우리 협회가 지난해 산업자원부 기업활동규제완화심의위원회를 통해 개선 관철시켰던 자판기 영업신고 규제완화가 올해 식품위생법시행규칙으로 공식 개정되었다. 또한 이번 개정에는 그동안 많은 운영자 불만요인으로 작용했던 위생교육 과다, 운영자 건강진단수첩 휴대 등의 조항이 산업계 희망대로 개정되어 앞으로 자판기 운영자들의 편의가 크게 증진될 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이번 란에서는 보다 간편하고 효율화된 자판기 영업신고 및 운영자 준수사항에 대해 살펴보기로 하자.

This study identified the relationship between stress and burnout that affects turnover intention of daycare center operators in the process of childcare and operation, and analyzed the role of burnout in the correlation between stress and turnover factors in Child Care Center Directors. The research results are as follows. First, the higher the stress of the Child care center director, the higher the burnout. In particular, among the stresses, the director confirmed that the higher the stress on faculty management and administrative and financial management, the higher the burnout. Second, the higher the burnout of the director of the Child care center, the higher the turnover intention. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the stress of the Child care center director, the higher the turnover intention. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect presented in this study, it can be said that burnout has a mediating effect in the correlation between stress and turnover intention, and since the direct effect of stress on turnover intention is not significant, this mediating effect is completely mediating. can be said. In conclusion, it was confirmed that preventing job burnout is the most important issue for managing stress, which is the most important factor for turnover of Child care center Directors. Therefore, it can be said that stress and burnout have a significant correlation among job factors of childcare center directors.

국내 배전계통에 분산전원의 설치가 증가하고 있고, 분산전원 중 효율성과 경제성이 뛰어난 열병합 발전기의 보급이 국내를 비롯한 선진국에서 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 그에 따라 독립적으로 전력을 생산할 수 있는 분산전원 운영자들이 증가하고 있다. 분산전원 운영자들은 한국전력공사가 제시하는 연계점 역률 0.9이상을 만족시키도록 분산전원을 운영해야하고, 동시에 자신의 이익을 최대화한다. 본 논문에서는 연계점의 역률을 고려하여 분산전원을 운영하였을 때 분산전원 운영자의 이익을 분석하였다. 연계점의 역률을 변화하여 변화된 역률이 분산전원 운영자의 이익에 어떤 영향을 주는지 연구하였다.

본 논문에서는 급전지역분소 전력감시 시스템 운영자를 대상으로 하는 훈련시스템을 제안하였다. PC Platform에서 개발하여 운영자가 용이하게 설치, 관리가 가능하도록 하였으며 현재 설치되어 있는 SCADA 시스템의 MMI와 유사하게 구성하여 SCADA 조작 훈련에 대한 효과를 극대화 하였고 SCADA 데이터 베이스와 동일하게 데이터베이스를 구현함으로서 데이터 베이스 조작훈련이 가능하고 차단기 제어시 COS처리, 이벤트 발생에 대한 시각화를 용이하게 하여 운영자로 하여금 SCADA 시스템의 동작에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있도록 처리하였다. 또한, 모의사고 발생기능을 지원하여 사고 발생시 차단기의 동작 및 이에 따른 전력계통의 변화를 훈련자가 인식할 수 있게 하였다. 제안한 시스템으로 인하여 SCC SCADA 운영자에 대한 용이한 훈련이 가능함으로서 실제 SCADA 조작시 오조작을 방지할 수 있으며 사고발생시 신속한 복구작업을 가능하게 함으로서 전력계통 운전의 효율성을 향상할 수 있는 효과를 가져올 수 있다.

This paper deals with an information security problem that involves the strategies of both an attacker and an administrator of a web-based system. A game-theoretic model for the problem, based on an Stackelberg game environment, is presented. In the model, the administrator selects a set of anti-virus vaccines to cope with potential system attackers and the intruder chooses attacking modes that are most effective against the administrator's chosen set of vaccines. Moreover, the model considers a number of practical constraints, such as a budget limit on the vaccine purchase and a limit on the system performance. In addition, two different scenario analyses are provided, based on the results of the proposed model applied to a simulated pseudo-real-world data.

Just as safety is the most important thing in aviation, safety is the most important in the operation of unmanned aircraft (RPA), and safety operation is the most important in the legal responsibility of the operator of the unmanned aircraft. In this thesis, the legal responsibility of the operator of the unmanned aircraft, focusing on the responsibility of the operator of the unmanned aircraft, was discussed in depth with the issue of insurance, which compensates for damages in the event of an accident First of all, the legal responsibility of the operator of the unmanned aircraft was reviewed for the most basic : definition, scope and qualification of the operator of the unmanned aircraft, and the liability of the operator of the Convention On International Civil Aviation, the ICAO Annex, the RPAS Manual, the Rome Convention, other major international treaties and Domestic law such as the Aviation Safety Act. The ICAO requires that unmanned aircraft be operated in such a manner as to minimize hazards to persons, property or other aircraft as a major principle of the operation of unmanned aircraft, which is ultimately equivalent to manned aircraft Considering that most accidents involving unmanned aircrafts fall to the ground, causing damage to third parties' lives or property, this thesis focused on the responsibility of operators under the international treaty, and the responsibility of third parties for air transport by Domestic Commercial Act, as well as the liability for compensation. In relation to the Rome Convention, the Rome Convention 1952 detailed the responsibilities of the operator. Although it has yet to come into effect regarding liability, some EU countries are following the limit of responsibility under the Rome Convention 2009. Korea has yet to sign any Rome Convention, but Commercial Act Part VI Carriage by Air is modeled on the Rome Convention 1978 in terms of compensation. This thesis also looked at security-related responsibilities and the responsibility for privacy infringement. which are most problematic due to the legal responsibilities of operating unmanned aircraft. Concerning insurance, this thesis looked at the trends of mandatory aviation insurance coverage around the world and the corresponding regulatory status of major countries to see the applicability of unmanned aircraft. It also looked at the current clauses of the Domestic Aviation Business Act that make insurance mandatory, and the ultra-light flight equipment insurance policy and problems. In sum, the operator of an unmanned aircraft will be legally responsible for operating the unmanned aircraft safely so that it does not pose a risk to people, property or other aircraft, and there will be adequate compensation in the event of an accident, and legal systems such as insurance systems should be prepared to do so.

This study is to investigate the job characteristics and the job satisfaction of the administrators in small libraries. Also, it is to catch individual differences between the administrators and provide the preliminary data which is helpful to the operation of organizations and offer of information service with selection, supplement of administrators in small libraries and employment placement which is regarding individual characteristics that perceive specific job, and the job satisfaction. As a result, individual characteristics, such as marital status, gender, and age, don't affect the job characteristics, but certificates, and formation of employment influences meaningfully to the job characteristics. It convinced that the individual characteristics, such as marital status, age, and formation of employment, influence to the job satisfaction.
