최근 들어 CRM이 확산됨에 따라 고객과의 접점에서 업무를 담당하는 콜센터의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 콜센터 본연의 업무를 넘어서 콜센터에 새로운 역할이 부가되고 있다. 지금까지 콜센터에는 기계와의 커뮤니케이션에서 발생하는 거부감, 과다한 대기시간, 새로운 통신수단들로 인한 콜센터의 기능약화, 적절한 정보의 적시 사용의 어려움, 기술투자 선행작업의 미약 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 하지만 무엇보다도 가장 큰 문제점은 명확하게 수립된 경영전략과 운영전략이 없었다는 것이다. 이에, 고객, 서비스 전략, 인적 자원, 프로세스, 정보기술 등 다섯 가지 영역으로 나누어 다른 기업과의 차별화를 달성할 수 있는 콜센터의 경영전략을 수립해야 한다. 고객의 측면에서는 만족되지 않고 있던 고객욕구를 경쟁기업보다 앞서 제공해야 하고, 서비스 전략 측면에서는 고객과의 거래비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 인적자원 측면에서는 보다 전문적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 능력을 보유한 종업원을 콜센터에 배치해야 하며, 프로세스 측면에서는 콜센터를 통해 업무창구를 일원화하는 방향으로 업무 프로세스를 리엔지니어링 해야 한다. 끝으로 정보기술 측면에서는 인터넷과 콜센터를 통합할 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 그리고 이상과 같은 경영전략 하에 구축된 콜센터의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서 필요한 8가지 운영전략을 도출하였다.

Global 경영환경이 가속화됨에 따라 기업은 해외 법인 설립을 지속적으로 추진하고 있으며 이에 따라 본사와 해외 법인간 효율/효과적인 collaboration 체계를 구축하고 해외법인의 경쟁력을 신속히 강화시키기 위해 해외법인에 ERP를 확산하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전사 표준 process의 확산 및 유지, 전사 PI 추진, ERP 구축 및 운영에 따른 TCO의 최소화 관점에서 global 기업의 성공적인 ERP 구축전략(Global Single Instance 추진 전략)과 운영전략을 제시한다. Global 기업들이 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법과 전략으로 ERP의 성공적인 구축 및 확산과 운영에 대한 방향성을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

컨테이너 터미널에서 하역작업 생산성은 운영전략과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 본 연구는 수직배치형 컨테이너 터미널을 대상으로 여러 운영전략에 따른 하역생산성의 변화를 살펴보았다. 자가하역이 가능한 ALV 이송시스템을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하여 하역작업 생산성에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 실험에 따르면 수직배치인 경우에 본선작업 물량의 장치장 분산 할당이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

실시간 교통신호 제어시스템은 검지기 체계로부터 교통소통자료를 수집하고, 이를 중앙시스템에서 실시간으로 분석, 처리하여 신호시간을 신호주기별로 산출하는 시스템이다. 신호제어시스템의 운영성과는 시스템의 신호제어기능 또는 제어 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있는 신호제어전략의 효율성 여부에 의하여 크게 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 신신호 시스템의 기본 제어알고리즘과 개선된 신호제어 알고리즘을 개관하고, 신신호시스템의 운영성과를 현장자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 신신호 시스템의 운영성과는 시스템의 제어기능과 알고리즘을 토대로 비 중요교차로의 패턴 Table을 조정하여 신호제어전략을 수립하고, 이의 적용성을 분석하는 과정을 통하여 분석되었다. 운영성과는 시범지역의 남북 교통축(영동대로)과 동서 교통축(도곡동길)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 영동대로는 비 중요 교차로의 패턴 Table을 조정함에 따라 시스템 운영성과가 현저하게 개선되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 도곡동길은 현재의 신호운영 전략과 검토대안이 비슷한 수준의 운영성과를 도출하는 것으로 분석되었다. 시범 운영지역의 교통축은 1개의 중요 교차로와 5-6개의 비 중요 교차로로 구성된다. 영동대로의 운영성과 분석결과, 교통축의 운영효과는 중요교차로의 교통대응 제어기능과 동시에 비 중요 교차로의 패턴 제어기능이 적절하게 연계 운영될 때 운영효율성을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 향후 신호운영의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 중요교차로의 교통대응 제어기능의 개선과 동시에 비중요교차로의 패턴 Table의 개선이 필수적인 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 사업주체 및 사업영역 선정을 중심으로 한국영상물 산업의 물류공동화 전략 및 방안에 대하여 고찰 해보고자 하였다. 본 연구 방법으로는 문헌자료, 보고서, 실증사례를 바탕으로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 영상물 물류공동화 전략방안으로는 단기적, 장기적 전략방안으로 구분하여 고찰 하였다. 단기전으로는 하주가 운영을 하면서, 공동운영하는 방법과 장기적으로는 물류업자가 운영을 하면서, 대행위탁사업으로 전개하는 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 영상물 물류공동화에 한정하여 연구가 진행되어졌다. 향후 타 업종으로 확대하여 연구할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine about PBL implementation strategies employed by faculty members who have successfully managed PBL class. By adopting the inductive content analysis, this study has analyzed the contents related with the strategies about PBL implementation in the course result reports and best practice presentation materials made by 6 professors selected as a PBL best practicer of B university from the 2017 to the 2018. After the analysis, it is revealed that PBL best practicers have used 13 strategies in domain of classroom culture, learning facilitation, and assessment. The following further studies and supports have been suggest: First, a study on PBL best practice faculty member's implementation strategies should be further expanded. Second, a comparative study on the PBL implementation strategies between PBL best practice faculty members and general faculty members should be launched. Third, an organizational system to share PBL best practice faculty member's implementation strategies should be supported.

