  • In this paper, we research a virtual card generation system to secure e-commerce. Network security has increased the need to meet rapidly growing trend. And the amount and quality of e-commerce expansion due to the need for secure commerce transactions has increased even more. Instead of exposing the actual credit card number, we expose a virtual card number on the network. It can prevent the risk of hacking. We proved that through various experiments.

  • The enamel coated panels could be used to construct huge size tank in order to improve the fermentation effects of liquid wastes(food and night soil of cow and pig) and to minimize the construction fee. In order to joint the panels, water proofed volts, nuts and silicon adhesive were used. We applied these enamel coated panels to construct the slurry store tank.

컴퓨터 통합생산자동화(CIM)기술의 산업적 의미와 연구개발 사례

  • CIM기술은 기업체 지원형 및 국산화형 생산기술과 더불어 필수적이고 상호 보완적인 산업기술이 고 또한 첨단제품기술 및 원천과학기술과의 연계가 가능한 접속(interface) 기술이다. 동시에 이의 연구개발은 다분야 공동참여적인 (multi-disciplinary) 기술적 배경을 필요로 하며 산업계 연구 수 행과 종속적이고도 이원적인 연구 체제가 필요하다. CIM기술개발의 예로서 제품 설계에서부터 설계의 해석 및 평가, 금형 설계, 공장 설계, 가공, 사상 및 측정. 검사까지의 과정과 생산통제를 포함하는 제반 생산 행위를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 생산 정보를 통합 제어함으로써 합리적인 금형 생산을 위한 사출 금형의 모델 플랜트를 소개하였다. 이 모델 플랜트는 설계, 공정 설계/NC, 연마, 측정. 검사, 시스템 통제의 5개 스테이션으로 구성되며, 각 스테이션에서의 중단위 통합 모델이 테스트되었다. 향후, 스테이션 간의 정보 흐름이 완전히 통합되면 금형업체는 물론 많은 제조업체에서의 광범위한 CIM기술 활용이 기대된다.

  • 미상무성이 2021년에 발표한 미국의 전체 무역량 중 한국의 비중은 3.4%로 미국의 수입국중 7위를 기록하고 있다. 그중 전자부품이 차지하는 비율은 26.7%로 미국 내에서도 주요 수입품목으로 분류된다. KOTRA는 미국의 디지털화에 따른 5G, 6G, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공지능(AI) 등의 산업 시장 확대와 더불어 소재부품의 수요도 증가할 것으로 전망하고 있다[1]. 한국의 부품산업이 미국 시장에 보다 효과적으로 진출하기 위한 전략 수립을 위해 마이클 포터의 5 Forces Model을 미국의 산업 환경에 적용하였다. 한국의 부품기업들이 미국시장진출을위해서는 국가 내부적으로는 원천 기술력을 최대한 확보하고, 원자재 공급망을 안정화시켜 외부의 위협을 견제함과 동시에, 미국 시장에서는 한국 전자부품의 차별성을 인증받아 소비재 개발의 초기단계에 파트너사로 진입 산업 내 경쟁우위를 선점하는 것이 중요하다.

  • Video surveillance industry as a high-tech industry has traits that a pace of source technology development is slow while a pace of application technology development is fast. Unlike domestic companies have shown technological excellence in the field of video surveillance hardware, global leading companies are leading technologies in the field of intelligence video surveillance which would lead the future of the industry. Therefore, technology selection of the domestic companies determines the viability of the company with respect to the terms of market competitiveness reinforcement. In order to achieving this, find out the technology areas where the global leading companies are focused on analysis of global patents. After global patents analysis, identify the status of domestic technologies and analyze the difference between the global leading companies and the domestic companies. Decompose the technologies by element technology-application matrix which is obtained through a panel discussion of domestic SMEs' CTO, CEO, or other experts, they derive the necessary R&D opportunity technologies to ensure the future competitiveness of the company.

The Distribution and Standing Crop of Phytoplankton at Five Freshwater Lakes in Suwon-si and Pyongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (경기도 수원시와 평택시의 5개 담수호소의 식물플랑크톤 분포 및 현존량)

  • The distribution and standing crop of the phytoplankton were investigated at five freshwater lakes Suwon-si and Pyongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do from Mar. to Nov., 2003. In this investigation, 199 taxa in total were found and classified as 5 phylums 5 classes 16 orders 26 families 72 genera 167 species 1 subspecies 28 varieties and 3 forms by Engler's classification system. The indicator species of clean water was Cladophora glomerata, which was appeared in Gwanggyo reservoir on September, 2003. Twenty taxa including Oscillatoria chlorina were identified as the indicators of water pollution, and three taxa of cyanophyte were toxic algae. In terms of Yang and Dickman's standard of chlorophyll-a content in eutrophication of water, four lakes including Seo lake were found to be in the hypereutrophic state, and Gwanggyo reservoir was in eutrophic state except in winter.

