기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련된 이슈는 (1)계약체결이전의 문제(제휴의 동기 및 파트너의 선정), (2)계약상의 문제(계약 협상), 그리고 (3)계약이후의 문제(제휴의 운영 및 관리)의 세 가지 측면에서 접근가능하다. 본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴 이후의 결합효과 증대와 공동의 목표달성을 위한 제휴의 성공적 운영 및 관리에 초점을 두고 그 핵심전략으로서 상호호혜적 조정노력(가치-공유적, 일치성-중심 및 친교적 조정노력)을 제안한다 구체적으로, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 상호호혜적 전략이 파트너 기업과의 관계(파트너기업의 협력행동 유발, 기업간 상호적응성, 그리고 파트너 기업의 기회주의적 행동 억제)와 효과성(거래비용감소 및 관계지속의지) 사이의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Extant studies have explained that firm's innovations including technological product and process innovations contribute to its competitive advantage and growth, thereby supporting competitiveness and growth of industry. These studies, however, have focused mainly on the role and effect of technological change that is primarily measured by the patent numbers and R&D intensity. Aside from these traditional streams, there has been growing interest on the impact by various dimensions of innovation including non-technological innovations. Apart from the discussions on the dimensions and scope of innovation, stages or processes of innovation also have been studied. Extant studies on innovation process model, however, has limited its interests in the structure of the transformation of knowledge. This study have established a comprehensive model embracing operational and financial performance to investigate the causal paths between innovation and firm performance. Using multi-level generalized linear model with path analysis, this study have found results as follows: First, the processes from innovative activities to innovation output and outcomes including operational and financial performance at firm level were verified. Secondly, the influence of innovation decreases gradually as the distance away from the direct outputs of the innovation increase in the direction of financial outcomes. Third, the effect of innovation on the sales growth rate is higher for small businesses than for medium-sized businesses. The effect of innovation on the profit rate, however, is significant only for medium-sized businesses. For large businesses, innovation has no positive significant impact on any financial performance at all. Fourth, Fourth, the appropriability of innovation has positive impacts on innovative performance, patent applications, and operational performance.

이 연구는 완전통합교육을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 전자멘토링 시스템을 구축 및 사용성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 시스템 설계를 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 국내 외 시스템과 연구들을 분석한 후, 완전통합교육 지원에 적절한 전자멘토링 수행모형을 도출했다. 특히, 설계와 구현에 있어서는 온라인의 수평적 멘토링 구현과 다양한 멘토링 형태의 지원, 상호보완적 관계형성, 그리고 활동에 대한 피드백 제공 등에 역점을 두고 시스템을 구축했다. 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 사용성 평가를 위해 운영자 2명, 멘토 5명, 멘티 5명을 선정한 후, '멘토링 지원(인지적 지원, 정서적 지원, 적용가능성)'과 '기술 지원(편의성, 정확성, 심미성)' 등 2가지 영역, 총 10개의 문항을 통해 심층면담을 실시했다. 통합학급 담당교사와 특수학급 담당교사의 사용성 평가 결과, 완전통합교육 지원을 위해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템은 모든 영역에 걸쳐 상당히 효과적인 것으로 판단할 수 있었다. 향후에는 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 현장에서 장기간 지속적인 적용을 통해 개발된 전자멘토링 시스템의 실질적 효과성을 검증해 보는 연구가 요청된다.

에너지저장시스템(Energy Stroage System, ESS)은 잉여 전력과 에너지를 필요한 시점에 적절하게 공급할 수 있도록 에너지를 저장해두는 기술로 전기에너지의 픔질 및 효율성을 극대할 수 있는 에너지 활용 시스템이다. 미국을 비롯한 유럽 선진국들은 다양한 ESS 관련 제도정비 및 개선을 통해 ESS 산업의 활성화를 유도하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우, 신재생에너지 확대 정책을 수립하고 에너지 저장기술을 그린에너지 분야의 주요 핵심과제 선정하여 체계적인 육성전략을 추진 중에 있다. 그러나, ESS 도입 및 활성화를 위한 법제도적 기반이 마련되어 있지 않고, ESS도입에 대한 경제적 효과성에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없어, ESS의 보급 및 활성화가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는, ESS의 보급과 활성화를 위해 효과적으로 ESS의 경제성 분석하기 위한 기법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 세부적으로는 전기요금 산정방식에 따라 ESS의 운영모형을 정의하고, 운영모형별 경제성을 분석하기 위한 기법을 제시한다. 그리고, 실제 데이터를 활용하여 ESS로 절감할 수 있는 피크 크기를 구할 수 있는 알고리즘을 구현한다. 또한, 저감 피크와 온도, 습도에 대한 회귀 분석을 통하여 최대저감피크를 예측할 수 있는 해법을 제시한다.

