The inhibitory effects of methanol, ethanol, chloroform/ methanol and water extracts from natural and cultural yams on the mutagenicity in the cooked pork (broiled and panfried) and the chemically induced mutagen, sodium azide, benzo(a)pyrene and 2-aminofluorene were investigated using salmolla typhimurium TA 100. In the presence of the S9 mixture, ethanol extract from natural yam showed high inhibitory effect on the mutagenicity of the cooked pork. But benzo(a)pyrene, supposed to be produced in mutagen during cooking, did not show high inhibitory effect in same extract. Besids, the yam extract on the mutagenicity of the sodium azide without S9 mixture showed low inhibitory effect. However 2-aminoflourene with S9 mixture showed high inhibitory effect, 91.5％.

본 논문의 목적은 기계 학습 방법을 이용하여 정보 추출 규칙의 패턴을 학습할 수 있는 인터페이스 에이전트의 개발에 있다. 인터페이스 에이전트는 사용자와 상호작용이 가능한 지능형 에이전트이다. 사용자는 인터페이스 에이전트와 상호작용을 하게 되며 에이전트는 이 상호 작용에서 사용자가 원하는 정보 추출 규칙을 학습하게 된다. 사용자는 웹 문서에서 원하는 정보의 위치를 지정하여 데이터를 인터페이스 에이전트에게 학습시킨다. 인터페이스 에이전트는 학습된 추출 규칙으로부터 사용자가 원하는 정보를 추출한다.

In this study, we presented a reference-shot subset method for stable convergence of full waveform inversion using a cyclic-shot subsampling technique. Full waveform inversion needs repetitive modeling of wave propagation and thus its calculation time increases as the number of sources increases. In order to reduce the computation time, we can use a cyclic-shot subsampling method; however, it makes the cost function oscillate in the early stage of the inversion and causes a problem in applying the convergence criteria. We introduced a method in which the cost function is calculated using a fixed reference-shot subset while updating the model parameters using the cyclic-shot subsampling method. Through the examples of full waveform inversion using the Marmousi velocity model, we confirmed that the convergence of cost function becomes stable even under the cyclic-shot subsampling method if using a reference-shot subset.

Snow fungus (Tremella fuciformis) with functional contents has satisfactory effects on various diseases, including atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, healthy skin, cancer, diabetes, and anti-inflammation. In this study, the extraction yield and functional contents (ergothioneine and 𝛽-glucan) of white jelly fungus were compared based on the extraction conditions using response surface methodology. Results revealed the extraction conditions for optimization of the dependent variables to be 60℃ and 4.33 h, when 16.6 mg/mL of sample concentration was used. Under these conditions, the extraction yield was 24.9%, including ergothioneine (66.8 ㎍/g) and 𝛽-glucan (34.9 g/100 g). These results can be useful in understanding the functional ingredients and mass extraction process in mushroom.

인터넷이 보급되면서 사용자는 자신이 원하는 정보를 인터넷으로 접근하였으며, 정보에 대한 수요는 늘어나 검색이나 포털을 통한 정보의 접근이 이루어지고 있다. 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 통합하더라도 사용자들은 자신이 원하는 정보를 얻기 위해 불필요한 정보에 노출된다 최근에 사용자가 필요한 웹 정보를 추출하는 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 이러한 연구는 추출 단위가 HTML 문서 수준이거나 일반적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 원하는 임의의 웹 정보를 항목 단위의 수준에서 추출할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스 기반 범용 웹 정보 추출기를 UML에 기반하여 설계하고 구현한다. 또한, 구현된 시스템에 대한 실행 예를 보인다.