This study analyzed equipment operation strategy of ATC(Automated Transfer Crane) in order to development efficiency ATC operation logic for apply to domestic ACT(Automated Container Terminal). Improving productivity of ACT developed dynamic operation logic and established dispatching rule. As a result of simulation experiment reduced waiting time and interference time of ATC. Thus, we can improve productivity of ACT using dynamic operation logic and interference avoidance strategy.

This study compares and analyzes the operation costs of traditional and direct delivery strategies considering carbon emissions. For the determination of minimum operation costs and order quantity, we use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model, which is the proper method for calculate the operation costs by logistics strategy. Using the classical EOQ model, we expand the EOQ model considering carbon emissions and domestic logistics environment. We conduct an empirical study on two agri-food logistics strategies under limitation of the carbon emissions using the expanded EOQ model. From the results of the empirical study, we find that the operation costs of direct delivery strategy are about 50% lower than those of the traditional strategy. Economic order quantity is also smaller than that of the traditional strategy. These results indicate that agri-food products can be transported quickly and freshly under direct delivery strategy. Consequently, considering carbon emissions, direct delivery logistics strategy are analyzed to have more positive effect on economic and environmental issues than existing logistics strategy. It is judged that direct strategy will also increase the freshness of agricultural products.

The purpose of this paper is tthe first, diagnosing the effect of terminal operating strategy which Busan Port container operators established and executed by the strategy execution process (XPP) model, second, enhancing the competitiveness of Busan Port Container Terminal by presenting ways to improve the executive ability of strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, this study utilized XPP 6 steps diagnostic variables of Kaplan and Dr. Norton for problems of the strategy execution of Busan Port container operators and conducted the survey of 7-point scale targeting employees of Busan Port container operators for the variable measurement.

열차운영계획은 수송수요 산정, 운행노선계획, 열차시간표 작성 기관차 및 인원의 할당 등 광범위한 내용을 포괄하고 있으나, 본 논문에서는 계획의 초기단계에서 결정 가능한 운행노선계획을 대상으로 범위를 설정하였다. 운영목표에 따른 전략은 사용자, 운영자, 사회전체의 입장에서 고려될 수 있는데, 이러한 전략에 의해 운행 될 수 있는 열차운행패턴을 운영비용의 최소화, 통행시간의 최소화. 운영자 수익의 최대화 모형으로 해결하고자 하였다. 2004년 이후에 운행이 예상되는 고속철도/기존철도는 운영계획의 변경이 예상되는 바, 상기의 목표에 따라 열차운영패턴을 작성하여 개발된 효과척도의 적용을 통해 정책적인 적용가능성을 평가하였으며 기존 계획된 철도청의 운영계획과도 아울러 비교, 최적대안을 선정하였다. 본 고에서는 수리계획모형인 비선형정수계획모형(MINLP)으로서 국내 철도망에 부합하는 운영계획을 작성하였으며, 이에 따른 열차-km는 수익최대화 모형, 인-km는 철도청의 열차운영계획이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 인-hour는 수익 최대화 모형과 통행시간 최소화 모형이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 장거리 노선의 편성이 증가된 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 결과를 산출함에 있어. 어려운 점은 각 구간의 기하급수적 증가, 결정변수의 초기값 선정 등이 있으나, 그동안 연구된 각종 경험적 기법의 적용과 실제 편성 가능한 변수의 적용을 통해 이를 해결하였다. 추후 설정된 모형의 비교에 적합한 효과척도의 개발과 전국적으로 사례구간의 확장 및 모형의 최적대안 선택 시 효과척도의 가중치에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
