공업화가 가속되고 기계설비가 대단위화 되며 장비의 가격 및 생산성이 크게 증가함에 따라 기계의 운영 및 관리 문제의 중요성이 점증되고 있다. 따라서 대기업 혹은 같은 분야의 중소기업끼리 장비들의 관리방법을 개선시키고 보다 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 꾸준한 노력이 필요하다. 그중 윤활유에 대한 마멸입자 분석은 가장 효과적이고 선진국에서 이미 상당히 보급되어 이용되고 있어 몇가지 방법을 소개하므로써 장차 국내에서도 많은 관심 및 응용이 필요할 것으로 확신한다.

Currently, ship control, tug, and pilot work in import/export ports including Gwangyang Port are operated according to factors such as the order of arrival and departure regardless of the shipping company. Also, even this is done very inefficiently by hand. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a system to increase the efficiency of port and ship operation through standardization and digitalization of tasks related to Berthing and unberthing of ships. In this study, we propose a method to increase the efficiency of port and vessel operation by designing a smart port operation system based on big data such as vessel location information, pilotage and tug schedule, arrival/departure operation information, and weather information.

Various education information resources are provided for elementary and junior high schools. In order to operate these resources efficiently, operation conditions on the current education information resources should be accurately examined. After analyzing this information, a good plan on the national level should be made. In order to accurately analyze the conditions of the operation such as how the real field utilizes the school's education information resources, an efficient survey analysis system that go beyond time and space is designed and implemented.

본 연구는 한국 미국 유럽의 ITS 사업평가방법론을 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)하여 과학적인 국내 ITS사업평가지침 도입방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS사업평가의 문제점 및 국외 선진평가방법론을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 국내 ITS평가지침을 제도화하기 위한 정책방향을 제언하였다. 국내 외 사례(미국 유럽 한국) 비교분석결과, 국내에서도 중 장기적인 ITS 투자재원의 효율적 배분과 단기적인 시스템운영의 효율화를 위해서 과학적인 ITS평가지침(ITS Evaluation Guideline)의 도입이 제도화되어야 한다. 또한 세부추진방안으로 ITS사업을 지속적이고 반복적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 ITS사업평가체계의 도입, ITS 서비스의 효과척도(MOE)를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법(운영성능평가, 경제성평가, 사전 사후비교분석, 시뮬레이션분석)정립, ITS특성을 고려한 새로운 평가기법 도입(위험도분석, 행태분석, 시뮬레이션분석) 및 기타 정책적 활용을 위한 지원(평가자료의 데이터베이스화, 한국형 ITS평가용 시뮬레이터개발, ITS사업효과 계량화 등)방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

전 산업분야의 변화 사이클이 짧은 격변의 시대에 공공부문의 IT는 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"에 따라 구축되고 운영되고 있으며, 정부의 국정기조 아래 각 기관 조직의 전략실행 수단으로 활용되고 있으며 조직목표 달성에 기여하고자 EA를 구축하고 있다. 또한 조직의 통 폐합 등 변화에 따라 기존에 운영되고 있는 시스템 및 서비스들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 작은 예산을 통하여 적기에 빠르게 모형이 표준화되고 EA 지원시스템에 목표 아키텍처로 등록되며 현행화 되는 구조개선 작업이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 새 정부 출범시마다 변화되는 주변 환경에 따라 해당조직의 통 폐합 과정에서 추진한 지난 정부에서의 사례 제시를 통하여, 민간과 다른 특성을 가지고 프로세스의 변화에 능동적으로 대응이 어려우며 현업의 참여가 소극적인 특성을 가진 공공기관에 적합한 EA 현행화와 구조개선 사례를 제공하고 이것을 바탕으로 다른 유사 공공기관들의 업무에 활용이 가능하도록 제안 한다.

The purpose of this paper was to confirm the operational level of the military department of universities, which plays a key role in the officer training process, through empirical research and confirm meaningful results for improvement. There are 11 university military departments operated through the Army, agreements, and semi-agreement, and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was applied from the perspective of resource input and performance for each university's military department operation to analyze relative efficiency and confirm specific directions for improvement. As a result of operational efficiency analysis, 6 DMUs (Decsision Making Unit) were found to be efficient in the BCC model out of 11 DMUs, and the evaluation results could be confirmed through classification of efficient and inefficient groups through data capture analysis. This paper may be of practical value in that it checks the efficiency of the comparative university military departments and confirms specific information for development through the DEA-Additive model that reflects several evaluation factors at once. Through this, the operators of each university's military department are admitted.

교육인적자원부는 교육행정 전반의 효율성을 높이고 교원 업무 환경 개선을 위하여 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 교육행정정보시스템의 도입단계에서 시스템의 보안성 취약과 개인정보에 대한 해킹 우려 등의 이유로 교육행정정보시스템이 정착되지 못하였으나 NEIS의 27개 영역 중 개인정보를 많이 담고 있는 교무/학사, 입(진)학, 보건을 분리 별도의 서버를 구축하는 NEIS 교무업무시스템이 탄생하였다. 따라서 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용하여 전자문서를 활용하여 이를 통한 교원업무가 경감되어 학교교육행정의 효율성을 모색할 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구는 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용에 따른 교원업무의 효율성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 시스템 개선점 도출 및 편리성이 증진되었고 업무조직의 효율적인 분장 및 업무승인을 전자결재로 시행함으로써 시간단축 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났고 교원의 교무업무도 획기적으로 단축시켜 교원 업무의 효율성도 증진시켰다. 또한 교무업무시스템의 활용으로 소요시간과 예산이 절감되었다. 교무업무시스템의 이러한 교원 업무 경감 효과에 비추어 향후 과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교무업무시스템의 원활한 운영을 위하여 네트워크 정비나 성능 좋은 컴퓨터가 확보되어야 하고 둘째, 업무 효율화를 위해서 시스템 내에서의 업무 승인 기능이 확대되어야 하며 교원의 업무경감 및 시스템 운영의 활성화를 위해서 훈령을 학교현장의 여건에 맞추어 정비 보완해야 하며, 시스템 운영의 표준화를 위한 제도 개선이 필요하다.

The global warming has been recognized as a serious problem. To solve this problem, the country of all the world have conducted techniques such as energy saving and reduction of greenhouse gas. The 30% of total energy is being consumed by buildings domestically and BAS/BEMS are being operated for the management of building energy. But, BEMS is unsatisfactory condition to manage the energy efficiently. In this study, We investigate real application on Chamsaem elementary school as a target buildings and develop 3D Web Browser platform. The spatial information of target buildings is described with used BIM and the energy information is presented for facilities operation and electricity consumption in floor and facility. We perform the quantitative evaluation based on ISO/IEC 9126 and operate this system for two months. in result, energy decreased by about 16%. We expect that the proposed 3D Web Browser system will bring operating efficiency improvement of the current BEMS.

Recently container technologies have been receiving attention for efficient use of the cloud platform. Container virtualization technology has the advantage of a highly portable, high density when compared with the existing hypervisor. Container virtualization technology, however, uses a virtualization technology at the operating system level, which is shared by a single kernel to run multiple instances. For this reason, the feature of container is that the attacker can obtain the root privilege of the host operating system internal the container. Due to the characteristics of the container, the attacker can attack the root privilege of the host operating system in the container utilizing the vulnerability of the kernel. In this paper, we propose a framework for efficiently detecting and responding to root privilege attacks of a host operating system in a container. This framework uses a memory trap technique to detect changes in a specific memory area of a container and to suspend the operation of the container when it is detected.
