캐나다가 미국산 활엽수재의 가장 큰 수입국이며 수입된 일부 제재목과 수입원목으로 제조된 단판중 일부는 유럽으로 재 수출되고 있다. 수입 물량적인면에서 캐나다는 다른 국가와의 격차는 좁혀지더라도 미국산 활엽수재의 제1위 수입국의 위치를 당분간 유지할 것이다. 유럽에서의 제재목 수요가 1973년부터 1983년간의 10년간에는 급진적으로 증가 되었지만 1984년에 는 갑자기 감소되었다. 이와같은 현상은 과거 유럽 전통가구에 소재(素材)를 많이 사용했지만 현재는 소재(素材)를 적게 사용하고 단판이나 인쇄한 종이를 붙인 파아티클 보오드(PB)를 더욱 많이 사용하고 있기 때문이다. 현재 유럽지역에서는 가구의 크기를 줄이거나 가구에 사용되는 원자재의 비용을 줄임으로 제품의 가격을 싸게하여 소비자에게 보다 경쟁력있는 가격으로 제품을 공급할려고 하고 있으며 활엽수재의 가격이 너무 비싸 가구제조업체들은 소재(素材)를 다른 것으로 대체하고 보다 값싼 수종을 모든 지역에서 찾고 있는 중이다. 태평양 연안국가에서의 미국산 활엽수재의 수입 물량은 계속 증가되어 미국산 활엽수 총 수출 물량의 약 23% 정도 된다. 자유중국과 일본에서 미국산 활엽수재를 가장 많이 수입하고 있다. 자유중국은 주로 수출용 가구부품및 가구에 사용되는 red oak와 white oak 가 주 수종이고 가구는 미국으로 재 수출하고 있다. 일본은 주로 black cherry, yellow poplar와 cotton wood를 수입하는데 수입량의 약 67%는 대패질한 건조 가공품이다. 자유중국에서와는 달리 일본에서의 미국산 활엽수의 용도는 일본산 활엽수의 대체수종으로 허용되고 있다. 앞으로 일본에서의 미국산 활엽수재의 수요는 일본 국내시장의 요인에 의해 좌우될 것인데 한정된 물량의 일본산 활엽수재와 온대 활엽수재의 요구에 영향을 받을 것이다.

The exchange rate change has been increased since the time when the floating exchange rate system was introduced in Korea. As a result, the increase of the exchange rate changes raised the risk in international trades in Korea. Also after Bretton Woods System broke down, the increasing exchange rate fluctuation raised the risk in international trade. The purpose of this dissertation is to study whether this incomplete pass-through exists in Korean export industry and furthermore to measure the markup rate of the export price using real data since Global Financial Crisis. The estimation results of the export price determination model by Error Correction Model shows that the export price of Korea has been greatly influenced by the export prices and exchange rates against U.S. Dollar of rival countries, domestic producer price as well as the Korean Won-U.S. Dollar exchange rate and also business coincidence index of U.S. in demand. Particularly, the pass-through rate of Korean Won-U.S. Dollar exchange rate to export price is estimated to be incomplete, which contrasts with the propositions of traditional exchange rate determination approach, e. g. elasticity approach, monetary approach, etc.

There are usually plenty of material inventories in a construction site. More inventories can meet unexpected demands, and also they may have an economical advantage by avoiding a probable escalation of raw material costs. On the other hand, these inventories also cause negative aspects to increase costs for storing redundant inventory as well as decreasing construction productivity. Therefore, a proper method of deciding an optimal level of material inventories while considering dynamic variations of resources under uncertainty is very crucial for the economical efficiency of construction projects. This research presents a stochastic modelling method for construction operations, particularly targeting a work process involving on-site fabrication of raw materials like iron-rebar process (delivery, cut and assembly, and placement). To develop the model, we apply the concept of factory physics to depict the overall components of a system. Then, an optimal inventory management model is devised to support purchase decisions where users can make timely actions on how much to order and when to buy raw materials. Also, optimal time lag, which minimizes the storage time for pre-assembled materials, is obtained. To verify this method, a real case is applied to elicit an optimal amount of inventory and time lag. It is found that average values as well as variability of inventory level decreased significantly so as to minimize economic costs related to inventory management under uncertain project condition.

An attempt has been made in this article to discuss the fundamentals of technical analysis of the stock market. A retail investor or trader may not have the wherewithal to source that kind of information. Technical analysis requires a candlestick chart only. Most of the brokers in India provide charting solutions as well. Studying the price action of a security or commodity or Forex generally indicates a price pattern. Prices react at certain levels and widely known as support and resistance levels. Since whatever is happening with the price of the security is considered to be a part of a pattern or cycle which has already played out sometime in the past, these studies help a keen technical analyst to identify with certain probability, the future movement of the price. Study of the candlestick patterns, price action, volumes and indicators offer the opportunities to identify a high probability trade with probable target and a stop loss. A trader or investor can take high probability trade or position and control only her losses.

This paper studies the assembly process of LCD display frames to reduce product cost. First of all, OTRS and time study methodology were performed to analyze the efficiency of the assembly process. Next, various types of frame materials are evaluated whether they pass the reliability criteria or not. As a result, it is found that the productivity of LCD display assembly process maintains prefer level and some frame materials have an opportunity to reach the reliability criteria.

