  • 전자 결재 시스템은 오프라인 문서 결재보다 효율적인 문서 관리가 가능 하고 예산 낭비를 방지할 수 있으며, 작업 능률을 극대화 할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 현재 많은 기업에서 도입하여 사용하고 있다. 하지만 상용화되어 있는 전자 결재 시스템에서 사용되는 이미지 서명은 복제 및 위조가 가능하다는 위협이 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 단순 서명 방식을 적용한 전자 결재 시스템이 제안되었다. 하지만 단순 서명 방식을 이용한 전자 결제 시스템은 단 한 명의 결재자만을 고려한 시스템으로 실제 기업에는 다양한 직책의 결재자가 존재하기 때문에 적용하기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 C.Boyd 의 순차 다중서명 방식을 사용하여 다수의 결제자가 서명할 수 있는 전자 결제 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 이른 새벽, 건설업 일용직 근로자들은 '오늘 일을 할 수 있을까?'란 불안감과 COVID-19의 감염 위험을 안고 인력사무소에 출근한다. 새벽 건설업 시장은 높은 업무 강도와 비효율적인 구인/구직 프로세스로 인해 진입장벽이 높고, 건설기능인력의 고령화로 불법체류 근로자 고용 등의 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건설업 시장의 구인/구직 정보를 제공하여 앱 내에서 근로자 채용을 가능하게 하고, 외부 API를 사용하여 출퇴근 관리, 안전 이수증 촬영을 통한 인증 등 근로자와 구인자를 위한 비대면 구인/구직 앱 '인력거'를 개발하였다. '인력거' 앱을 통해 간소화된 구인/구직 프로세스 등을 통해 건설업에서 청년 일자리 증대가 기대된다.

  • The National Program for Excellence in SW is underway to innovate the software education system and cultivate software professionals with creative convergence thinking in response to the demand for software manpower. This program was started by selecting 8 universities in 2015, and in September 2022, 44 universities are participating. The Wonkwang University's National Program for Excellence in SW, which was selected for this project in 2018, adopted the SW competency certification system to strengthen SW competency and many students actively participated. In this paper, the SW competency certification system program was examined, and lecture evaluation in related subjects and the performance of the certification system were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis results, the performance of the SW competency certification system was identified.

  • In an on-demand economy that provides products and services immediately in response to consumer needs, consumers have a significant influence on pricing. In the travel-related fields, service providers are also making great efforts to reflect the needs of consumers and provide better services. In this paper, unlike many travel-related service platforms where sellers unilaterally determine prices, we propose a reverse auction-based service platform method in which consumers propose travel-related services and prices. The proposed matching service platform is expected to be able to provide two-way services differentiated from existing standardized travel-related services by analyzing the needs of various consumers and reflecting the collected response data.

  • The web uses an asynchronous web method to provide various information having different processing speeds together. The asynchronous method has the advantage of being able to respond to other events even before the task is completed, but a typical crawler has difficulty collecting information provided asynchronously by collecting point-of-visit information on a web page. In addition, asynchronous web pages often do not change their web address even if the page content is changed, making it difficult to crawl. In this paper, we propose a web crawling algorithm considering asynchronous page movement by analyzing links in the web. With the proposed algorithm, it was possible to collect dictionary information on TTA terms that provide information asynchronously.

  • Recently, realistic contents using virtual reality and augmented reality are attracting attention as learning aids. 3D-based contents have the advantage of being able to observe and experience objects from various angles than 2D-based contents shown on a flat surface. In this paper, we propose a content design based on 3D model for Arduino learning in a virtual environment. The Arduino board and sensor were implemented using Blender, and a 3D-based simulator environment was constructed using the Unity engine. The proposed content uses the Arduino board and sensor implemented in 3D so that learners can easily experience the working principle of Arduino and the coding process.

  • With the development of web technology, the web provides customized information that meets the needs of users. Information is provided according to the input form and the user's query, and a web service that provides information that is difficult to search with a search engine is called an in-depth web. These deep webs contain more information than surface webs, but it is difficult to collect information with general crawling, which collects information at the time of the visit. The deep web provides users with information on the server by running script languages such as javascript in their browsers. In this paper, we propose an algorithm capable of exploring dynamically changing websites and collecting information by analyzing scripts for deep web collection. In this paper, the script of the bulletin board of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was analyzed for experiments.

  • 공통평가기준(CC, Common Criteria)은 나라마다 다른 평가기준으로 인해 발생하는 시간과 비용의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 세계적인 평가 기준이다. 지난 2006년 CC 인증서 발행국이 된 우리나라는 국내 CC 평가 인증 활성화를 장려하고 있다. 하지만, CC 평가 도입 초반부터 지적된 평가 인력 수급의 문제점을 해결하지 못한 상태이다. 특별히 EAL 5, 6, 7등급의 상세한 평가 절차를 진행할 수 있는 평가인력은 EAL 4등급 이하에 참여하는 인력과 차별되는 전문성으로 별도의 양성 대책이 필요하지만, 전반적인 인력 공급 문제에 가려 충분히 드러나지 못하였다. 본 논문은 국내 EAL 5, 6, 7등급 평가에 관련한 고등급 평가 인력의 현황을 살펴보고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 인력 양성 프로세스를 제안한다.

Effects of Low Pressure and Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Treatment on Contact Angle of Polycarbonate Surface (저압 및 대기압 플라즈마 처리를 통한 폴리카보네이트의 접촉각 변화특성 비교)

  • The effect of plasma treatment on surface characteristics of polycarbonate (PC) films was investigated using low pressure plasma and atmospheric pressure plasma with oxygen and argon. Untreated PC has a contact angle of $82.31^{\circ}$ with de-ionized water which reduced to $9.17^{\circ}$ as the lowest value after being treated with a low pressure plasma treatment with oxygen. Increase of delivered powers such as RF and AC with a high frequency and gas flow rates was not effective to reduce contact angles dramatically but gave the trend of reducing gradually. The surface of PC treated with plasma shows a low contact angle but the contact angle increases rapidly according to the exposure time in air ambient. Oxygen plasma was more effective to generate the polar functional group regardless of the type of plasma. Conclusively, a low plasma treatment with oxygen is more recommendable when the hydrophilic surface of PC is required.

  • The interest on the utilization of landfill gases and biogases for energy production has been increasing due to environment concerns and global warming caused by burning fossil fuels, renewable nature of these gases. Using those synthesis gases to generate energy with engine encourages more efficient collection reducing emissions into the atmosphere and generates revenues for the operators. However the lower calorific value of synthesis gases than that of LPG or CNG affects the combustion stability and power output. Thus it becomes necessary to address disadvantages involved by studying synthesis gases in technological perspective. This paper discussed synthesis gas as a fuel for 60kW dual-fuel engine to produce power in an effective way. The methane diluted with $N_2$ was used as a fuel and developed ECU and injector driver facilitated the investigations with diesel fuel.
