WBAN applications based on Bluetooth (블루투스 기반 WBAN 응용 시스템 개발)

  • 블루투스는 IETE 802.15 BAN스터디그룹에서 제안하는 다양한 WBAN 응용 시나리오를 이미 지원하고 있는 매우 성숙된 기술로서 향후 새로운 WBAN MAC/PHY의 시장 진입을 위해 블루투스 응용 방식에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 블루투스를 활용한 WBAN 응용 서비스로서 생체 정보 모니터링, 원격 제어/IO와 착용형 멀티미디어 스트림 시스템 개발에 대하여 살펴본다. 생체 정보 모니터링이나 원격 제어/IO의 경우는 시스템 개발 초기엔 블루투스를 많이 활용하였으나 저전력을 위해 지그비 사용이 증가하고 있으며 더 나아가 새로운 WBAN 기술이 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 착용형 멀티미디어 스트림의 경우는 블루투스가 계속 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 본 고에서 기술하는 착용형 블루투스 오디오 시스템에서는 웨어러블 MP3 플레이어와 같은 개인용 음악 재생기를 확장하여 복수의 사용자가 무선으로 오디오를 공유한다. 착용형 블루투스 멀티미디어 시스템에서는PMP와 같은 국지 동영상 파일 재생기의 발전된 모습으로 비디오는 안경형이나 손목시계형 무선 디스플레이 장치에서 재생하고 오디오는 무선 헤드폰에서 비디오와 동기적으로 재생한다. 또한 국지 미디어뿐만 아니라 근거리 IP 무선망에 있는 미디어도 UPnP-Bluetooth 브리지를 통하여 스트리밍된다.

  • Through this study, the following proposals were made to secure the operability of local governments' records management systems (RMSs). First, for the stable operation and maintenance of RMS, establishing a noninterruptible system with regular operation support is necessary. Second, improving the maintenance quality above a certain level by establishing an integrated RMS maintenance system is imperative. Third, systematically managing the RMS infrastructure compatibility list should be vital to provide clear standards for maintaining local governments' RMS structure.

  • 본 논문은 무인화 변전소 확대와 디지털보호계전기의 지속적인 적용에 따라 상시 보호계전기 상태 확인 및 필요시 정정치 변경과 전력계통 고장시 동작한 보호계전기의 동작사항을 신속히 파악하여 보호계전기 정동작 여부를 판단하여 전력계통의 신뢰도 제고하는 보호계전기 데이터 원격 취득 분석시스템 구축 방안을 연구하였다. PDAS 설치후 고장데이터 수집에 따른 출동시간을 절약하여 고장분석업무를 집중하고 절감시간을 타 업무에 활용할 수 있었으며 고장인지 후 즉시 보호계전기 데이터를 취득 분석하여 고장현상 파악 및 긴급복구 시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. PDAS 시스템 시범운영결과 발생한 문제점을 분석한 결과 고도화된 고장분석 서비스를 구축하기 위해서는 정전고장관리시스템과의 연계, 보안성 강화, 사용자 편의성향상, 신규서비스 지원이 되도록 하여 송변전 통합정보시스템과의 통합이 필요하다.

A 2-Tier Server Architecture for Real-time Multiple Rendering (실시간 다중 렌더링을 위한 이중 서버 구조)

  • The wide-spread use of the broadband Internet service makes the cloud computing-based gaming service possible. A game program is executed on a cloud node and its live image is fed into a remote user's display device via video streaming. The user's input is immediately transmitted and applied to the game. The minimization of the time to process remote user's input and transmit the live image back to the user and thus satisfying the requirement of instant responsiveness for gaming makes it possible. However, the cost to build its servers can be very expensive to provide high quality 3D games because a general purpose graphics system that cloud nodes are likely to have for the service supports a single 3D application at a time. Thus, the server must have a technology of 'realtime multiple rendering' to execute multiple 3D games simultaneously. This paper proposes a new architecture of 2-tier servers of clouds nodes of which one group executes multiple games and the other produces game's live images. It also performs a few experimentations to prove the feasibility of the new architecture.

  • The multicasting telecommunication is an important research as an applicable technique in the development of adaptable technique for modern mobile computing and mobile IP, because that is supposed to be a solution for transferring the large-size information on the mobile and wireless network with the narrow bandwidth. This paper will suggest one solution for the bidirectional tunneling and the local re-registration problems to support transferring mobile multicasting datagram by the partitioned network. The bidirectional tunneling technique is in use for mobile host moving around in a region and the local re-registration technique for crossing regions to reduce traffic load caused by transferring datagram along a long distance, and we compare those models with our suggested model by simulation.

  • 본 논문은 기존의 헬스케어 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스(smart healthcare service)에 관한 연구이다. 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰의 기능에 맞추어 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, 최근에는 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 헬스케어 시스템에 기존의 병원정보시스템과 연동되기 위해서는 의료정보전송 표준인 HL7을 지원해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 게이트웨이에서 동작하는 HL7 표준 변환 모듈을 설계 구현하였다.

  • I studied a group management model of virtual class for distance education system on the information superhighway. There are many objects and actions that need to be managed and controlled in virtual classes of a distance education model. Educators should be able to manage students' learning group and immediately be aware of who is attending and who is quitting the learning group in a virtual class. Also, students and educators in virtual classes can communicate and discuss various topics. I proposed a group management model for distance education on a network, and studied management algorithm and MIB (Management Information Base), which are required to manage virtual classes in distance education systems.

  • In the multimedia streaming technology, the unicast method require additional cost by an increase traffic according to increase a number of users. The multicast method can solve this problem, but it don't have connection and control information of clients. Now, the most routers support only unicast. Also it has a problem with an exchange of service in other ISP. This paper proposes traffic agent system which is applied unicast and P2P(Peer to Peer) for distance video teaming to overcome this problem. The proposed system decrease the traffic of stream server by control agent, and cut down expenses of network. This system is tested under the distance video leaning using JMF and application software.

  • Existing web-based system management software solutions show some limitations in time and space. Moreover, they possess such as shortcomings unreliable error message announcements and difficulties with real-time assistance suppers and emergency measures. In order to solve these deficiencies, Wireless Remote Control System was designed and implemented. Wireless Remote Control System is able to manage and monitor remote systems by using mobile communication devices for instantaneous control. The implementation of Wireless Remote Control System leads to these security Problems as well as solutions to aforementioned issues with existing web-based system management software solutions. Therefore, this paper has focused on the security matters related to Wireless Remote Control System. The designed security functions include mobile device user authentication and target system access control. For security verification of these security functions introduced CPN(Coloured Petri Nets) which is capable of expressing every possible state for each stage. And then in this paper was verified its security through PI(Place Invariant) based on CPN(Coloured Petri Nets). The CPN expression and analysis method of the proposed security function can also be a useful method for analyzing other services in the future.