원자재 가격 상승과 달러화 약세 등의 영향으로 내수시장과 수출시장 모두에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 보일러 제조업체들이 일제히 환기시장으로 눈을 돌리면서 시장 쟁탈전이 뜨거워 지고 있다. 실내공기 오염악화를 이유로 공동주택과 관련 시설 등에 대한 환기시스템 설치를 의무화하는 '다중이용시설 실내공기질 관리법'이 지난해 발효되면서 주택 환기시스템 관련 수요는 매년 확대될것으로 전망되고 있기 때문이다. 실제로 환기시장 규모는 2004년 500억원대에서 2005년1000억원 규모로 성장했고 지난해에는 2200억원대를 기록했다. 업계관계자들은 올해 환기시장의 규모를 약 3500억원대로 예상하고 있고 내년에는 5500억원대까지 성장할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이에 따라 이 시장에 진출한 보일러사들은 일제히 신제품을 발표하고 나섰고 최근에는 경동나비엔과 대성쎌틱이 새롭게 시장에 진입한 상태다. 주요 보일러사들이 출시한 환기시스템의 특장점과 마케팅 방향등에 대해 알아봤다.

모든 원자재 가격이 오르면서 육계산업의 핵심요소 중 하나인 병아리 생산비용이 수당 550원 이상이 되었다. 이러한 현실은 많은 것을 의미하는데 그중 하나가 병아리 한 마리 한 마리의 가치가 높아졌다는 것이고, 한 마리의 병아리라도 소홀할 수 없는 개체개념이 생겼다는 것이다. 육계의 특성상 대군 밀집사육을 하다 보니 소나 돼지처럼 한 마리의 개체개념이 상대적으로 약한 편이지만 이제는 개체관리에도 신경써야 할 시기가 왔다고 판단된다. 육계의 사육일정이 단축되어 29일령에 1.6kg이상 출하해도 놀라운 일이 아닐 정도로 육계사육의 증체속도도 매우 빨라졌다. 따라서 육추기간 동안의 사육 상태에 따라 출하성적 전체에 영향을 주고 있다는 것이다. 이러 이유로 필자의 원고방향도 육추관리에 더 많은 관심을 갖게 된 것이다. 이번 2월호에서는 농장마다 조건이 모두 다르기 때문에 육추방법이 같을 수는 없지만 육추관리에서의 5가지 기준은 어느 농장이나 동일한 기준을 준수해야 한다. 그 기준을 알아보고자 한다.

산업연구원에서 발표한 '2012년 경제 산업 전망'에 따르면 우리나라의 2012년 국내경제는 연중 다소 부진한 모습을 보이면서 3%대 중반의 성장을 보일 것으로 전망된다. 수출은 세계경제 둔화에 따른 물량 증가율 하락, 유가안정에 따른 가격 상승세 소멸로 전년에 비해 크게 낮아진 7% 내외의 증가(통관기준)가 예상되며 수입 역시 국내경기 둔화와 유가 및 원자재가 안정에 따른 수입단가 안정으로 전년보다 증가세가 크게 둔화되어 연간 8%대 증가가 전망된다. 2012년 산업분야에서 IT제품군은 정보통신기기의 호조 지속과 가전의 수요 회복이 예상되며, 반도체와 디스플레이는 전년도의 마이너스 성장에서 완만하나마 회복기조로 전환될 것으로 보인다. 소재산업군은 설비능력 확대에 대응한 적극적인 수출시장 개척에 힘입어 1-5%의 완만한 증가율을 보일 전망이다.

최근 급격한 증가세를 보이고 있는 신재생에너지 사업중의 하나인 태양광 발전사업은 아직까지는 기술적, 사회적으로 초기 발전단계를 지나고 있다. 또한 원자재를 포함한 글로벌 실물경제의 변동성이 심하고 에너지 산업분야의 기술수준 역시 급변하고 있으며, 에너지 산업이 과거와 달리 자유경쟁 체제로 변화하고 있어서 태양광 발전사업의 가치를 평가하여 사업에 진입하고자 하는 의사결정을 갈수록 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실물옵션 기반의 투자가치 평가방법을 적용하여 태양광 발전사업의 사업 투자가치와 최적투자시점을 분석한다. 전력판매가격과 초기투자비용 등의 불확실성에 대해 사업자가 대응 가능하도록 이항격자 모형을 통한 분석을 시도하고, 기존의 현금흐름할인법을 기반으로 한 사업성분석 결과와 비교하였다.

금속의 원자재 가격 상승으로 인하여 도금산업에서는 도금두께 균일도에 대한 정밀도를 더욱 요구하게 되었다. 특히, PCB(Printed Circuit Board) 산업에서는 초소형, 고밀집 제품이 주를 이루고 있기 때문에 도금두께를 정밀하게 제어하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 이에 PCB panel 제품에 대한 도금두께를 정밀하게 제어하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 차폐판을 최적 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션의 정확도를 향상시키기 위하여 RDE(Rotaing Disk Electrode) 시스템을 사용하여 도금용액에 대한 전기화학 분석을 진행하였다. 27인치 PCB 제품에 대하여 차폐판을 적용한 결과, 기존에 비해 전류밀도분포 균일도가 약 20% 정도 향상되었다.
