웹은 초기에 단순히 정적인 문서 형태 정보를 공유하는 기술에서, 서로 다른 서비스를 연결하는 기술과 서로 다른 원격 데이터들을 연결하는 기술로 진화하였고, 이제는 단말의 HW을 제어하고 연결하는 단계를 넘어 모든 사물을 연결하는 기술로도 발전하고 있다. 이제 웹은 단지 개별 콘텐츠와 서비스를 제공하는 기술로서가 아니라, 다양한 응용과 서비스를 연동하고 제공하기 위한 명실상부한 플랫폼이 되어가고 있다. 기술적으로도 과거 웹 기술이 단지 브라우저와 서버 기술에만 초점을 맞추었다면, 최근에는 HTML5를 중심으로 리치 웹 애플리케이션 기술, 시스템 API 기술, 서비스 플랫폼 기술, 웹 운영체제 기술들과 같은 플랫폼 지향적인 기술개발 및 제품개발이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 이처럼 빠르게 발전하고 있는 웹 플랫폼 기술과 웹 응용 기술 표준화 동향에 대해 살피고, 향후 웹 플랫폼과 웹 응용 기술이 해결해야 할 이슈들과 나아갈 방향들에 대해 고찰해보고자 하였다.

본 연구는 지식과 정보가 경쟁력이 되고 있는 현대 사회에서 고령자들이 웹을 통하여 보다 쉽게 정보를 찾을 수 있는 웹 네비게이션 디자인의 유형을 개발하고자하였다. 예비조사를 통하여 고령자를 위한 웹 네비게이션 디자인의 유형을 제안하였고 30 명의 고령자 그룹을 대상으로 정보 검색 소요 시간, 오류발생 측면, 웹 네비게이션 디자인 요소의 크기와 위치, 레이아웃에 관한 조사를 하였다. 측정된 정보 검색 소요 시간은 반복측정 이원변량분석에 의하여 분석하였고 비디오 분석과 사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 고령자에게 이상적인 웹 네비게이션 디자인은 페이지의 상단에 가로로 길게 위치한 글로벌 메뉴 아래에 세로로 서브 카테고리 메뉴가 나타나는 유형이며 롤오버 메뉴와 단계적으로 분류된 메뉴, 크게 처리된 본문과 레이블, 움직이지 않는 이미지가 고령자가 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 하였다. 이상에서 제시하는 바와 같이 사용편의성을 위한 웹 네비게이션 디자인에서는 고령자가 효율적으로 오류 없이 정보를 쉽고 편하게 찾을 수 있으며 고령자를 위한 웹 네비게이션 디자인의 개발은 고령화 사회에서 노인계층의 인터넷 사용을 활성화 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

In spite of the strong request that Internet, a new IT technique, should be extensively used in classroom settings, WBI is not still wide spread. One possible reason is that most WBIs developed so far are not qualitatively different from the traditional classroom ones and various design models for WBI are unknown. Developing a WBI program according to Goal-based Scenarios (GBS), a constructivistic instructional design model, this study offers a useful case for the design and development of WBI to educators and implementers. The program developed embodied seven important components of the GBS model. The development process also included needs assessment, task analysis, and learner and environment analysis, which are the basic components of the domain of instructional design. The GBS development case in this article will provide concrete guidelines to educational practitioners who have an intention to create a new type of WBI in schools as well as in corporate.

Various web applications are developed as the Internet is popularized in many fields. However, in most cases of web application development, systematic analysis is omitted and developers jump into the implementation. Therefore developers have difficulties with applying the development methods for a large scale project. The approach of creating an analysis models of a web application from a business model is proposed for the rapid and efficient development. The analysis process, tasks and techniques are proposed for this approach. The use case diagram and web page list are created from business modes that is depicted using the notation of UML activity diagram. The page diagram and logical / physical database models are created using the use case diagram and the web page list. These analysis models are refined during the detailed design phase. The efficiency of proposed method has been shown using a practical case study which reflects the development project of the web application for supporting the association of auto repair shops.

