Recently, the acquisition and production of information using digital tools and the creation of new knowledge are emphasized as important educational elements. Therefore, in this study, the effect of learning achievement according to the digital literacy level of college students was analyzed. For the analysis, a questionnaire is conducted with college students majoring in aviation services attending universities in Seoul Capital Area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypothesis of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on the questionnaire, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency of college students majoring in aviation service, 'technology use' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow' and 'emotional flow' of learning flow except 'behavioral flow'. Second, among the sub-factors of digital literacy competency, 'self-learning' is found to have a positive effect on 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' in learning flow. Third, the sub-factors of learning flow, 'cognitive flow', 'emotional flow', and 'behavioral flow' have a positive effect on 'learning satisfaction'. Fourth, 'learning satisfaction' is found to have a positive effect on 'learning outcomes'. Based on the research results, practical support measures and strategies for educational success are presented.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the learning perception of aviation service subjects using role play on the interpersonal competence, learning satisfaction, and learning outcomes of college students majoring in aviation service. A survey was conducted targeting 217 university students majoring in aviation service who are enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area and have experience in class using role play. In addition, the hypothesis is verified using the structural equation model. Among the perceptions of role play classes experienced by university students majoring in aviation service, 'inter-dependency' was found to have a positive (+) effect on all sub-factors of interpersonal competence. And 'usefulness' confirmed the positive (+) influence relationship with 'temperament for others' and 'communication' except for 'relationship promotion' of interpersonal ability. Among sub-factor of interpersonal competence, it is confirmed that only the factors of 'temperament for others' and 'communication' had an effect on learning satisfaction. And it is proved that learning satisfaction is an important determinant of learning outcomes. Therefore, this study is expected to serve as a basis for deriving an efficient and optimal learning method for practical subjects in aviation service majors.

The college age is an important developmental stage for achieving personal growth through interaction with people. In this study, we analyze the impact of the level of nunchi awareness on the interpersonal skills and learning outcomes of college students majoring in aviation services. For analysis, a survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation services attending universities in the metropolitan and Chungcheong areas. To test the research hypothesis, demographic characteristics are identified based on the questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the measurement items were verified, and structural equation model analysis was performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, nunchi behavior, which is a sub-factor of nunchi recognition among college students in the Department of Aviation Service, is found to have a positive (+) effect on temperament of others, communication, and relationship promotion of interpersonal skills. However, the significance of the influence relationship between nunchi perception factors and interpersonal skills is not confirmed. Second, among the sub-factors of interpersonal skills, only temperament with others and communication are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Based on the research results, we aim to present practical strategies for designing effective major learning and developing competencies related to the work environment.

Recently, with the rapid development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology) and AI(Artificial Intelligence) technology industries, the emergence of MASS(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship), which were thought only in the distant future, is approaching a reality. Along with the development of these amazing technologies, changes in the private law sector, such as liability, compensation for damages, and maritime insurance, as well as in the public law sector, such as maritime safety, marine environment protection, and maintenance of maritime order, have become necessary in the field of maritime law. In particular, with the advent of a new type of ship called MASS that does not have a crew on board, the kind and type of liability, compensation for damages, and insurance contracts in the event of a marine accident will also change. In this paper, the general theory about concept, classification, effectiveness and future of MASS and the general theory about concept and various obligations and responsibilities under the maritime law for discussion of MASS are reviewed. Next, in addition, regarding the problems that may occur in the event of a marine accident from MASS, the status as a ship, the legal relationship of the chartering contract, obligation to exercise due diligence in making the vessel seaworthiness, subject of responsibility, and liability for damages and immunity are reviewed from the perspective of maritime law. In addition, in the degree four of MASS, the necessities of further research to clarify the attributable subjects and standards of responsibility in the event of a marine accident, as well as the necessities of institutional improvement such as technology development, enactment and amendment of law and funding are presented.

When maneuvering a ship in a narrow channel or under bridge, the ship operator may take actions of slowdown engine and altering course in order to avoid possible navigational dangers, which may reduce difficulties on navigation or collsion avoidance against other ship and/or bridge. In this paper, taking notice of the stress caused by these actions of slowdown engine and altering course, survey is carried out for whether it is possible to quantify the stress by time delay as an index. Based on the ship handling simulator experiment, it is verified that difficulty of navigation changes is highly correlated with the time delay, which result from compensation actions of slowdown engine and altering course.

