WBI (Web-Based Instruction), a web-based tool for teaching the students at a long distance, makes possible to Interact between learners and instructors, provides a wide variety of learning materials, has an advantage of overcoming spatial constraints. In this paper, as a model of using the web for education, a web-based education-evaluation system has been designed and implemented. Web-based education-evaluation system has to be equipped with both of the online setting question mode and the upload setting question mode, the former makes questions on web and the latter uploads the setted questions on offline with settling a defeat of the existing systems on setting questions. And the system has to be equipped with the function of analyzing the questions that gives teacher several kinds of analysis information and makes possible to feedback to questions by adjusting the difficulty and revising the questions. In this paper, a system that reflects the above requirements has been designed and implemented with PHP script language and MySQL database system.

우리가 어떠한 상황에서 불안해진다는 것은 다가올 미래에 대해 확실하게 준비할 수 없다는 사실에 근거합니다. 수많은 선각자와 학자들은 모두들 이러한 불확실성으로 인한 위험 요소들을 확실하게 밝히고자하며 이로 인해 우리로 하여금 더욱 과학적으로 상황을 대처하고 극복하게 하려 합니다. 아시아 지역의 호텔관광시장에 대해 이곳에서 논의되는 것은 과거와 현재 그리고 미래를 넘나들며 현재 이 시장에서 벌어지는 새로운 경향을 파악하고 파악된 자료를 통해 도전과 위험요소를 인지케하는 내용들입니다. 과거는 현재의 원인이 될 수 있고 과거의 흔적은 내일의 같은 형태의 현상이 될 수 있다고 보기에 우리는 미래의 시장을 예측하려 할 때 과거를 검증하고 현재를 숙독해야 하는 것입니다. 과거 속에서 우리는 한때 우리 시장의 고객들이 사회적 성공의 표시로 여행을 즐겼으며, 그것이 전쟁 등과 같은 힘든 시절을 보내면서 휴식과 교육을 목표로 여행을 즐기던 시절이 있었고, 이것이 다시 최근에 들어 고객들의 자기충족과 자아실현의 방법으로 여행을 즐기고 있음을 감지할 수 있습니다. 이러한 경향들의 연장선상에서 우리의 호텔시장은 호텔이 고도로 품격화된 개인적인 서비스를 제공하게 될 것이고, 발달된 정보기술력으로 인해 편리하게 자산관리를 할 수 있고, 쉽게 접근이 가능한 투자자본으로 인해 소유주의 형태가 다국적으로 다각화되는 결과를 낳게 될 것이고, 수많은 패턴들이 존재하지만 기술력의 혁신으로 인해 이를 통한 새로운 상품과 서비스의 개발이 가장 두드러지는 시장이 될 것이 분명합니다. 관광시장에서는 크게 두 영역으로 분리해서 본다면, 하나는 새로운 형태의 고객이고 또 하나는 관광이란 것이 거리를 요하는 것이기에 이를 극복하고자 하는 기술력을 동원한 새로운 형태의 관광체험이라 할 수 있습니다. 새로운 형태의 고객은 보다 자유롭고 의사표현이 열려있는 고객이며 이들은 각자의 자아실현과 충족을 위해 끊임없이 새로운 여행 목적지를 찾는 고객이며, 복잡하지 않고 단순한 형태의 상품과 서비스를 요하며 그들은 또한 시작에서 마무리까지 완성된 서비스를 추구하는 고객이 될 것입니다. 거리를 초월하는 기술력의 발달로 고객은 원거리에서 자기자신의 여행 진행 전부를 쉽게 컨트롤 할 수 있게 되고 특히 가상 현실실현에 대한 기술력은 멀리서도 원거리의 여행 체험을 실제와 버금가게, 그리고 현실에서 겪어야 하는 일체의 장애 없이 체득할 수 있게되는 상황을 고객 앞에 내놓게 될 것입니다. 우리는 지금 새로이 중흥하려 노력하는 아시아의 주요 국가의 호텔관광산업을 의미 있게 짚어보고 내일을 함께 준비하고 있습니다. 여기에 논의되어진 이슈가 아니더라도 우리는 그것들을 새로운 시각에서 검증하고 분석하여 새로이 전개되는 미래의 아시아 호텔관광산업을 함께 준비해야 할 줄 믿습니다.

Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence abount an age of information demand is a education focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology. WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submint various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. And XML electronic signature raise interworking between digital signature systems used by various field of using XML document. Using these merit and complementing defect are main contents that users have to pay about Certification service to get CA certificate from 2004 june. This paper propose multiplex Certification remote education agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

초고속 인터넷 망의 구축에 따라 정보통신 교육이 활성화에 힘입어 직.간접적으로 응용하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 웹 기반 원격강의는 원거리 학습자들의 학습욕구를 자기 주도적인 학습이 되도록 전체적인 수업을 진행하므로 학습과정에서의 질의 응답을 교수자에게 면대면으로 제공하지 못하였다. 따라서 학습자가 요구한 질의 내용을 잘못 이해함에 따라 교수자가 학습과정에서의 피드백 제공을 하지 못함으로써 개인학습의 동기부여가 감소됨에 따라 흥미를 입게 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 서비스에 대한 체계적인 분석 및 설계를 위해 네비게이션 모델을 통해 질의 응답을 지원하는 QALT(Question Answer Learning Tool)를 설계 및 구현한다. 원격강의는 웹 상에서 기본적인 컨텐츠를 제시하고 그를 통해 수업이 진행되는 과정에서의 질의 응답의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 일다대(One-To-Many)의 서비스를 제공한다. 또한. 학습자는 교수자가 지정한 교육용 서버를 통해 텍스트 형식이 아닌 강의자료로 쓰인 문서파일에 직접 작성하여 질의 응답을 가능하게 된다. 그로 인해 교수자와 학생간의 질의 응답을 통해 상호작용을 원활하게 할 수 있는 보조학습도구로써의 사용이 증가될 것이다. 또한 서버에서의 폴더 서비스와 메일링 서비스를 통해 실시간 질의 응답이 가능함으로써 학습자는 강의파일에서 그림에 관한 질문에 효과를 볼 수 있고 교수자는 질문 받은 내용의 위치를 시각적으로 쉽게 볼 수 있으므로 빠른 응답이 가능하게 될 것이다.

This study explains a cooperative project between Kangwon National University (KNU) and Waseda University(WU), so called CCDLP (Cross-Cultural Distance Learning Project). The purpose of this project is to enhance the English proficiency of students at both universities by making their learning environments enjoyable and fruitful. The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the role of CCDL in the EFL classroom by discussing (1) how to create the situations where students at both universities get to know and understand each other through modern technologies, (2) how to encourage the students to work closely together VC (Video Conferencing), TeleMeet, chat systems, and e-mail, and (3) how to provide a new style of learning and teaching L2. The results from a questionnaire and a grammaticality judgment test show that students have a sense of satisfaction and achievement in the English proficiency at the end of the project. The result of this project will be of great importance for future works in the use of communication systems in L2 learning and teaching.

Basing on the recommendation and guideline of IALA, Korean VTS authority made an instruction about the training and qualification of VTS operators, and three model courses for training have been performed at a training institute which has one VTS simulator. However, the simulator has not been enough to make training fully satisfactory because of several signs of limitations including inaccurate method for calculating ship's movement and inconvenient location for training. In this paper, a new simulator was proposed to make up for the weak points replacing the current simulator. The proposed simulator adopts mathematical model for calculating exactly ship's movement which heightens the effect of training with simulator. And also it can be used through Internet so as to make long-distance training possible without visiting the training center. The effectiveness and the convenience of training with the proposed simulator are expected to be improved.

Electronic bill of lading, Letter of Guarantee, Surrender B/L, Seaway Bill, etc. have been proposed as alternative tools to overcome the crisis of bill of lading, but the most useful of these is by far the Surrender B/L. However, since the Surrender B/L has various problems due to the absence of a legal basis, studies so far have been conducted focusing on these legal limitations or problems in use of the Surrender B/L. This study tried to empirically identify the factors that affect the spread of Surrender B/L by expanding this point of research view. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by acquiring 190 valid samples centered on member companies of the Korea International Freight Forwarders Association. In addition, the R program was used to diagnose the research data and analyze the degree of spread by region. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the utilization of Surrender B/L increased due to the convenience and cost reduction effect of Surrender B/L and the apprenticeship training of forwarding companies. In addition, as a result of regional analysis, the spread of Surrender B/L was notable not only in neighboring regions but also even in areas far from Korea.
