The background of this study is that machine learning administrative services are recently attracting attention as a major policy tool for non-face-to-face administrative services in the post-corona era. This study investigated the types of work expected to be effective when introducing machine learning administrative services for Seoul Metropolitan Government officials who are piloting machine learning administrative services. The research method is a machine that can be introduced by organizational unit by distributing and collecting questionnaires for Seoul administrative organizations that have performed machine learning-based administrative services for one month in July 2020 targeting Seoul public officials using machine learning-based administrative services. By analyzing the learning administration service and application service, the business characteristics of each machine learning administration service type such as supervised learning work type, unsupervised learning work type, and reinforced learning work type were analyzed. As a result of the research analysis, it was found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of administrative tasks by supervised and unsupervised learning areas. In particular, it was found that the reinforcement learning domain contains the most appropriate business characteristics for machine learning administrative services. Implications were drawn. The results of this study can be provided as a reference material to practitioners who want to introduce machine learning administration services, and can be used as basic data for research to researchers who want to study machine learning administration services in the future.

현재 기업은 정보통신과 컴퓨터 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 본사와 지사 사이의 정보의 교환이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 재택근무에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 이에 대한 방편으로 RAS(Remote Access Server) 및 VPN(Virtual Private Network)에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 VPN 및 RAS서버의 효율적인 구축 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

논문에서는 최근 인터넷 상에서 표준 공통 포맷으로 대두되는 XML을 이용하여 웹 기반의 역사자료의 데이터베이스 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 원격 교육 시스템의 참조문헌 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 컴퓨터 상에서 고문헌 자료 주로 한자를 입력하고 검색할 수 있는 환경이 점차 나아지고 있다고는 하지만, 여전히 원전사료의 한자를 일반적인 환경에서 자유롭게 구현하는 일은 결코 용이하지 않다. 종래의 연구자들은 텍스트 별로 수작업으로 작성한 색인류를 이용하여 연구를 해왔다. 그러나 이러한 색인 이용방법에는 문제가 있다. 색인어로 삼고자 하는 단어를 텍스트에서 추출하는 과정에서 누락되는 경우가 있기 때문이다. 전산화된 데이터는 이른바 '발견적 이용'이라는 관점에서 활용될 수 있다.

스마트폰의 확산과 초고속 네트워크의 활성화, ICT 기술의 발전으로 인해 언제 어디서나 유연하게 근무할 수 있는 여건이 성숙되어 가고 있으며, 새로운 원격 업무환경 도입을 통해 저출산, 고령화 등의 사회문제에 대한 해소는 물론 GHG 가스의 배출감소에 도움을 줄 수 있는 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 더해가고 있다. 본 고에서는 스마트워크 서비스를 위해 필요한 요소 기술들과 국제표준화 기구에서 최근 추진되고 있는 관련 표준화 동향에 대해 소개한다.

코로나 19 장기화로 비대면, 원격 수업, 재택 근무 등 생활 형태가 변하면서 일회용품 쓰레기도 증가했다. 분리배출 표시제도가 자주 변경되어 가정에서 판단시 어려움을 느낄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 재활용 가능 여부를 알려주고, 생활폐기물의 수거 기준에 맞는 처리방법을 알 수 있도록 돕는 분류 시스템을 개발하고 평가한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the intention to run remote classes after COVID-19 with university professors have fully experienced remote classes due to COVID-19. The research questions are what are the factors and the combinations of factors that affect the intention to run remote classes in the post-COVID-19. Data were collected through a survey of 311 remote classes at S Univ. in Seoul in fall 2020, and individuals and combinations of factors were confirmed through logistic regression analysis and decision tree analysis. As a result, individual factors were quality management, online office hours, quizzes midterm oral exams, video development, and student-student and instructor-student Q&A type between face-to-face and remote class. As combinations of factors, it was found that quality management×quiz×student Q&A and quality management×quiz×voting type had an effect on whether to run remote classes. Based on the results, we proposed to run and support remote classes in the post-COVID-19 era.

Today, in the era of the 4th industrial revolution based on the paradigm of hyper-connectivity, super-intelligence, and superconvergence, the remote work environment is becoming central based on technologies such as mobile, cloud, and big data. This remote work environment has been accelerated by the demand for non-face-to-face due to COVID-19. Since the remote work environment can perform various tasks by accessing services and resources anytime and anywhere, it has increased work efficiency, but has caused a problem of incapacitating the traditional boundary-based network security model by making the internal and external boundaries ambiguous. In this paper, we propse a method to improve the limitations of the traditional boundary-oriented security strategy by building a security model centered on core components and their relationships based on the zero trust idea that all actions that occur in the network beyond the concept of the boundary are not trusted.

An explosive growth of mobile devices and smart phones, such as Tablet PC using wireless Internet, is changing the Information environment rapidly. Smart technology telecommuting work or smart work centers, mobile devices, and configure your environment to take advantage of remote collaboration. Also, you do not have the limitations of time and space provides a flexible working environment. Smartwork environment is an IT environment to be provided to carry out the business by accessing remotely via smart device outside of the internal IT infrastructure of an existing. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency is present to what information protection threats according to their convenience. Safeguards information that can be utilized to build a secure smartwork environment is required. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the worksmart information protection measures that can protect the information be reconciled smoothly to fit the smartwork environment.

무선 인터넷에서는 원격지 이동, 근무자의 근무지원, 무선 상거래로 그 초점이 맞추어지면서 당연히 현재 무선인터넷의 보안도 트랜잭션(transaction) 보안을 시발점으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 무선인터넷에서 가장 화두가 되고 있는 WPKI(Wireless Public Key Infrastructure)를 이용한 단대단(End-to-End) 시스템과 MVPN(Mobile Virtual Private Network)을 분석하고, 현재 국내에서 무선인터넷 서비스를 하고 있는 이동통신 사업자의 네트워크 환경을 분석하여, 우선적으로 이동통신망을 이용한 무선 인터넷에서의 보안 시스템에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 그리고 이동전화사업자와 단말기 업체들에 이어 종합 포털(portal)들도 호환성이 강점인 자바 기반의 ‘J2ME(Jave 2 Micro Edition)’을 사용하여 무선인터넷 플랫폼 최적화 움직임이 가속화되고 있는 추세에 맞추어, 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 서비스 방식 중 콘텐츠 프로그램의 서버 보관 등 타사 플랫폼과는 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 이용자들에게 한층 더 향상된 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 하는 J2ME 서비스를 기초로 한 단대단간의 보안 역할을 하는 중계보안시스템에 대해 논의하고자 하며, 향후 그 모듈의 일환으로 무선 암호 메시지 전송의 구현을 통하여 이를 현실화하고자 한다.

Smart work can classify three types. First, mobile office equipped with a portable computer and connect to the company servers and Intranet via mobile phones. Second, home working using video conference system. Third, smart work center. Smart work has enabled us to work efficiently, to work anytime and to work anywhere, beyond conventional office working. This paper presents development processes of a smart work for After Service Business, especially, for the elevator industry. we called implemented mobile office system "A/S work". A/S work using mobile devices has some advantages as compared with previous system. 1) Before/After photo management function 2) Assessment process of customer satisfaction 3) The work history management app. 4) The inquiry and confirmation function to current status of all workers 5) The group SMS function sending selected workers. 'M' elevator company has used A/S work as efficient smart work system.
