This study examined the concept and essence of archetype theories of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Rudolf Steiner and Carl Gustav Jung, which theatrically influenced Michael Chekhov. It analyzed how archetype theories were applied in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture and tried to fundamentally understand Chekhov's Psychological Gesture that embraced archetype theories. The concept of archetype repeatedly appears in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture. Chekhov stated that archetype exists in the inner psychology or instinct of the actors and he defined the Psychological Gesture as an archetypal gesture. While exploring references regarding archetype in Chekhov's Psychological Gesture, this study found that it is closely related to archetype theories. Therefore this study thoroughly analyzed Goethe's archetype theory(archetypal plant), Steiner's archetype theory(4 temperament archetypes, 7 human's soul archetypes), Jung's archetype theory(collective unconscious and 4 archetypes, 12 personality archetypes) and it confirmed that archetype theories had a significant influence on Chekhov's Archetype Theory and Psychological Gesture. Goethe and Steiner's archetype theories, Eurythmy are applied to theater education and actor's acting. Likewise, Jung's archetype theory is also adopted theatrical studies and theatrical psychotherapy. The author believes that Chekhov's Archetype Theory and Psychological Gesture influenced by archetype theories will significantly help an actor analyze characters in the play and portray them in creative acting.

본 연구는 중년여성의 상반신을 대상으로 기존원형에 대한 평가를 실시한 후 이를 기본으로 제도법을 수정·보완하여 중년여성 체형에 맞는 상반신 토루소 연구원형을 제작하기 위한 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구 대상은 35세에서 59세의 중년여성으로 하였으며, 45세를 전후로 체형이 변한다는 선행 연구를 토대로 중년 전기(35세∼45세), 중년 후기(46세∼59세)로 나눠 연구하였다. 연구원형 제작을 위해서 97년 국민체위조사보고 자료에 나온 35세∼59세에 해당하는 신체치수를 사용하여 대학에서 교재로 사용되고 있는 4가지 원형을 설계하고 이를 CADsystem을 이용하여 각 Pattern간의 차이를 정확하게 비교하고, 4가지 원형의 실험복을 제작하여 착의 실험을 통해 객관적 평가 11항목, 주관적 평가 23항목에 대해 설문 조사를 하여 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 기초로 연구원형을 제작하였고 제작 후 연구원형의 신체 적합성을 알아보기 위해 기존원형과 마찬가지로 착의 실험을 하여 평가하였다. 실험 결과 기존원형들이 착용시 진동부분과 뒤중심부분의 당김으로 인해 착용자가 불편함을 느끼는 것으로 나타났고 외관상으로는 가슴둘레와 엉덩이둘레 부분에 여유분량이 중년여성 체형에 비해 상대적으로 적었으며 가슴선, 허리선, 엉덩이선의 위치 역시 중년여성의 체형과는 맞지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대체로 중년 전기에 비해 중년 후기에서 수정 보완이 더 요구되었는데 특히 나이가 들수록 등이 뒤로 젖혀지는 현상으로 인해 측면에서 봤을 때 허리가 들어가는 현상이 두드러져 뒤 허리부분의 수정이 요구되었다. 이에 연구원형에서는 기존원형에서 나타났던 가슴선, 허리선, 엉덩이선의 위치 조절을 위해 앞목기준선을 위로 2cm 올려 주었고 가슴둘레와 엉덩이둘레 부분에 여유분을 각각 2cm더 주어 제작하였으며 중년 후기에서 두드러지게 나타났던 뒤허리부분의 문제점을 허리중심선 설정시 1∼2cm안쪽으로 설정하여 체형변화를 반영하였다. 이에 따른 연구원형에 대한 주관적·객관적 착의 평가 결과는 착용시 기존원형에서 나타났던 진동부분과 뒤중심부분의 당김이 없어지고 외관상 가슴선, 허리선, 엉덩이선이 기존원형보다 개선된 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적인 외관에서도 전·후기 모두 기존원형 보다 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.