In the recent context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is growing interest in digital transformation and smart factory as a focal point. But, the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sector has seen limited research on digital transformation, primarily concentrating on digitally-driven areas. The study validates hypotheses pertaining to the factors that facilitate successful digital transformation within the A&D sector and the influence of digital leadership and dynamic capabilities, employing statistical tools like SPSS and AMOS. The comprehensive analysis reveals that, similar to manufacturing industries, digital leadership in A&D companies exerts an influence on successful digital transformation through dynamic capabilities. Furthermore, digital transformation within the A&D sector has a positive impact on firm performance. This paper offers empirical insights into digital transformation within the A&D sector, shedding light on how successful digital transformation can be achieved within the domestic A&D industry.

According to the liberalization of the air transport industry, the operation of airport also takes account of economic efficiency. The owners or the operators of an airport or airport systems want to know what is the best way to achieve the best performance in the aspect of economic efficiency and they are willing to improve the airport operation system. Prerequisite for the improvement of economic efficiency is to measure the performance of not only their own airports but the other airports. This study presents the result of performance measurement of Korean airports. The overall costs performance, labor productivity, capital productivity, revenue performance and profit performance are estimated and interpreted. As conclusions, the suggestion about airport system improvement is presented.

The passenger security screening is a mandatory procedure for boarding the aircraft according to ICAO standard as well as national law of each country. The enhanced threat of terrorism have had the security procedure strengthened since 9/11 events. However the effectiveness of passenger screening is not satisfactory and the service level for passenger is getting worse because of tightened security measurements. This research studied the responsibility issue for the enhancement of the effectiveness and service quality in passenger security screening. The study concluded that a desirable responsibility assignment for passenger screening is to the airport authority at normal time and to the government authority at the time of high threat.

전 세계 항공 산업의 비약적인 발전과 더불어 최근에는 군사용 및 항공수송을 위해 주간뿐만 아니라 야간에도 많은 비행이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따라 항공기 안전운행의 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 항공기의 안전운행에는 다양한 기술적인 발전이 진행되어 왔고, 야간시각시스템(NVIS)의 발전 역시 항공기 조종사에게 주간과 유사한 시각적 영상정보를 제공함으로써 심리적인 불안감을 해소시키고, 운항정보에 대한 신뢰성과 적시성을 증대시키며, 야간에 항공기를 안전하게 운항하기 위해 조종사의 업무부아(work load)를 줄이기 위한 노력으로 큰 관심사가 되어왔다. 또한 이러한 NVIS를 활용한 기술은 현재 군용항공기 뿐만이 아니라. 민간용 항공기, 자동차, 카메라, 레저용 등으로 그 범위가 확대되어 보급되고 있으며, 활용도 또한 커지고 있고, 수년 전부터 국내에도 이러한 기술이 적용되어 왔기에 이러한 항공기용 야간시각시스템(NVIS)에 대한 전반적인 내용을 소개하고, 향후 국내에서 개발/적용되는 항공기의 NVIS 기술에 대한 기본적인 평가방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 AFTM이 필요한 이유를 항공기의 불확실성을 들어서 설명 하였다. 불확실성의 원인으로 수요, 수용량의 불확실성과 ATFM의 조정행동과 타이밍조정을 위한 불확실성에 근거하여 알아보았다. 이와 같은 불확실성을 줄이기 위한 방법으로는 정보 질의 향상과 다양한 가능성에 대한 문제를 예측하여 최적화하는 방법으로 해결할 수 있다. 슬롯교환메커니즘에서 가장 기본적인 알고리즘으로는 압축방법에 대하여 살펴보았고 항공사내에서 처리할 수 있는 항공사 슬룻 대체알고리즘을 설명하였다. 그러나 한 항공사에서 대체할 수 없는 경우에는 다른 항공사에서 대체 항공편을 제공하는 메커니즘에 대하여 알아보았다. 이어서 압축방법의 기본이론인 일괄처리방법과 SCS 의 신속대응메커니즘의 차이점과 장단점을 살펴보았다. 이어진 연구과제로 두 모델의 수학적 모델을 연구하여 그 특성을 파악하여 모델을 개발하여 시뮬레이션 하는 것이다. 더 나아가서는 메커니즘의 모범 예제라 할 수 있는 SCS 에서 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고 있는지 사례에 대하여 연구하려 한다.
