In this paper, we review the regulations relating to railway safety and station workers interviewed, eight urban rail accidents decreased operating agencies through the prevention research currently being conducted into the (Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation City, Seoul Metro, Incheon traffic mortality, etc.) the root cause for the lack of aggressive prevention measures performed on the difficulties related regulations, organizational culture and work environment, prevention of negative operating authority derived in three improvements were obtained through this direction. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적은 기본법제정(基本法制定)으로 도입된 새로운 정부투자기관이사회제도(政府投資機關理事會制度)가 갖는 특징과 그간의 운영현황 검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 개선방향(改善方向)을 모색하는 데에 있다. 정부투자기관이사회(政府投資機關理事會)의 제도적 특징 중의 하나는 이사회(理事會)가 집행(執行)에 직접 관여하지 않고 비상임(非常任)으로 운영되며, 비상임이사(非常任理事)의 법적책임(法的責任)이 불확실(不確實) 하다는 점이다. 운영면(運營面)에서는 이사장(理事長)의 임명(任命), 이사(理事)에 대한 대우(待遇), 당연직이사(當然職理事)의 참여자세(參與姿勢)와 태도 등의 문제점을 지적할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제의 개선(改善)을 위한 포괄적 개선방향(改善方向)으로서 전문성(專門性) 있는 이사장(理事長)의 임명(任命)을 위한 노력, 이사(理事)에 대한 대우(待遇)의 재조정(再調整)과 이사(理事) 스스로의 직업윤리제고노력(職業倫理提高努力), 당연직이사(當然職理事)의 참여자세(參與姿勢)와 태도 등의 시정노력, 이사회(理事會) 활성화(活性化)의 정도, 관리운영(管理運營)의 개선(改善) 등을 제시했다.

Internet ethics education in school is very necessary for young people to use the Internet properly and to be able to utilize information and communication technology well. However Internet ethics education for the would-be teachers is very insufficient. Therefore, it is very important that teacher training institutions to train teachers operates Internet ethics curriculum and teaches it to would-be teachers. In this paper, we analyzed the operating status about Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions in which open a major in computer related education. As a result, only less than 30% of the entire teacher training institutions are operating to have the curriculum. So, in order to solve the problem, Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions should be strengthened and we should have applied it to other curriculum in other major. In addition, training and retraining to the teachers for Internet ethics should be strengthened.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of institutional research data repositories in the field of science and technology and to suggest ways to activate them. The study conducted literature research, case analysis, and interviews with repository managers both domestically and internationally. The study suggested strategies with a focus on establishing repository regulations and policies, improving awareness of research data sharing, and enhancing research data quality management. First, in terms of repository regulations and policy establishment, it was considered necessary to promote the status of the National R&D Information Processing Standards, a regulation related to research data, and clarify repository basis regulations. Second, to enhance awareness of research data sharing, the need for comprehensive research data education and the identification of exemplary cases were suggested. Third, in terms of strengthening research data quality management, the need for preparation for interaction between researchers-persons in charge-committees, standardization work, and long-term preservation was suggested.

본 연구는 국내 공공부문 정보시스템 운영관리 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 선진사례, 관련 표준, 지침을 분석하여 공공부문 운영관리업무에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 11개 업무 분석영역을 도출하였고 각 업무영역의 평가를 위한 평가기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 공공부문 운영관리 업무에 대한 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 평가모델은 특정 이슈 발생시 일부 중앙부처의 요구에 따라 공공기관들을 대상으로 행하여진 단편적인 운영수준 점검 분석 활동들이 국내 실정에 맞게 운영업무 전반에 대한 종합적, 체계적 수준평가를 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하게 하였으며, 기관 내부적으로도 자체평가를 통해 운영관리업무 성숙도 제고를 위한 핵심요소를 손쉽게 식별하고 효율적인 품질향상 활동을 수행할 수 있게 하였다.

This study is to investigate the role of the private institution which has the essential resources to solve an urgent problem for the decreasing and prevention of the industrial accident and to suggest the reinforcing model of reliability, expertise, competency of private institution. And the result of this study will be judged to present a milestone to establish a role essentially for preventing industrial accident among government agencies, public institutions and private institutions. It will also help the vitalization of an industrial safety and health market and can be utilized for the revision of Industrial Safety and Health Law and a state affairs plan.

This study was to examine the effect of trust, stigma, optimistic bias on risk perception of nuclear power plants. For this study, we carried out a survey targeting residents, total of 383, living in Seoul. The findings showed that trust of general public on nuclear power plants influenced negatively on stigma. Second, trust of general public on nuclear power plants influenced not significantly on optimistic bias. Third, stigma of general public on nuclear power plants influenced positively on risk perception. Fourth, optimistic bias of general public on nuclear power plants influenced negatively on risk perception.

The purpose of this study is the issue of public institutions and the financial metrics improve enforcement, public institutions through an integrated management plan for the research is to increase the efficiency of public finances is the purpose of this study.