본 논문에서는 전력품질 향상용 전력전자기기의 제어에 중요한 정보인 전원의 위상각을 검출하는 기존의 방법들에 대해서 먼저 알아보고, 그 중 불평형한 전원단 전압조건에서도 정확한 위상각을 검출할 수 있는 전차원 상태관측기를 이용한 정상분 전압 추출 PLL(Phase Locked Loop) 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 PLL 방법은 기존의 전역 통과 필터(APF, All Pass Filter)를 이용한 정상분 전압추출기 대신 전차원 상태관측기를 사용함으로써 불평형사고 발생 시 과도상태 응답특성을 개선하였다. 기존의 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법과 본 논문에서 제안된 PLL 방법의 성능을 비교하기 위해, 전원단 전압에 불평형 사고 발생시 위상각을 검출하는 모의실험과 실험을 하였고, 이를 통해 기존의 전역 통과 필터를 이용한 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법보다 제안된 전차원 상태관측기를 이용한 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법의 과도상태 응답특성이 개선됨을 입증하였다.

본 논문은 두 대의 카메라로 제안하는 물체의 색상, 움직임, 형태상의 특성을 이용하여 3차원 공간상의 움직임을 실시간으로 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 물체는 구조상 물체 자체가 캘리브레이션 물체의 역할을 포함하여 캘리브레이션이 되지 않은 상황에서도 정확하게 물체의 3차원 정보를 추출할 수 있으므로 3차원 입력 디바이스로 이용할 수 있다. 3차원 움직임을 추출하기 위해 먼저 3차원 공간상의 물체와 좌우 영상의 상관관계를 구하고 좌우 즉 영상에서 원이 위치할 탐색영역은 MAWUPC 알고리즘을 이용하여 예측한다. 탐색영역 안에서 PCA를 사용하여 원의 정확한 위치를 찾으며 좌우 영상에서 얻은 원의 위치와 스테레오 카메라의 기하학적 구조를 종합하여 3차원 움직임을 추출한다. 추출한 3차원 움직임은 가상환경에서 가상 물체의 움직임을 제어하는데 응용할 수 있다.

캐릭터의 자동 생성이란 영상처리 기법을 이용하여 사람의 얼굴에서 특징을 추출하고, 이 특징들을 기반으로 독특한 캐릭터를 자동으로 얻어내는 방법을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 사람마다의 얼굴의 특성에 기반한 캐릭터를 자동으로 생성하기 위하여 얼굴의 각 구성요소들의 특징을 효과적으로 추출하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 얼굴을 구성하는 각각의 요소들의 특징을 추출하고, 추출된 특징을 바탕으로 각 구성요소에 해당하는 데이터베이스를 검색하여 특징을 잘 표현할 수 있는 그림을 선택한다. 최종적으로 선택된 그림들은 원 이미지의 비율에 맞도록 재구성하여 얼굴 캐릭터를 생성한다.

본 논문은 기존의 오디오 워터마킹 추출과정을 수정함으로써 원 신호의 영향을 크게 줄이고 추출과정에서 효율성을 높이는 방법을 제안한다. 즉, 추출과정에서 전 처리 과정으로 원 신호와 유사한 신호를 제거하기 위해 간단한 저주파 필터의 사용과, 워터마크의 반복삽입을 통해 추출의 효율성을 향상시킨다. 몇가지 실제 오디오 데이터를 이용하여 실험한 결과, 약 79%의 워터마크 검출율 개선을 얻었다.

Antimutagenic effects of extracts from curry powder and its individual fourteen kinds of spices, were investigated by Ames test. The antimutagenic effects against a direct mutagen, 2-nitrofluorene(2 -NF) and two indirect mutagens, 2-anthramine(2-AT) and 2-acetamidofluorene (2-AE) in the S. typhimurium TA98 were tested. For the 2-NF, the antimutagenicity of cinnamon, fenugreek, fennel, ginger, clove, turmeric and celery seed were determined as 42, 38, 32, 28, 24, 23 and 20%, respectively. The antimutagenicity of clove against the 2-AT was the highest (116%), and followed by the order of celery seed(103%), cardamon(100%), red pepper(99%), cinnamon(92%), cumin(83%), ginger(82%), fennel(82%), coriander (71%), nutmeg(68%) and turmeric (55%). The results also showed that the antimutagenic effect of clove against the 2-AF was superior to other spices. In case of curry powder among more than 10 kinds of spices, the antimutagenenicity against the 2-AT and 2-AF showed 23% and 6%, respectively, but no effect was observed against the 2-NF.
