Plans for the Integrated Operation of Intelligent Service Facilities (지능화시설의 통합운영 방안)

  • U-City laws are divided into three categories: intellectual laws, information superhighway laws, and integrated operation center laws. Previous studies have suggested that efficient infrastructure operation and management is necessary in Ubiquitous-City (U-City). However, infrastructure is often interpreted differently by different laws. The purpose of this study was to plan for the integrated operation of intelligent service facilities by comprehensively analyzing the law system of domestic intelligent service facilities and problems in operation and management based on this critical mind. For this, present conditions and problems of intelligent service facilities were found through interviews with people who are in charge of the law system and other practitioners. The necessity of integrated use, including city information generated from intelligent service facilities and installment locations, has been demonstrated. Government ministries and local governments have established various information systems using ICT and U-City laws that specify integrated management and operation, but do not clearly specify definitions for the specific responsibility and authority for main agents participating in facility operation. A system is needed to smoothly mediate the relevant divisions so that they can use installed equipment simultaneously for efficient operation in generating city information. This objective of this study was to prepare a unitary law system for efficient installment and management of intelligent service facilities by establishing a logically linked relationship among the relevant laws and regulations. This will provide a foundation for a management system that has an integrated linkage of intelligent service facilities.

Suggestion of Challenges and Improvement Direction for the Degree-Linked High-Skilled Professional Course in Accordance with the Full Expansion of the Work-Study Combination PBL (일학습병행 PBL 확대에 따른 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 과제와 개선방향 제안)

  • After the work-study combination PBL method was first introduced into the P-Tech type in 2018, it was introduced into the degree-linked high-skilled professional course in operation as a pilot project in 2020, and ever since each department has reorganized the standard completion system to meet the PBL operation regulations and developed and operated PBL-based learning and training courses accordingly. With the expansion of the work-study combination PBL in 2021, the operating regulations were revised more elaborately. This paper examined the characteristics of the work-study combination PBL, the PBL operation regulations for each degree-linked high-skilled professional course, and the most recently implemented PBL operation regulations in detail through literature research. Based on this research, it introduced the development process and the result of the PBL-based standard completion system by the IT Convergence SW Engineering Department of KOREATECH and the result of the survey conducted to verify the suitability of the standard completion system after an operation and presented the challenges and improvements required for the degree-linked high-skilled professional course in relation to the changing operation regulations for the work-study combination PBL. This study is expected to provide universities with a reference to the development of training courses to smoothly apply the work-study combination PBL. It is also expected to contribute to the establishment and steady expansion of a unique PBL system that reflects the characteristics of work-study combination by presenting discourses on how the work-study combination PBL should develop, including high-skilled professional courses.

Corridor Control Strategies of Traffic Adaptive Control System in Seoul (신신호 시스템의 신호제어 전략 및 교통축 운영성과 분석연구 (영동대로와 도곡동 축을 중심으로))

  • 실시간 교통신호 제어시스템은 검지기 체계로부터 교통소통자료를 수집하고, 이를 중앙시스템에서 실시간으로 분석, 처리하여 신호시간을 신호주기별로 산출하는 시스템이다. 신호제어시스템의 운영성과는 시스템의 신호제어기능 또는 제어 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있는 신호제어전략의 효율성 여부에 의하여 크게 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 신신호 시스템의 기본 제어알고리즘과 개선된 신호제어 알고리즘을 개관하고, 신신호시스템의 운영성과를 현장자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 신신호 시스템의 운영성과는 시스템의 제어기능과 알고리즘을 토대로 비 중요교차로의 패턴 Table을 조정하여 신호제어전략을 수립하고, 이의 적용성을 분석하는 과정을 통하여 분석되었다. 운영성과는 시범지역의 남북 교통축(영동대로)과 동서 교통축(도곡동길)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 영동대로는 비 중요 교차로의 패턴 Table을 조정함에 따라 시스템 운영성과가 현저하게 개선되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 도곡동길은 현재의 신호운영 전략과 검토대안이 비슷한 수준의 운영성과를 도출하는 것으로 분석되었다. 시범 운영지역의 교통축은 1개의 중요 교차로와 5-6개의 비 중요 교차로로 구성된다. 영동대로의 운영성과 분석결과, 교통축의 운영효과는 중요교차로의 교통대응 제어기능과 동시에 비 중요 교차로의 패턴 제어기능이 적절하게 연계 운영될 때 운영효율성을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 향후 신호운영의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 중요교차로의 교통대응 제어기능의 개선과 동시에 비중요교차로의 패턴 Table의 개선이 필수적인 것으로 판단된다.

  • Battlefield management systems are operated by the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic equipment is distributed through the personal delivery to the enemy has deodorizing prone to structure. Analysis of the problems of this public key infrastructure(PKI), Identity-Based Cryptosystem(IBC) and Attribute-Based Cryptosystem(ABC) to compare construct the future of encrypt ion and authentication system were studied. Authentication method for the connection between the system that supports data encryption and secure data communication, storage, and communication scheme is proposed.

  • IT Systems based on Global Single Instance (GSI) can manage a corporation's internal information, resources and assets effectively and raise business efficiency through consolidation of their business process and productivity. But, It has also dangerous factor that IT system fault failure can cause a state of paralysis of a business itself, followed by huge loss of money. Many of studies have been conducted about fault-tolerance based on using redundant component. The concept of fault tolerance is rather simple but, designing and adopting fault-tolerance system is not easy due to uncertainty of a type and frequency of faults. So, Operational fault management that working after developed IT system is important more and more along with technical fault management. This study proposes the fault management process that including a pre-estimation method using TRM (Technical Reference Model) check point and event rule engine. And also proposes a effect of fault-free process through built fault management system to representative company of Hi-tech industry. After adopting fault-free process, a number of failure decreased by 46%, a failure time decreased by 56% and the Opportunity loss costs decreased by 77%.