In this article, it is that have highlighted the importance of the creative communication, convergence and identity of airport operations. This research verifies to influence in the airport performance by the diversity, mediator effect of creativity, and moderator effect of the public enterprise management evaluation performed degree in the operation of the airport. This study design how participants were selected as study the employees from two airports on the enterprise of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport in Korea using the simple random sampling method. The findings indicate that the positively internal diversity, mediated creativity, and moderated public enterprise management evaluation performed degree affects performance of airports. This research provides a few implications and insights in the operation of airport.

전력산업에 당초 도입 예정되었던 도매경쟁시장을 운영지원하기 위하여 전력거래소는 지난 2002년 도매경쟁 전력시장 운영시스템(Two Way Bidding Pool Market Operation System; TWBP MOS, 이하 전력시장운영시스템)을 구축하였다. 그러나 이후 배전분할 잠정 중단정책에 따라 구축 완료된 시스템은 실 업무에 적용해보지도 못한 채 폐기될 수도 있는 상황이 발생하였다. 하지만 전력거래소는 배전분할 잠정 중단에 따른 발전 경쟁시장(CBP; Cost-Based Pool) 장기화에 대비, 운영상의 효율성을 개선하고 기 개발된 전력시장운영시스템을 활용하여 급전체계를 개선하는데 성공하였다. 실시간 급전 운영을 위해 기존 EMS에 전력시장운영시스템을 연계하여 전력시장운영시스템의 5분 단위 수요 예측량을 기반으로 송전망 제약과 예비력 요구량 등을 고려한 발전기별 경제부하 배분량 및 예비력 배분량을 결정하고, 추가적으로 EMS에서 수요예측 오차 및 주파수 보정량을 실시간으로 계산하여 발전기별로 배분하도록 함으로써, 1일 전 시행하던 급전계획을 취득 자료를 기반으로 5분 단위로 실시간 계산할 수 있도록 급전 개선하였다. 이를 통해 실시간으로 에너지와 예비력을 동시에 최적화함으로써 전력시장 및 전력계통 운영을 한층 선진화 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였으며 또한 저비용 발전기 사용을 극대화함으로 발전비용의 절감에도 기여하는 효과를 가져왔다. 이러한 긍정적인 효과에도 불구하고, 전력시장윤영 시스템은 구축된 모든 설비 및 프로그램을 당초 목적에 맞게 활용하지 못한다는 이유 등으로 시스템의 최적화 및 성능 개선에 대한 투자가 망설여지는 현실이다. 특히 온라인 실시간 시스템과 별도로 전력시장운영을 모의 할 수 있는 시뮬레이터가 구축되지 않아 시장의 흐름을 사전 예측하거나 시스템 오류 등을 재현하여 재발 대책 등을 마련하기가 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 그동안 쌓아온 전력거래소의 전력시장운영시스템 운영관리에 대한 다양한 경험을 바탕으로 구축비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 전력시장운영시스템 시뮬레이터의 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of bibliotherapy program to overcome of the excessive absorption on games for children. A 12-week programs were developed and managed in 1-2 grade, 3-4 grade, 5-6 grade for the elementary school student. Also MGUS (Maladaptive Game Use Scale), Self-Esteem Inventory, Self-Control Inventory, and HTP(House, Tree, Person) Diagnosis Tool were measured prior to the bibliotherapy and post-tests were followed to the participants statistically by t-test. According to analysis results, the bibliotherapy program was effectiveness to overcome of the excessive absorption on games for children.

