Thailand in 2017 the public sentiment has turned against the military government. The four pledges the military declared immediately after the 2014 coup, restoration of democracy, addressing of divisive politics, eradication of corruption, and stimulation of the economy have all failed. In the same year, however, Thai military junta began to recover it's diplomatic relationship with western countries including US and EU owing to promulgation of the new constitution endorsed by King Maha Vajiralongkorn and the lavish funeral of late King Bhumibol Adulyadej which was attended by huge number of condolence delegations from around the world including US Defense Secretary James Mattis. Since the 2014 coup, US has sanctioned the country under military junta led by General Prayuth Chan-o-cha for urging them back to the barracks. EU also joined this sanction measures. US signaled change in it's policy when General Prayuth got the chance to visit US and meet President Donal Trump in 2017. General Prayuth Chan-o-cha's military junta could start to restore it's reputation internationally. Domestically, he used absolute powers based on section 44 of the interim constitution, also guranteed in the new constitution. Oversea and national human rights groups have criticized that the interim constitution for permitting the NCPO, Thai military junta's official name, to carry out policies and actions without any effective oversight or accountability for human rights violations. On 1 December 2017, Thailand marked the one-year anniversary of King Maha Vajiralongkorn's accession to the throne as the country's new monarch, Rama X. In the first year of King Rama X's reign, arrests, prosecutions, and imprisonment under Article 112 of Thailand's Criminal Code (lese-majeste) have continued unabated in Thailand. NCPO has continued to abuse Article 112 to detain alleged violators and curb any form of discussion regarding the monarchy, particularly on social media. In this worsening human rights environment General Prayuth Chan-o-cha enforced continuously campaign like Thai-style democracy- an effort to promote largely autocratic 'Thainess' in such a way that freedom of expression is threatened. It is a resurgence of 'Sarit Model'. In the beginning of 2017 Thai military government raised the slogan of 'opportunity Thailand' in the context of 'Thailand 4.0' project which attempts to transform Thai economy based on industry-driven to innovation-driven for recovering robust growth. To consider freedom and liberty as a source of innovation, 'Thailand 4.0' led by 'Sarit Model' without democracy would be skeptical.

This study analyzed genetic variation of the Oriental fruit fly (OFF), Bactrocera dorsalis, which is designated to be a quarantine insect pest in Korea. OFF samples endemic to Taiwan were collected at three different locations (Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung) for three days from July 30 to August 1 in 2018 and assessed in their age and mitochondrial DNA sequence variations. In these places, 1,085 OFF males were collected using methyl eugenol lure while 30 males of Zeugodacus cucurbitae and one male of Bactrocera tau were collected using Cuelure. A protein diet lure attracted 6 flies including one OFF and 5 flies of Z. cucurbitae. Male heads of OFF contained pterin, which increased in contents with age from 32 to $59{\mu}g/head$. There was a local variation in pterin amounts in OFF heads, in which Kaohsiung population had lower amounts of pterin than Taipei and Taichung populations. Genetic distance among these three populations were measured by random amplified polymorphic DNA and showed that Taipei population was separated from Taichung/Kaohsiung cluster. Genetic variation was also analyzed in sequence variations in cytochrome oxidase I (CO-I) and NADH dehydrogenase I (ND-I). There was 7.8% variation in CO-I sequence (360 residues) and 6.6% variation in ND-I sequence (213 residues). These polymorphic sites are proposed to be used to develop SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) markers characteristic to Taiwan OFF populations.