분산 시스템의 다양한 언어와 이기종의 플랫폼을 하나의 서비스로 묶어 비즈니스의 요구를 적절 충족시키기 위하여 XML 웹서비스가 제안되었다. 그러나 비즈니스의 요구는 만족시킬 수 있지만 개발자의 입장에서는 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), XML 웹서비스 기술, XML 등 알아야 할 기술들은 점차 증가하고 개발자의 업무는 점점 증가하고 있다. 이런 현실에서 개발자는 다양한 기술을 익히지 않아도 XML 웹서비스를 구축할 수 있고 한번 개발된 소스코드는 EJB같은 다른 분산시스템에도 적용시킬 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이는 개발자에게 개발 코드 수를 줄이고 다른 시스템으로의 전환에 최소의 비용으로 할 수 있으므로 경제적, 또는 개발 자원을 최소화할 수 있는 프레임워크이다.

최근 국내외 소프트웨어 개발 특성의 변화인 잦은 요구사항의 변경, 단축된 비즈니스 라이프사이클, 비용절감의 압력등과 맞물려 생산성을 높이기 위한 개발 접근방식이 요구되었으며, 소프트웨어의 재사용 및 높은 생산성을 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 방법이 디자인 패턴이다. 본 연구는 웹 어플리케이션 시스템 개발에 실제 적용가능한 UI디자인 패턴모델을 개발하기 위해 20개의 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 표본으로 추출하여 1000여개의 단위업무화면을 분석하였다. 개발한 어플리케이션 UI 디자인 패턴 모델을 실무 전문가(UI디자이너, 개발자)들에게 이해도, 사용적합성, 생산성측면에서 검증하여 실무에 적용가능한 모델임을 객관적으로 증명하였다.

기존의 개발 환경은 서버 기반으로 설계되어 공간적 한계성에 크게 제약을 받는다. 또한 서버 접속 프로그래밍 방식은 서버에게 모든 프로세싱을 부담시키는 형태로 설계되어 새로운 클라이언트-서버 환경에 적합하게 설계되어 있지 못하다. 이에 웹 환경을 이용하여 클라이언트-서버 환경에 적합한 개발 환경이 설계 요구되며 이러한 개발 환경의 설계는 기존 개발 환경의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 세 가지로 요약된 장점을 갖는다. 첫째는 개발자의 공간적 제약조건을 배제할 수 있다는 점과 둘째는 프로젝트의 일관성을 유지할 수 있다는 점이며, 마지막으로 서버의 프로세싱 부담을 줄일 수 있다는 점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 프로그램 개발 환경의 효율성과 가능성을 보여주기 위하여 웹 기반 클라이언트-서버 개념의 XML 개발 도구를 설계하고자 한다.

As for the software development, it is complicated, and size of software is growing larger. And contraction of a software development period is required acutely because it is short a period of software life cycle. Also, it becomes harder development and a maintenance because it is short a life cycle of developed software. According to this an effort is increased in order to reduce a development cost and time as using a component to have been implemented previously in development of software. A current component technology is developing into a very fast speed and is bringing a large change into development of a Web base system in addition to existing software development method. In this paper, we were handling a related technology for Web system development of a CBD base systematically and derived an issue to apply it to development of a Web system and presented an efficient practical use method of a component technology. First of all we looked into a component technology and a CBD methodology systematically and described a component technology in Web. Also, we proposed a method to increase development and efficiency of practical use of a Web system based on a component. The this study result can decrease a development cost of a Web system and a load of maintenance management through the re-use of a code.

XML기반 웹서비스가 도서관 및 정보센터간 통합 서비스의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 표준기술로 대두되고 있다. 본고는 웹서비스의 개념과 웹서비스 업체의 전략을 분석하고, 웹서비스 확산에 따라 도서관 및 정보센터에 미치는 영향을 검토함으로써 웹 기반 정보서비스의 확장과 개발에 영향을 미치는 웹서비스 기술의 이해를 넓히고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 소프트웨서 개발 과정에서 얻은 설계정보들을 웹 위에서 참조하고 파악할 수 있도록 구축한 환경에 대해 기술한다. 이를 위해, 개발 과정에서 얻은 설계 정보들을 웹 검색 구조에 맞도록 변화하는 과정과, 여기에서 얻어진 여러 형식의 많은 정보들을 저장하고 유지하기 위한 웹 저장소(WR: Web Repository), 그리고 WR내에 구축된 분석 정보들을 보이고, 개발자의 요구에 따라 분석 정보들을 제어하기 방안을 설명하다. 개발 환경은 Solaris 2.5에서 Tcl/Tk와 C++를 활용하여 구현하며, 클라이언트의 애플릿(applet) 개발을 위해 tclet을 활용한다.
