 제시하여 개별화된 원투원 서비스를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 이런 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 웹사이트를 구축하는 회사들은 제품정보, 서비스 정보등을 고객이나 비즈니스 파트너에게 좀더 개별화되고 고객 지향적인 정보를 제공하고 고객과의 원투원 관계를 지속시키기 위하여 웹사이트 구축전략을 신중히 수립하여야 한다. 지금까지 원투원 웹사이트 개발을 위해 타겟 푸쉬, 타겟 메일, 타겟 광고등 다양한 개별화 기술이 사용되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 성능과 안정성을 고려한 멀티쓰레드기반 개별화 에이젼트 구조와 개별 고객의 고객 지향적인 서비스를 위해 규칙기반의 매칭기술을 사용하며 적응적인 프로파일을 위해 피드백 프로파일 기법을 소개한다. 규칙 기반 매칭 기술은 매칭엔진에 의하여 다양한 개별화된 컨텐츠와 메일을 생성할 수 있으며 규칙문장은 다양한 서비스를 표현하고 평가할 수 있게 설계 되었다.

An Analysis for Deriving New Convergent Service of Mobile Learning: The Case of Social Network Analysis and Association Rule (모바일 러닝에서의 신규 융합서비스 도출을 위한 분석: 사회연결망 분석과 연관성 분석 사례)

  • This study is conducted to explore the possibility of service convergence to promote mobile learning. This study has attempted to identify how mobile learning service is provided, which services among them are considered most popular, and which services are highly demanded by users. This study has also investigated the potential opportunities for service convergence of mobile service and e-learning. This research is then extended to examine the possibility of active convergence of common services in mobile services and e-learning. Important variables have been identified from related web pages of portal sites using social network analysis (SNA) and association rules. Due to the differences in number and type of variables on different web pages, SNA was used to deal with the difficulties of identifying the degree of complex connection. Association analysis has been used to identify association rules among variables. The study has revealed that most frequent services among common services of mobile services and e-learning were Games and SNS followed by Payment, Advertising, Mail, Event, Animation, Cloud, e-Book, Augmented Reality and Jobs. This study has also found that Search, News, GPS in mobile services were turned out to be very highly demanded while Simulation, Culture, Public Education were highly demanded in e-learning. In addition, It has been found that variables involving with high service convergence based on common variables of mobile and e-learning services were Games and SNS, Games and Sports, SNS and Advertising, Games and Event, SNS and e-Book, Games and Community in mobile services while Games, Animation, Counseling, e-Book, being preceding services Simulation, Speaking, Public Education, Attendance Management were turned out be highly convergent in e-learning services. Finally, this study has attempted to predict possibility of active service convergence focusing on Games, SNS, e-Book which were highly demanded common services in mobile and e-learning services. It is expected that this study can be used to suggest a strategic direction to promote mobile learning by converging mobile services and e-learning.

Characteristics and Implications of Sports Content Business of Big Tech Platform Companies : Focusing on Amazon.com (빅테크 플랫폼 기업의 스포츠콘텐츠 사업의 특징과 시사점 : 아마존을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to elucidate the characteristics of big tech platform companies' sports content business in an environment of rapid digital transformation. Specifically, this study examines the market structure of big tech platform companies with a focus on Amazon, revealing the role of sports content within this structure through an analysis of Amazon's sports marketing business and provides an outlook on the sports content business of big tech platform companies. Based on two-sided market platform business models, big tech platform companies incorporate sports content as a strategy to enhance the value of their platforms. Therefore, sports content is used as a tool to enhance the value of their platforms and to consolidate their monopoly position by maximizing profits by increasing the synergy of platform ecosystems such as infrastructure. Amazon acquires popular live sports broadcasting rights on a continental or national basis and supplies them to its platforms, which not only increases the number of new customers and purchasing effects, but also provides IT solution services to sports organizations and teams while planning and supplying various promotional contents, thus creates synergy across Amazon's platforms including its advertising business. Amazon also expands its business opportunities and increases its overall value by supplying live sports contents to Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Prime, providing technical services to various stakeholders through Amazon Web Services, and offering Amazon Marketing Cloud services for analyzing and predicting advertisers' advertising and marketing performance. This gives rise to a new paradigm in the sports marketing business in the digital era, stemming from the difference in market structure between big tech companies based on two-sided market platforms and legacy global companies based on one-sided markets. The core of this new model is a business through the development of various contents based on live sports streaming rights, and sports content marketing will become a major field of sports marketing along with traditional broadcasting rights and sponsorship. Big tech platform global companies such as Amazon, Apple, and Google have the potential to become new global sports marketing companies, and the current sports marketing and advertising companies, as well as teams and leagues, are facing both crises and opportunities.