Thai political regime is said to have returned to bureaucratic polity or semi-democracy. However this kind of perspective do not find the political interference of Privy Council which is a body of Monarch of Thailand. Therefore this paper tries to discover the unique traits of Thai way of constitutional monarchy which can be defined as the modern form of absolute monarchy. In short Thai way of constitutional monarchy based on network politics is contradictary to the normal constitutional monarchy whose norm is "the king reigns, but does not rule." This means Thai king is in politics not above politics in reality. Thai monarchy has interfered in diversive way in terms of mediating political conflicts and protecting the monarchy as a institution. In this process the king has been worshiped as demigod who practises the Buddhist doctrine and the centre of national integration. Even after the 6 Ocober 1976 massacre which the palace involved King Bhumibol Adulyadej's sacred position was not challenged. Rather $l{\grave{e}}se-majest{\acute{e}}$ law became more draconian for status quo. Since then $l{\grave{e}}se-majest{\acute{e}}$ was cited as one of the major rationale for the military coup. The 2006 coup which was triggered by the clash between network Monarchy and bourgeois polity based on Thakin network marked a surge of the $l{\grave{e}}se-majest{\acute{e}}$ cases. The 2014 coup had consecutively increased the number of $l{\grave{e}}se-majest{\acute{e}}$ prisoners. It can be said that the modern form of absolute monarchy in Thailand including bureaucratic polity, semi-democracy and democracy is bounded by $l{\grave{e}}se-majest{\acute{e}}$ law which network monarchy players such as military, intellectuals, Democrat Party and even some civil society groups support.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of a weekly teriparatide on the change in vertebral compression ratio, back pain, and vertebral fracture healing in osteoporosis patients with vertebral compression fractured induced by low energy trauma. Materials and Methods: From January 2016 to December 2017, 57 patients with severe osteoporotic vertebral fractures with a T score of -3.5 or less were included in this study. The changes in the vertebral compression ratio, visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI) for at least 6 months were examined. The morphology of bone marrow edema and the presence of intervertebral cleft, osteocalcin, and N-terminal telopeptide (NTx) were also investigated. Results: The mean compression ratio was 20% in the experimental group (teripratide group) at 3 months, and 38% in the control group. A significant difference in the compression ratio of the vertebral body over time was observed (p<0.05; t-test). A comparison of the compression ratio of the vertebral body with the follow-up duration in each group showed no significant increase in the, compression (p=0.063) in the experimental group and a significant increase in the control group (p<0.05). The mean time to reach the plateau of the compression rate was one month in the experimental group and three months in the control group. The VAS score in the experimental and control group was 0.39 and 1.07 points, respectively. The ODI score in the experimental and control group was 33.72 and 39.52, respectively. At the last follow-up radiographs, there were no cases with an intervertebral cleft (0%) in the experimental group and 1 case (2.2%) in the control group. A significant difference in the osteocalcin level was observed between the injury and 6 months after the injury (p=0.003). In addition, there was no significant difference in the NTx level between the injury and 6 months after injury (p=0.960). Conclusion: In vertebral compression fractures patients with severe osteoporosis, a weekly teriparatide can promote the union of fractures, prevent further collapse of the vertebral body, and reduce the back pain faster.

The structural methods used to protect coastal erosion are usually very expensive in construction as well as in spending on maintaining the structures from damage. Those structures like embankments, breakwaters, jetties etc. are commonly constructed with concretes (rigid methods) to protect coastal erosion. But those rigid methods are not effective always, because the wave energy and impact force on the structures could not be effectively reduced by those methods. For avoiding sediment erosion on coastal areas by the way of reducing wave energy, a flexible breakwater is introduced which will reduce energy and protect coastline economically and environmentally. The flexible device is a combination of flexible wire nets and stack of rings made of used vehicle tires and soft blades on surfaces. This flexible wire net is placed in between two stacks of rings. The stack of rings is mainly used to hold the flexible wire nets and the flexible wire net is mainly used to reduce wave energy and helps to deposit sediments in coastal area. For a field experiment study, the above-mentioned flexible breakwater of coastal protection has been set up at the Shuang-Chun coastal area in Tainan County since June 10, 2009. The length of the flexible device is 50.0 meters and the height is 2.0 meters. The function of the device has been examined by Typhoon Linfa during June 19~22, 2009 and by Typhoon Morakot during August 6~10, 2009. The result shows that the flexible breakwater has effectively trapped sediments and let them deposit on coastal. The depth of sediment deposition around the device was about 0.5 to 0.8 meters.

This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis designed to investigate the effects of physical activity programs on sleep among community-dwelling elders in Korea. Based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) guidelines, research articles published until November 20, 2016 were systematically analyzed and a total of seven papers were finally selected. Meta-analysis of the studies was conducted using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0. The results showed that the total effect of the physical activity program for elderly people, such as healing yoga, aerobic dance, aquarobics, Korean dance, BeHas exercise, exercise programs and Tai Chi exercise on sleep was Hedges' g=0.577 (95% CI: 0.337-0.817) The BeHas exercise program had the largest effect size on elderly's sleep, with a Hedges' g=0.758 (95% CI: 0.248-1.267). This was followed by the Tai Chi exercise program (Hedges' g=0.697; 95% CI: 0.071-1.324) and the exercise program (Hedges' g=0.650; 95% CI: 0.141-1.159). Therefore, when applying nursing interventions to improve quality of sleep of elderly people living in the community, it would be helpful to apply the BeHas exercise and the Tai Chi exercise, which have a positive effect on sleep of the elderly.