  • With increasing interest in the 4th industrial revolution, data-driven scientific methodologies have developed. However, there are limitations of data collection in the real estate field of research. In addition, as the public becomes more knowledgeable about the real estate market, the qualitative sentiment comes to play a bigger role in the real estate market. Therefore, we propose a method to collect quantitative data that reflects sentiment using text mining and k-means algorithms, rather than the existing source data, and to predict the direction of housing index through artificial neural network learning based on the collected data. Data from 2012 to 2019 is set as the training period and 2020 as the prediction period. It is expected that this study will contribute to the utilization of scientific methods such as artificial neural networks rather than the use of the classical methodology for real estate market participants in their decision making process.

FEM-based Seismic Reliability Analysis of Real Structural Systems (실제 구조계의 유한요소법에 기초한 지진 신뢰성해석)

  • A sophisticated reliability analysis method is proposed to evaluate the reliability of real nonlinear complicated dynamic structural systems excited by short duration dynamic loadings like earthquake motions by intelligently integrating the response surface method, the finite element method, the first-order reliability method, and the iterative linear interpolation scheme. The method explicitly considers all major sources of nonlinearity and uncertainty in the load and resistance-related random variables. The unique feature of the technique is that the seismic loading is applied in the time domain, providing an alternative to the classical random vibration approach. The four-parameter Richard model is used to represent the flexibility of connections of real steel frames. Uncertainties in the Richard parameters are also incorporated in the algorithm. The laterally flexible steel frame is then reinforced with reinforced concrete shear walls. The stiffness degradation of shear walls after cracking is also considered. The applicability of the method to estimate the reliability of real structures is demonstrated by considering three examples; a laterally flexible steel frame with fully restrained connections, the same steel frame with partially restrained connections with different rigidities, and a steel frame reinforced with concrete shear walls.

The Gucheon Sangje Faith and Its Relation to Jeongeup County, the Birthplace of Kang Jeungsan (강증산의 강세지(降世地)인 정읍시(井邑市)에 나타난 구천상제(九天上帝) 신앙과 그 양상 - 전북 정읍시 망제봉·객망리·시루산의 암시 및 정읍 관련 천지공사와 관련하여 -)

  • This article was conducted with the purpose of finding the religious meaning of Jeongeup (井邑) by paying attention to two areas of inquiry. The first examines religious interpretations of the place names of peaks, mountains, and villages that have already existed have existed since ancient times. The second area of inquiry looks into religious narratives about Jeongeup that appear in scriptural records of the Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth (1901~1909) as performed by Kang Jeungsan. Looking at these to areas of inquiry together, the place names and topography inherent in Jeongeup and Kang Jeungsan's various Jeongeup-related Reordering Works, can be summarized as embodying characteristics of 'beginning (始)' and 'origin (本)' which can be further likened to the meaning of 'water (水)' in a 'well (井).' First, Jeongeup equates to the heavenly origin of the Gucheon Sangje (Supreme God of the Ninth Heaven) faith in Jeungsan Thought. Mangje (Emperor-awaiting) Peak is a peak that represent the wish for the Lord's descent to earth. Seonmang (Immortal-awaiting) Village is a village that was waiting for an immortal. Jeung (Steamer-on-Cauldron) Mountain (Jeungsan 甑山) is a mountain on the earth and also the honorific name later taken by Kang Il-Sun. In relation to Jeungsan, it is interpreted that Jeungsan was born and incarnated in the village as a human in response to a plea from all divine sages, buddhas, and bodhisattvas, who had existed since the dawn of time and came to wish for salvation of humankind. This is because both Mangje Peak and Seonmang Village are connected to the meaning of 'mang (望 to await).' Second, the Reordering Works of Jeungsan which related to Jeongeup show that Jeongeup has carries the meaning of 'beginning (始源)' and 'origin (本源).' The character, Jeong (井), in Jeongeup is seen as a place that contains water energy, and symbols and allusions referring to this can be found in various Reordering Works. As a symbol or allusion, the well can be seen as a new start, the lives of all people of the world, the purification of the world, and returning to the original root everything. These symbolic images can be found in the life of Kang Jeungsan from his incarnation to his passing into Heaven. This is because Jeong can allude to the origin by the Ninth Heaven, the beginning of the Later World's paradisiacal land of immortals, and the end of the Former World (Seoncheon 先天).

  • In steel bridges, there are several details that constrain the deformation such as buckling by external forces. Most of these details which are composed of the intersection members have scallops in order to exclude the weld defects inherently and to get the ease of fabrication and also to decrease the stress concentration. In this study, stress relief hole (SRH) near stress concentration zone with detail category D or under is proposed as a method to improve the resistance on the fatigue crack initiation to detail category C. And the effects of the appropriate size and location of SRH were examined and the applicability to improve the fatigue resistance of the floorbeam web and the rib wall at rib/floorbeam intersection in the orthotropic steel deck bridge was evaluated.