  • Until today, the uses of digital display system mostly included demonstration, observation, and exhibition of simple images. The strengths were that the images that changes in line with the music played could be reinterpreted as a different work. Also, it could stimulate the sensibility of the users. However, the range of the uses of the system is very limited and users could easily lose their interest. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that could continuously induce and motivate user interaction. Therefore, the RSS based digital folding screen system proposed by this paper has an objective of being used as an interactive media system which overcome the limitations of former eight-sided folding screen used for simple observation purposes. It also applied the main function of RSS in which the user could collect and read newly registered messages without visiting the blogs or corresponding websites. Therefore, it is capable of sending the information needed by the user. Generally, we can observe the contents for mere observation purposes and when necessary, it could also be utilized for advertisement or exhibition purposes. It could also be used as a information transfer system in public facilities.

  • Currently, most web designers guarante high quality using bitmap graphics as fixed font size, but that has defects about file size and flexibility. Especially, to provide high quality of banner and advertise characters, after you should use a bitmap edit program, and then we should follow the method we add that program to HTML documents as bitmap data. In this study, as I show a couple of new tags in front of HTML documents, I show methods which can be presented diverse effects. When text information are stored, because we print out a screen with simple control points and outside information, it can be possible for us to express the same quality of Hangul characters like printed documents in a web browser. Regardless of the second class of platform, we can make it possible the character expression with exact character expressions and diverse effects.