DNA copy number 측정을 위한 Array CGH 분석을 위해서는 자체적으로 제작공구하고 있는 human cDNA 마이크로어레이 (17K/25K) 그기고 rat (5.0K) 마이크로어레이를 이용한 분석서비스 및 whole genome 기반의 Agilent 올리고뉴클레오타이드 CGH 어레이 (44K, 35Kb resolution)를 이용한 분석서비스를 제공하고 있다. Epigenetic study를 하는 연구자들을 위한 메틸레이션 마이크로어레이 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기존분석법인 Bisulfite 처리기반의 분석이 아닌 enzyme digestion후 PCR 증폭방법을 이용한 분석방법을 이용함으로써, bisulfite 처리에 의한 DNA 손실문제를 최소화 하였다. 현재 50개의 문헌을 통해 잘 보고된 메틸레이션 유전자들에 대한 분석서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 지속적으로 표적컨텐츠의 숫자를 증가시킬 예정이다. 최근 많은 연구자들의 관심을 끌고 있는 micro RNA 검출을 위한 DNA 마이크로어레이 서비스를 제공할 예정이다 (2006년 3월 출시). 현재 까지 알려진 약 320개의 모든 miRNA를 탑재하고 있는 소형 DNA 마이크로어레이를 이용한 분석서비스로서 1장의 마이크로어레이 실험을 통하여 알려진 모든 miRNA의 비교분석이 가능하다. 마이크로어레이 실험 뿐만 아니라 data 분석을 위한 software도 상당히 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다 이를 위하여 (주)지노믹트리는 Agilent에서 개발한 GeneSpring GX (유전자 발현 분석), Signet (마이크로어레이 database) 및 GeneSpring GT (SNP 분석)를 공급하고 있다. 통계적인 기반 지식의 없은 일반 user들을 위한 간편하면서도 종합적인 기능을 포함하고 있는 우수한 프로그램으로 이미 국제적으로 많은 인정을 받고 있다. 곤달비(Ligularia stenocephala)는 쌍떡잎식물, 국화과의 다년생 초본식물로서 한국·일본·타이완·중국 등에 분포하고, 우리나라는 전남 홍도가 특산 자생지이며 주로 강원도, 경북 경주, 전북 남원 등지에서 재배되고 있다. 곤달비는 어린 부분을 생채, 데친 나물, 국거리, 튀김, 묵나물로 식용한다. 특수 성분으로는 Isopropenyl, dimethoxybenzofuran, Liguhodgsonal, Ligujapon, Ligularinone A, Ligularinone B 등이며 신경을 안정시키는 진정작용, 진통억제, 정기를 보익하고 허약함을 보하는 기능이 있고, 한방에서는 뿌리가 신경통, 유종(乳腫) 등에 쓰인다. 곤달비는 주로 시설하우스나 노동력이 많이 드는 임간에서 재배되어 생산 단가가 높아 소비활성화를 위한 가공제품을 생산하기가 힘들며, 육묘 또한 시설하우스에서 주로 이뤄지고 있다. 본 연구는 곤달비 노지육묘 파종시기별 생육특성을 구명하여 노지재배 생력화 재배기술을 확립하고자 2019년 4월부터 2020년 11월까지 전라북도농업기술원 허브산채시험장(해발 500m)에서 수행하였다. 춘파는 2019년 4월 상순, 5월 상순, 6월 상순에 각각 파종하였고 추파는 2019년 9월 상순, 중순, 하순에 파종하였다. 본포 정식은 춘파는 2019년 6월 말에, 추파는 2020년 4월 말에 식재하였으며, 파종시기별 발아율, 활착률, 생육특성, 수량성 등을 조사한 결과 파종시기별 발아율은 춘파가 35.0%로 추파 30.7%보다 높았으며, 발아 소요일수는 추파 육묘에서 8.3일로 춘파 육묘 9.3일보다 빨랐다. 파종시기별 정식시 묘소질은 춘파가 추파보다 좋은 생육상태를 보였고, 정식 후 육묘 활착률은 추파가 99.3%로 춘파 94%보다 높았고, 생존율 또한 추파 육묘에서 99.3%로 춘파 육묘 96.3%보다 높았다. 파종시기별 생육특성은 처리간 유의한 차이는 없지만 춘파에서 좀 더 좋은 생육을 보였으며, 수확량은 춘파 처리구에서 798.6kg/10a로 추파 처리 621.4kg/10a보다 높았다.

The advertisement is an informative product in which a company or an organization has made a substantial capital investment in order to achieve their goals based on their carefully thought-out plans. David Ogilvy maintaned that making a headline of an advertisement is worth 80 percent completion of the advertisement. As he insisted, a headline is also the most important element in the printing advertisement. Therefore, the importance of selecting headline's font style is increased because, while creating a headline, it is necessary to consider the emotional aspects of the advertising object that attract the attention of people. Many researchers call 'typography' as 'frozen sound' or 'written sound' because typography not only works as a letter but also provide people with an emotional pleasure. An appropriate selection of headline's font style in the advertisement production makes both the client and the audience for the advertisement satisfied because it reduces the communication risk and makes design results more reasonable. It is difficult to find many decision-making methods for selecting headline's font style. Therefore, the author of this paper investigated the trend of the use of headline's font style in order to help the designer understand headline's font style as one of design factors. As a result of the research, it is possible to conclude that, while selecting the headline's font style, the attributes of a font consist of limited style, and more objective and systematic font selection methods are necessary.