This study was conducted to explore the impact of the strategic supply chain orientation on the supply chain performance of raw materials export-import firms. In addition, this study analyzed the mediated effect of innovation and information sharing between the strategic supply chain orientation and supply chain performance of the firms. In the research model of this study considered the strategic supply chain orientation, innovation, information sharing and supply chain performance as the characteristics of the raw materials export-import firms by dividing the learning performance and market performance. The sample firms be analyzed were 445 firms. The 7 hypothesis including moderated effect were analyzed by using LISREL as structural equation modeling. According to the path analysis, the strategic supply chain orientation had a positive impact on the innovation activity. However, it did not have a positive influence on the information sharing. In the analysis of the mediated effect, the innovation activity of supply chain showed a full mediated effect between the strategic supply chain orientation and the information sharing. And the information sharing showed a partial mediated effect between the strategic supply chain orientation of these firms and the supply chain performance.

Environmental problems are becoming hot issues in many countries and the role of the enterprise, which causes environmental contamination, has become one of the most important concerns in business. We consider the factors such as reduce, recycle, reuse, which is effected environment conscious logistics system, and then we are to suggest optimal directions through statistical analysis of effects and causes of the influences of environmental logistics activities on logistics performance. In order to attain this objective we simultaneously execute a literature and actual research considering many manufacturing companies. In this paper we analyze various factors of logistics activities for environment conscious logistics system (ECLS) for economy base construction under resources circulation, and we especially analyze effects and causes of the influences of logistics performance by the operation characteristic of enterprises.

지난 수년동안 정부출연(연)의 연구개발활동의 효율화를 도모하기 위하여 정부와 과학기술계에서 논의되어 왔던 출연(연)의 석박사 교육과정 설립에 관하여 출연(연)관련자들의 의견을 모아 구체적인 설립모델을 제시하였다. 먼저 정부출연(연)에 석박사 교육과정 설치가 필요한 이유와 기대효과를 제시하고, 다음으로 단설대학원의 설립모델로는 크게 3가지 유형이 고려되었다. 가장 중요한 설립목적 및 기대효과로는 출연(연)의 목표지향적(mission-oriented) 연구에 파급지향적(diffusion-oriented) 메카니즘을 도입함으로써 출연(연)의 연구성과가 경제사회로 효과적으로 이전될 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 단설대학원의 설립모델로서 첫째 유형은 각 출연(연)이 교육과정을 운영하는 개별대학원 모델이다. 이는 출연(연)의 연구기능과 교육기능을 현장에서 융합시켜 운영하는 것으로 설립이 비교적 용이하며 개별 출연(연)의 특수성을 살릴 수 있다. 출자형식으로 별도의 학교법인을 설립하는 방식과 내부규정으로 부설대학원을 설치운영하는 두 가지 방식 있을 수 있다. 둘째 유형은 출연(연) 연합대학원 모델이다. 출연(연)들이 연합으로 하나의 학교 법인을 설립하고 여기에 각 출연(연)들이 공동운영자로서 참여하는 방식이다 이때 연합대학원은 일종의 Virtual University 형태를 취하며 모든 교육은 참여 출연(연)에서 이루어지는 형태이다. 세 번째는 대학과 출연(연)이 연계대학원을 운영하는 모델이다. 대학의 대학원을 개방하여 출연(연) 측과 공동으로 운영하는 것으로 이는 별도의 학교법인 설립이 필요없다. 본 연구에서는 KAIST와의 연계대학원을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 각각의 모델에 대한 의미와 장점, 단점을 비교분석하고, 각 모델로 설립시의 법적 고려사항, 그리고 학사운영체제 등에 관해 구체적으로 고려하였다. 추가적으로 단설대학원의 설립에 관한 그간의 반대 및 우려사항에 대한 검토도 첨부하였다.한다. 선진국의 경우에도 우선 지원분야에 대한 연구비 배분은 5-10%사이이다. (ⅴ) 성과관리를 통한 지원효과의 극대화 : 기초과학의 지원에 있어서 그 성과를 특정한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만 연구비 지원효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 프로그램 평가를 통해 성과관리를 하여야 한다. (ⅵ) 효율적인 혁신시스템의 구축 : 혁신시스템의 효율적인 운영이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 연구부문과 산업부문을 연결시킬 수 있고, 새로운 분야를 담아낼 수 있는 유연한 분야분류체계를 정립하여야 하고, 둘째 연구결과의 효율적인 활용이 이루어져야 하며, 셋째 연구지원기관간 연계시스템의 구축을 구축하여야 한다.s of rats with alveolar organism.