인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)의 뇌두 캘러스로부터 분리한 원형질체와 배양된 원형질체의 미세구조 변화와 원형질막 표면을 투과 및 주사전자현미경으로 조사하였다. 분리 직후의 원형질체에서는 캘러스세포에서보다 작은 액포들이 많이 형성되어 있었다. 또한 활면소포체의 수가 증가하였으며 이들은 원형질막과 평행으로 배열하였다. 활면소포체는 가끔 세포질을 둘러싸서 세포질분리체(cytosegresome)를 형성하였고, 이 구조는 세포질을 분해시킨 후 액포로 변화하기도 하였다. 배양된 원형질체에서는 분리 직후의 원형질체와 비교하여 조면소포체, 딕티오좀, 리보좀, 미토콘드리아, proplastid 및 액포 등의 수가 현저하게 증가하였다. 딕티오좀으로부터 많은 소낭들이 형성되었고 이들은 세포질 전반에 걸쳐 존재하였다. 때로는 소낭들이 원형질막 바깥으로 돌출되어 돌기를 형성하기도 하였다. 배양된 원형질체의 표면에는 섬유소로 구성되어 있을 것으로 추정되는 섬유상 구조들이 형성되어 있었다.

This studied conceptional definition of digital contents and necessity of cultural contents by digital technology in progress. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our culture, refered from cultural archetype and digital content technology was offered by the study. Through abstraction of cultural archetype contents factor, this study deduced development model of digital contents extracted by value chain of cultural archetype contents.

Overall procedure of cell fusion between Brevibacterium flavum and Corynebacterium glutamicum was morphologically observed by transmission electron microscopy. Protoplasts formed by treatment of cells with penicillin G and lysozyme in order were released through the pores generated on a certain region of cell walls to be spherical form. When two different protoplasts were met, cell wall and membrane in the contact zone was disappeared and followed by the mutual exchange of cytoplasmic and/or chromosomal materials. Cell xall regeneration speed of the protoplasts fused was slower than that of the non-fused, whereas the size of the former was confirmed as bigger than that of the latter.

In this research, we design a microstrip patch antenna with circularly polarized form. First, we study patch form of circularly polarized antenna caused by 90-degree phase difference, and simulate using Ensemble 5.0 to make the left-hand and right-hand circularly polarized antenna. We made circularly polarized antenna using microstrip substrate based on result of the simulation, and analyzed manufactured circularly polarized antenna using Network Analysis.

In this paper, firstly, I take the concept of korean traditional cultural archetype and cultural content, and discuss about methodology that the cultural archetype can be cultural content. As the methodology of making cultural content of cultural archetype, analyzing media art which used material of the painting and korea traditional dance in the Chosun Dynasty, the photograph in the era from the end of the Chosun Dynasty to modern age, and a folk play, etc. And then I would like to suggest that the method of making cultural content of the cultural archetype using new media.

This Paper studied out prototype and the structure of Cultural Archetype Contents on Social Network Game. Interaction with the platform have the information that aims to develop relationships with SNG. The paradigm is changing the Cultural Archetype Contents. Today Cultural Archetype Contents is a major topic in Game Contents and this issue has influenced the game design and Story Telling. And I hope that they will be fine an alternative strategy of Cultural Archetype Contents and SNG.

교량의 케이블이나 송전선같은 원형 구조물들은 유동의 불안정성에 의해 물체 후방에 Vortex가 발생한다. 이렇게 발생한 Vortex는 구조물에 진동과 소음을 발생시키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 원형 구조물들의 배열에 따른 해석을 진행하였다. 같은 크기의 두 원형 실린더를 주 유동 방향으로 정렬시킨 배열을 EDISON 전산열유체 시스템을 이용하여 해석하였다. 두 원형 실린더의 중심의 거리를 1.5 D부터 5 D까지 변화시켜가며 거리에 따른 각 실린더의 Drag coefficient에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였다. 두 원형 실린더 사이의 거리가 감소할수록 후류 쪽에 위치한 실린더의 Drag coefficient의 값이 감소하는 양상을 보였다.

본 연구에서는 원형실린더의 강제 수평 및 수직진동에 따른 와흘림을 관찰하였다. EDISON_CFD의 가상경계법을 이용하여 원형실린더 주위 유동현상을 수치 모사하였다. 원형실린더의 강제 진동 특성에 따른 와흘림 진동수, 공력계수 등의 영향을 분석하였다. 특히, 진동방향에 따른 와흘림의 영향을 분석하여, 원형실린더의 강제 진동에 따른 유동의 선형성을 평가하였다.
