본 사례연구는 한국정보사회진흥원에서 개발한 디지털콘텐츠의 표준식별체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)를 (주)누리미디어 보유의 약33만 건 콘텐츠에 적용한 사례와 비즈니스 모델을 소개하고 있다. UCI란 '디지털콘텐츠의 유통활성화' 를 이룩하기 위한 목적으로 도입하는 기술로 개별 디지털콘텐츠에 식별기호를 부여하는 기술이다. 본 사업은 UCI코드 체계를 이용하여 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. UCI-RA시스템 구축이후 기대효과로는 콘텐츠 제공과 관련된 업무에 인적, 물적 비용을 절감하고, 신규 콘텐츠 발굴 및 개발이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한 서비스 운영과정에서는 기 확보된 콘텐츠를 비즈니스화 하여 신규 수익창출의 모델로 육성할 수 있다. 한편 콘텐츠 소비과정에서는 콘텐츠 검색의 용이성 및 구매 용이성 증대를 통해 양질의 콘텐츠를 유통하는 것이다. 아울러 운영기업의 콘텐츠 등록 및 운영과정에서의 유료콘텐츠 정산주기율 단축, 콘텐츠 품질 고객만족도 제고 등의 효율성을 증가할 수 있다.

현재 우리군은 900럴개의 크고 작은 정보체계가 각기 독립적(stand-alone)으로 운영되는 연통형정보체계로 단위 정보체계 각각은 효과적으로 운영되지만 정보체계 간 상호연계에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 상호연동문제 해결방안 중 하나로 이기종 시스템 간 상호운영 표준기술로 웹서비스의 도입방안을 연구하였다. 민간분야의 웹서비스 추진전략은 국방도메인이 요구하는 웹서비스 추진전략과는 서로 상충되는 면이 존재한다. 이에 국방분야의 특수성을 고려한 웹서비스 신기술을 도입 시, 표준화되고 빠르고 안정적인 국방 웹서비스 프로젝트진행을 위한 기반환경구축을 목표로 국방 웹서비스 프레임워크 모델개발을 추진 중에 있다.

This study deals with developing and operating Reliability Analysis & Evaluation System for aircraft parts by analyzing ROKAF's AMMIS and phase inspection data for optimal inspection frequency. We suggest operating model with improving and adjusting inspection cycle by analyzing failure time data and tendency of crack with RELEX and Minitab software.

In this paper, we describe the study of residential gateway design and the implementation of its core functional features under the realtime linux environment. This Paper has also suggested the developing example of device driver that can execute the realtime linux with stability based on the recent research findings of which is related to the functions of existing realtime operating system for residential gateway, and explained methods that can further improve performance by analyzing the performance characteristics of the system. And as a result, it was able to suggest the possibility of effective implementation of residential gateway under the realtime linux environment in this paper.

Currently, pilots and tugs perform the function of minimizing or eliminating property damage by preventing accidents on ships, ports, and human life by supporting docking/unloading and access and departure of ships. The piloting/tuging system is an essential function for the smooth functioning of the port, and it is the system that has the greatest influence on the cargo volume of the port. In this study, we developed an pilot and tugs information system analysis and operating system that can improve port operation efficiency, reduce the waiting time of ships, optimize the operation of ships, and allocate optimal pilots and tugs by utilizing the operation information of the tugbosts.

21세기 정보화 사회에서 국가 경쟁력의 측정은 정보처리, 운영능력에 달려있다. 이를 대비하여 국가에서는 초고속정보통신망의 구축과 지리정보체계의 구축 등 정보화 사업에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이들 사업은 단위사업이 아닌 국가 기반구조의 구축이라는 중요한 명분을 가지고 있으며 따라서 시스템의 상호운용성, 연동성 등 국가가 지원하여야 할 기본기술은 초고속정보통신망에서 운영될 수 있도록 준비되어야 할 것이다.

This study recognized public social welfare delivery system will be more important in the future according to the developing trend of social welfare that and intended to find overcome factors by analyzing actual status of operating organization. The study results showed that characteristics of delivery system, ineffectiveness of task, delivery system and inconcinnity of personnel are the overcome factors of social welfare. Consequently, this study revealed that public social welfare delivery system will go on smoothly at last when the problems of the overcome factors get solved.

대규모 프로젝트나 상호 이질적인 여러 시스템을 보유하고 있는 기관에서는 보통 시스템을 여러개로 나누어 운영하고 있다. 이러한 경우 운영의 효율성을 위해 시스템 통합에 대한 요구가 증가하게 된다. 시스템을 하나로 통합하다 보면 효율적인 운영이 가능하며, 단일화된 서비스를 통해 이용자는 여러 서비스를 한 곳에서 활용할 수 있는 편의성을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합서비스 구축을 통해 이용자가 여러 서비스를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 접근점 중의 하나인 분류체계 구축 방법을 소개하고 실제 구현 사례를 제시한다. 통합서비스 요구분석을 통해 서비스에 필요한 분류체계들을 도출하고 다양한 서비스들을 여러 분류체계에 맞춰 구분함으로써 이용자는 원하는 서비스를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 통합서비스에서의 분류체계는 중요한 서비스 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구결과는 대규모 통합서비스 구축시 필요한 분류체계 구축 절차에 활용될 수 있다.

The core value of the college of Interdisciplinary & Creative Studies is rely on the supporting system which can develop the learners' practical 'performing' competency. For aiming this, educational process of university constitutes the competencies which can be expected at the local field and develop the competency-oriented extracurricular & its operating system. Defining the creative convergent talent, as 'collaborative creative convergent one, bricoleur' and categorizes core competency named as TX competency. T competency contains humanities and the professionals of each major field needed. X competency consists of creative problem solving, convergent thinking ability, self-oriented learning ability and cooperative leadership. Developing extracurriculum & its operating system learners can be exposured the systemic learning and managing process. They can develop their potential abilities and can accumulate a proper mileage at their learning achievement. This research can be expected as a model of competency-based extracurriculum and its operating system which can develop learners' multiple competency overcoming the limit scope of curriculum.
