Design and Construction of the Prototype of 25 kW Small Combine for Harvesting Miscellaneous Cereal Crops (잡곡 수확용 25 kW급 소형 콤바인 시작기 설계 제작)

  • 현재 국내에 공급되고 있는 잡곡류 수확기는 보행형 예취기, 탈곡기 위주의 저능률 기계화 수준으로 고능률의 콤바인 수확기 개발이 필요하며, 특히 잡곡류가 소규모 경작지의 영세농가 위주로 재배되어 저가격의 소형 콤바인 수확기 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소규모 밭의 두류 및 잡곡 수확작업에 적응성이 뛰어나며, 농기계 임대사업소의 활용도를 높일 수 있고, 여성과 고령자도 쉽게 운전할 수 있어 수확작업의 노동력을 크게 절감할 수 있는 저가격의 25kW급 자주식 소형 콤바인을 개발하고자 시작기를 설계 제작하였다. 시작기의 주요부로 엔진은 25kW/2600rpm 3기통 디젤엔진을 탑재하였으며, 동력전달부는 주변속 3단, 부변속 2단의 선택맞물림 기어식의 변속장치를 이용하였다. 주행부는 궤도형으로 조향클러치와 습식 원판식 제동장치를 채용하였다. 전처리부는 선단거리 1700 mm의 디바이더와 상하좌우 수동 조절되는 회전속도 약 42 rpm의 정오각형 릴로 구성하였으며, 전처리부의 최대 승강높이는 740 mm이었다. 작물이송부는 돌기부착 오거와 체인컨베이어로 구성되어 있으며, 탈곡부는 단동형 축류식의 직경 440 mm, 길이 1180 mm의 급동과 높이 65 mm, 지름 10 mm의 46개 강봉형 급치, 격자형 수망으로 구성하였으며, 회전속도는 약 325 rpm으로 작동하도록 하였다. 선별 정선부는 요동 송풍선별식으로 곡립판, 볏짚체, 곡립체, 송풍팬으로 구성하였고 송풍팬의 회전속도는 약 850 rpm, 요동진동수는 약 5.8 Hz로 작동하도록 하였다. 곡물이송부와 재처리부는 수평이송 외경 103 mm, 수직이송 외경 110 mm의 피치가 모두 82 mm인 스크류컨베이어를 이용하였으며, 곡물탱크는 용량이 250 로 2개의 배출구로 곡물을 포대에 담도록 하였다. 그 외 시작기는 운전조작부, 유압장치부, 전기장치부 등을 갖도록 설계 제작하였다. 전체적인 기체의 크기는 길이${\times}$${\times}$높이 $3935{\times}1900{\times}2440mm$이었으며, 기체 중량은 약 1753 kg이었다. 콩 대상 기초 성능시험 결과 시작기의 작업속도는 약 0.5 m/s, 작업능률은 약 11 a/h로 나타났다.

  • 최근 사업용 화력발전설비의 건설에서는 이제까지의 실적 중시 시스템구축 경향에서 벗어나, 적은 인원에 의한 중앙집중감시의 고도화와 건설비저감 경향에 따라 신기술 특히 디지털기기의 응용을 지향한 주요 전기기기의 합리화가 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 또 제어로직의 소프트웨어화, 신호 전송화의 확대는 설비의 고도화$\cdot$합리화의 양면에서 우위를 차지하고 있다. 사업용 화력발전설비는 고신뢰성과 고가동률이 요구되어 전력의 안정공급에 있어 중핵을 담당하고 있다. 발전기와 여자제어장치, 발전소 감시제어시스템은 발전소단위의 고기능화, 전력계통 안정화를 위한 협조제어 등에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 화력발전소의 감시는 적은 인력을 중앙에 집중 배치하여 일괄감시$\cdot$제어하는 경향이 확산되어, 감시$\cdot$조작$\cdot$이력관리 기능의 고도화와 작업환경의 정비가 급속하게 진전되고 있다. 여기에는 적어도 최근의 디지털기기 응용확대가 크게 기여했으며, 이러한 것들이 신뢰성을 확보한 토털시스템 구축이라는 발전소 시스템 엔지니어링의 영역확대와 중요성이 커지게 된 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 화력발전소 제어시스템의 고도화는 주요기기의 안정된 운전과도 깊이 관련되어있어 근년의 발전설비 건설에서 중요한 과제의 하나가 되고 있다. 한편, 화력발전소의 감시$\cdot$제어항목은 방대하며, 아울러 급속히 진보해가고 있는 디지털기술을 효율적으로 도입하여 설비의 고도화를 추진해갈 필요성이 날로 커져가고 있다고 생각한다. 여기서는 최근의 발전기의 기술동향과 감시제어시스템의 기술동향을 소개함과 동시에 앞으로의 전망에 대하여 기술한다.

  • The image processing device sold by the market, which increases the comfort of the driver Around-View of the camera. This system while driving or when parked, came about to prevent accidents caused by driver error or disable the visibility of the system. However, it did not spread widely to the driver due to the problem of the high installation cost and complex installation process from the system for easy operation. Due to problems such as first, expensive equipment and second, the development environment is difficult and third, inconvenient installation process, it is not out because of the prohibitively high cost burden and difficult development environment, programmers and operators. I think if this is solved even one problem of this system would be able to access the user are a little more affordable. In this paper The AVM(Around-View Monitoring) system is proposed, the two problems that minimize expensive equipment, the installation process is inconvenient problem of the three aforementioned systems. Solved the problem caused by a lot of the cost by using low-cost USB device, and a rear camera. Was developed to facilitate the installation is possible by considering the inconvenient installation. Reducing the price paid by consumers because of the system.

