그린ICT 융합 S/W 사례: 에너지통합최적 운영시스템 개발

  • 에너지에 대한 수요가 급증하게 되면서 에너지부족문제에 대한 크게 대두되기 시작하였다. 특히 에너지 사용급증은 에너지 부족문제 초래뿐만 아니라 화석사용연료 사용 급증으로 인한 이산화탄소 배출증가 및 에너지 비용증가가 국가적 이슈로 자리잡기 시작하였다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 여러 기관들에서는 에너지관리시스템 개발에 착수하기 시작하였다. 그러나 이러한 시스템은 별도의 관리자 및 운영비용이 들기 때문에 에너지 절감이득에 비하여 비용에 대한 혜택이 없는 중소형 건물 적용에 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 이러한 한계점을 극복하고자 KT 융합기술원에서는 에너지통합운영시스템이 개발하였으며, 중소형 건물에도 적용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 본 고에서는 다수의 건물 관리가 가능한 건물통합에너지관리 최적운영시스템 개발에 관하여 다루어 보고자 한다.

Analysis of ensemble streamflow prediction effect on deriving dam releases for water supply (용수공급을 위한 댐 방류량 결정에서의 앙상블 유량 예측 효과 분석)

  • Since the 2000s, ensemble streamflow prediction (ESP) has been actively utilized in South Korea, primarily for hydrological forecasting purposes. Despite its notable success in hydrological forecasting, the original objective of enhancing water resources system management has been relatively overlooked. Consequently, this study aims to demonstrate the utility of ESP in water resources management by creating a simple hypothetical exercise for dam operators and applying it to actual multi-purpose dams in South Korea. The hypothetical exercise showed that even when the means of ESP are identical, different costs can result from varying standard deviations. Subsequently, using sampling stochastic dynamic programming (SSDP) and considering the capacity-inflow ratio (CIR), optimal release patterns were derived for Soyang Dam (CIR = 1.345) and Chungju Dam (CIR = 0.563) based on types W and P. For this analysis, Type W was defined with standard deviation equal to the mean inflow, and Type P with standard deviation ten times of the mean inflow. Simulated operations were conducted from 2020 to 2022 using the derived optimal releases. The results indicate that in the case of Dam Chungju, more aggressive optimal release patterns were derived under types with smaller standard deviations, and the simulated operations demonstrated satisfactory outcomes. Similarly, Soyang Dam exhibited similar results in terms of optimal release, but there was no significant difference in the simulation between types W and P due to its large CIR. Ultimately, this study highlights that even with the same mean values, the standard deviation of ESP impacts optimal release patterns and outcomes in simulation. Additionally, it underscores that systems with smaller CIRs are more sensitive to such uncertainties. Based on these findings, there is potential for improvements in South Korea's current operational practices, which rely solely on single representative values for water resources management.

Performance of Business Incubator According to Operating System and Manager Characteristic (창업보육센터 운영시스템과 매니저 특성에 따른 성과에 관한 연구)

  • To derive an efficient operating system for business incubators, this study examined the operating performance according to incubator operating system and incubator manager. The survey targets were tenants of business incubators and factor analysis. Regression analysis was performed according to the reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and parameter using the 19 Ver program SPSS analysis. As a result, the business incubators and business incubators operating system were found to be an important factor and among these, the H / W and system S / W systems were identified as significantly influential factors. On the other hand, this hypothesis of the performance of the support system and characteristics of the incubator manager was rejected for the variable parameters, which always appear to influence the other characteristic factors of the manager. Operational performance can be divided into an incubator performance center and tenant's performance, and the performance of the tenants were analyzed by the significant effect on the managers characteristics.

Building TRMS S/W based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (신뢰성 기반의 유지보수를 위한 TRMS S/W개발)

  • In this paper the TRMS (Tilting Rolling-stock Maintenance System) that applies the concept of RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Policy for TTX (Tilting Train Express) will be discussed. We will briefly introduce the RCM concepts and discus show these concepts and procedures are implemented in the TRMS S/W. In the TRMS S/W there are four modules, System and Operations Information Module, FMECA(Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis)module, RAM Information Module, and RCM Analysis Module. The System and Operations Information Module provides the user interface for collection of systems and operations related data and the FMECA module provides a groundwork for the RCM analysis. The algorithms to calculate the reliability and failure rate for Weibull distribution and formulae to calculate the task intervals and task costs are proposed in the RAM and RCM Analysis Module respectively. There is a good possibility of applying RCM to other rolling stock maintenance systems if the benefit that RCM can brings to the maintenance world is fully recognized.

  • Autonomous driving-related technologies are developing step by step by applying the degree of driving. It is essential that operational management technology for roads where autonomous vehicles move should also develop in line with autonomous driving technology. However, in the case of road operation management, it is currently managed using only two-dimensional information, showing limitations in the systematic operation management of lane and facility information and maintenance. This study proposed a plan to construct an operation management system architecture capable of 3D spatial information-based operation management by designing a convergence database that can process real-time big data with high-definition road map data. Through this study, when using a high-definition road map based operation management system for lane and facility maintenance in the future, it is possible to visualize and manage facilities, edit and analyze data of multiple users, link various GIS S/W and efficiently process large scale of real-time data.

  • The SRGM has been studied under the assumption that S/W reliability can grow as the fault causing failure is removed even during operational phase because the debugging is available. On the other hand, some papers insist on the uniform failure rate during operational phase because the debugging may not be available in case of universal software. The phenomenon, however, has been observed informally many times that the products S/W reliability grows as the time goes by even without any debugging in point of customer view. I propose the simple approaching method to model the S/W reliability phenomenon that the failure rate reduces as time goes on without modifying the existing reliability model in this paper.

  • This paper constructs a data base to create the Hull lines prior to piece manufacture and nesting steps with a personal computer using the data of created as the advanced software, TRIBON. The lines are plotted smoohtly, which are called the spline. The S/W is excellentlt estimated on the ptrcision among shipping exclusive S/W, which are currentlyused So, the S/W is mainly used as as shipping CAD program. High-cost H/W and high-performance S/W(TRIBON etc.) sre used with the bases of technique and capital power in the big shipbuilding yard; but small but small and medium-sized shipbuilding yard and related companycan't purchase dueto the high-cost product. To bring upthe small and medium sized shipbuilding yard lacking little competitive power, the data base S/W is joined with the CADRA of graphic S/W and is developed to create the Hull lines to be needed on as automatic cutting process usiing the personal computer.