  • An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

  • 본 논문은 ATM(Abstract Timed Machine)으로 명세된 실시간 시스템을 검증하기 위한 방법을 기술한다. ATM은 임무 위급 시스템인 실시간 시스템을 명세, 분석, 검증하기 위한 정형기법이다. ATM은 모드와 전이, 포트로 구성되어 있으며 모드는 머신의 압축된 상태를 표현한다. 전이는 하나의 모드에서 다른 모드로의 전환을 나타내며 조건과 이벤트로 구성되어 있다. 포트는 ATM간의 상호작용을 위한 진입을 표현한다. 다른 정형기법과 비교하여 ATM은 소프트웨어의 순환공학 과정에서 사용하기 위해 설계되었다. 역공학 측면에서 볼 때 ATM은 계산 논리뿐만 아니라 실시간 시스템의 실제 소스코드에 있는 설계나 환경정보를 표현할 수 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 ATM의 모드는 계산모드, 추상화 모드, 주제모드로 구분된다. 계산 모드는 코드 상에서의 논리와 계산을 나타내며 추상화 모드는 모드와 전이의 블록을 하나의 ATM으로써 표현한다. 대개의 경우, 이것은 코드 상에서의 블록을 ATM내 하나의 모드로 나타낼 때 사용한다. 주제 모드는 예외나 주기적 동작 등과 같은 다수의 ATM의 주제를 표현한다. 실시간 시스템을 검증하기 위해 시스템의 소스 코드는 역명세 과정을 통하여 ATM으로 표현된다. 검증은 ATM에 대한 도달성 그래프를 생성하는 것에 의해 수행된다. 도달성 그래프는 상태와 시간을 추상화되고 압축된 형태로 표현할 수 있으며 그 결과 시간 속성을 지닌 상태 공간을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한 시스템의 교착상태를 쉽게 발견할 수 있다. 본 논문은 ATM과 실행 모델, 도달성 그래프, 검증을 위한 속성 등을 기술하며 이들을 다른 정형 방법들과 예제를 통하여 비교한다.수 있다. 모피우스는 헤더나 광고와 같은 불필요한 정보들을 제거하는 별도의 단계를 거치지 않으므로 wrapper를 빠르게 생성한다. 궁극적으로 모피우스는 새로운 웹 상점을 사용자가 자유롭게 추가, 삭제할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.X>와 반응시킬 경우에는 반응식 c에 의거 진행됨을 예측할 수 있었다.의거 진행됨을 예측할 수 있었다.이 거의 산화되지 않았고, $700^{\circ}C$에서도 ZnS와 ZnO 상이 공존한 것으로 보아 SnO$_2$코팅이 ZnS의 산화를 억제하는 것으로 나타났다.pplied not only to the strike system in the RSC circle, but also to the logistics system in the SLC circle.   • Svg(Scalable Vector Graphics) is xml graphic standard recommended by E3C as a language based on xml to express two-dimension graphic. Svg can accommodate all Xml's patency and advantage of interoperability, and can used as various web applications being combined with other xml language. In addition, Svg can be applied to the fields of electronic commerce, geographical information, computer education and advertisement because it can produce high quality of dynamic from real-time data. SVG's application can be enhanced by linking with database. In this paper, we discuss how Svg can be utilized in theater reservation system, not just explaining svg's meaning or ability. Svg added graphic advantage in addition to xml's advantage. This means that svg retains not only graphic element but also xml's softness. It becomes easier to designate seats and add them. Current reservation system provided in general only information on time and price for a ticket, but the system using SVG in this paper provides additional information on position, price, cancellation and purchase availability of seat.

Exploring the Analysis of Male and Female Shopper's Visual Attention to Online Shopping Information Contents: Emphasis on Human Brand Image (온라인 쇼핑정보에 대한 남성과 여성 간 시각 주의도 탐색 연구: 휴먼 브랜드 이미지를 중심으로)

  • Shopping information contents shown on online shopping sites represent online retailer's intention to draw potential consumers' visual attention. However, unfortunately, previous studies in literature show that most of the shopping information contents are naively designed just to appeal to consumers' visual attention without systematic and logical analysis of consumers' possible different visual reactions depending on gender. To fill in the research void like this, this study proposes eye-tracking approach to investigating the research issue of how gender affects consumers' visual attention towards human brand image contents on the online shopping sites. For the sake of conducting related eye-tracking experiments, we adopted two types of products - notebook computer as a utilitarian product, and perfume as a hedonic product. Results revealed that female consumers show higher visual attention to human brand image contents than male consumers. Besides, significant gender difference exists on the human brand image contents more highly when they are attached with a hedonic product like perfume, than a utilitarian product like notebook computer. From the eye-tracking-based experiment results like this, this study suggested theoretical backgrounds about gender differences towards online shopping information contents and related human brand image contents as well.

  • Software streaming allows the execution of stream-enabled software on desktop or portable computing devices like PC, PDA, laptop, cellular phone, etc., even while the transmission/streaming from the server may still be in progress. In this paper, we present an efficient streaming system called Software On-Demand(SOD) streaming system to transmit stream-enabled applications in addition to automatic installation of program registry, environment variables, configuration files, and related components. In particular, we design and implement a SOD system in Linux to provide the user with the instant look-and-click software execution environment such that software download and installation are internally proceeded in a completely user-transparent way. Therefore, the SOD system relieves the user from the tricky, failure-prone installation business. In addition, the software developer now obtains a new, powerful means to advertise and propagate their software products since the user can use software packages via user-friendly UI window or web browser by look-and-click interactive operation. In the paper, we also make a couple of SOD streaming experiments using a spectrum of popular softwares. Based on the analysis of the experiment results, we also propose two performance improvement schemes.