  • Recently, design of Universal Soft Controller(USC) has been applied to the advanced control room for nuclear power plant. USC is software-based manual control means to control safety components as well as non-safety components in the highly-integrated control room. Therefore, design feature of USC is essential for the implementation of a single workstation in the advanced control room. The traditional control room is replaced by computer-driven consolidated operator interfaces. Considering our design has further reduced the probability of USC spurious signals by requiring two distinct operator control actions to generate any control signal. The reality of USC does not increase the probability of reactor trip because the probability of spurious USC signal is negligible. Universal Soft Control represents a significant evolution in nuclear I&C/HSI System. USC integrates the indicators and controls from multiple divisions into a single integrated visual display unit(VDU) based HSI(Human System Interface). In order to prevent adverse influence on safety function performance from USC failure, ESFAS signals are applied to safety components or functions. In addition, safety manual switches have priority over USC's signals. Therefore, spurious USC signals can be momentarily blocked by selecting a soft control command from the safety VDU.

  • Environmental control operations have been considerably contributed to the reduction of labor cost in both plastic film and glass greenhouses since government supported projects were begun. However, some problems are still remaining on the optimal environmental control and excessive operation due to an inflexible software regulating ventilation gear - reducers. The unadjustable software caused the damage of ventilation system, resulting in heat stresses of crops. This study was performed to develop a ventilation software controlling the vent opening level, opening sequence, based on the wind direction, and control interval according to the difference between ambient and set- up temperatures. The software included a beeper system alarming urgent cases, while a manager was remote from the greenhouse. A compatible hardware with the software was also developed by using a low-cost diffused DSP controller.

  • Around-View, the image processing device which increases the comfort of drivers is sold in the market. This system prevents accidents in advance while driving or parking. The accidents are caused with their inexperienced driving or bad visibility. It is developed for driving convenience. However, it dosen't spread to the driver widely due to the problem of the high installation costs and complex installation process. First, expensive equipment second, difficult development environment and third, inconvenient installation procedure. So the drivers don't have many opportunities to use this system and dare to develop this system. I think if one of the problems can be solved, users might be able to access this system at low cost. In this paper, the AVM(Around-View Monitoring) minimizes two of them. Expensive equipment, inconvenient installation. The costly problems were solved by using low-cost USB device and rear cameras. In view of inconvenient installation process, the new system was designed to make it easy for people to install it. Through this, it can ease the burden of consumers.

  • The reflector of infrared lamp is designed to the optimal circular shape through the analyses of lumination distributions with a triangular, rectangular and circular configurations of infrared lamps respectively by using Photopia. PLC is used to compare and amplify the difference between soldering temperature profile and feedback value. It is fed to IR lamp controller which adjusts the soldering temperature of PV cell. The soldering temperature measured using an infrared temperature sensor is then fed back to the PLC. The closed control loop of soldering temperature on a PV cell is implemented. The noncontact soldering device of PV cells using infrared lamp which is easily operated by HMI operation panel and controlled robustly by PLC and IR lamp controller is developed.

  • To cope with the mass-production and supply of plug seedling, the supply of transplanters is necessary. In the study, a transplanting test was carried out to find the optimum working condition in the mechanizd transplantation and to acquire the basic data for the improvement of transplanters by the research and analysis of working capacity of the local manual transplanters. The size of hopper affected transplanting stand and rate. Re-irrigation was required for the transplanted seedlings because they wilt 1 day after the transplanting if soil compaction is incomplete. Consequently, back-forth-left-right compaction method was good for soil covering and compaction. It may be thought to increase the amount of irrigation water at the time of transplanting by double-irrigation mechanism, but it needs to increase the larger water tank which makes the operation uneasy. So, assuming the working model by 1 or 2 operators with the machine size as small as possible, it seemed that eliminating of automatic irrigation method was desirable in view of efficiency. Though semiautomatic transplanter needs some structural improvements, it seemed still suitable for transplanting of plug seedlings such as 45-day red pepper seedlings in 128-hole tray and 25-day Chinese cabbage seedling in 128-hole tray. If traveling speed of the transplanter is limited to less than 14 m/min, with the transplanting depth of 2~3cm and transplanting space of 30cm.

  • The interior space in a passenger car is consisted with many partial elements, and the instrument panel is the most important part from all of them, which is designate the total image of the interior design and the space variation, drivability and safety of the interior space. ] The instrument panel of a passenger car in the early age had the concept of a wall between the engine room and the passenger cabin on which the instrument for the driver were fitted. Therefore the central mounting of the instruments was the typical feature regardless of the position of a driver seat. As the automobiles became more functional with many equipments, driver oriented instrument panel with energy absorbing materials had been developed, and that was the beginning of the various instrument panel design of these days. The recent instrument panels of passenger car have the tendency of going back to the central instrument mounting as it was at the past on a few cars for the strict safety regulation, a new production technology and for the enhanced drivability. It can be summarized into a few results as these with the analysis of a few recent instrument panels. -minimizing the total volume for the better frontal visibility. -energy absorbing and passive structures for the strict impact regulations. -revival of central instrument mounting for the convenience and safety through minimizing the difference of the focal length of a driver.
